[[Calder and Christof]] Calder was relieved his friend was free and jumping forward, aligned himself as best he could for the Igor to fall on his back. Once he felt the heavy weight of the boil on his back, he turned about and made to move. That is before he made sure that Fester and Scruff were okay. It seemed Fester was now going to ride the scareon for a bit, and that was fine. He hoped they would be okay together.
Letting out a whinny, Calder moved to get away from the tentacles, already wanting off this course. He hoped Christof was okay.

As he was sailing through the air, Jericho barely had time to come to a halt.. and instead went crashing straight into the wall. Thankfully, Flamethrower wasn't smashed and had been dropped before this happened.
Twitching inside the wall for a bit, the dragon slowly peeled himself away before plopping onto the ground. There, he laid for a bit, seeing West nearby. He heard what the professor had to say as well, but he just stayed there still for a little longer. He didn't really feel like moving at the moment.
"Ugh..." he groaned.
Well. At least they had made it across. And it looked like West didn't smash into anything.

It was keeping closer to that side of the path; the drop-off of the air 'path' was rather disconcerting, all things considered. Parassiti, still tucked into the crook of its arm, was scraping feebly at one of its claws. Aw. How cute. She was trying to do it damage... but she was in pain. And if there was one thing Malodore disliked, it was continuing pain when it had the ability to mitigate it. The plague doctor fumbled the fear candy out of its sleeve with one hand, peeled the plastic off of it, and tried to feed it to the scrags. Parassiti made a few gagging noises, but managed to keep it down. It seemed to help. A little bit. ((Parassiti's HP: 8 + 3 = 11 Fail! Fear Candy))

Gabrian used his FEAR candy on Davy Quote: The tentacle-shaped FEAR candy did the trick; the Nautical decided to stop going after Davy and drifted off with a blissful look on its face; FEAR candy tastes much better than pure FEAR! With the fog settling around them and Gabrian pushing forward, they soon reached the end of the path, solid concrete ahead of them. There was even a ladder at the side to help people climb out of the water. Once on dry land, they would see a Jericho-shaped indent on the wall where he had slammed into it, as well as a table holding cups and bowls (for students and minipets respectively) of hot chocolate and towels. Of course, Malcolm was there too, seated beside the table on a chair, "Well done guys... I believe you were the only ones to challenge that path-" He gestured briefly at the water with a small smile, "But you did well in supporting each other and your Minipets. Come, dry yourself off and enjoy a cup!" Dist: 150 out of 150 <- FINALLY MAN. I'm so glad the RNG is kind. OTL Taking Gabe's distance since he's the one swimming due to good luck roll.

However, there is a finish line to every journey, and the fog soon lifted. Ahead, there were a couple of students on the floor space around a table. The table itself had cups and bowls of hot chocolate on it, as well as several towels. Malcolm was seated on a chair beside the table. "Well done... And while its important to protect those dear to you, don't lose your head over it," He nodded at Whisper, offering her a smile, before gesturing for her to release the leash, "I'm glad to see that Kite was of use!" 'Master Malcolm!' Kite barked, tugging on the leash he was attached to, prompting Whisper to let go; he's home to his master... And he's first too, out of his brothers! This 'Whisper' ghoul makes for a good temporary partner! Dist: 150 out of 150 <- Whisper's reaction to her Minipet being attacked granted her a pass to the end of the path without any further attacks!

Seeing Mandy tug hard on the Nautical, Lizzy did too, putting her weight into getting the thing off her friend's Minipet, "Come onnnnnnn...!" Meanwhile, Rosenthal was kicking away at the shell of the Nautical, determined to show it who's boss.

She found herself falling backwards as the Nautical let go, landing quite painfully on her rear end with an "Ow!" She stayed on the sandy ground for a moment, rubbing her bum before standing up. A concerned Rosenthal flew over, nuzzling her cheek as she giggled, "Ah... I'm fine."
Looking over at Mandy, she frowned, "A-are you and your minipet okay? We should... Probably keep going." She looked around, still rubbing her sore bum; they seemed to be rather behind the rest, and while the professor had said that it was not a race, she didn't really want to be last. Being last at anything sucked!

Mandy let out a shout as she was flung backwards from the force of the nautical letting go, landing roughly in the dirt of the land path. Sighing as she got up she gave her head a tentative touch to make sure everything was alright before hurrying over to Mara, scooping up stiring minipet and giving her a concerned look as she did so. Mara simply blinked at her, tiltling her head as if to say 'I'm ok.'.
Nodding she turned her attention towards Lizzy. "Yeah, we're good, Maras a bit tired now but not too bad, you guys?"
Here Mandy paused finally noticing how far behind they where to everyone else, "Yeah, we don't want to be left behind, we'll be the only targets!"
With that she gave Lizzy a small small and started walking again.
