Yes; the point of RPing is to RP with others. If I were you, I would message the other witches and try and get them active.
Or create a student character. That's where the majority of the RPing is taking place and, quite frankly, there won't be any witch events until we get a few more active witches (why you should message the others).

I believe that the Systems are up and running again so the Updating will begin soon ^^ be in mind that now it is not 100 words for a ranking, it is 150 words now ^^
