Aludra Yvette... There was no way that Giant was going to stop her this time. Her boost of energy from before was steadily wearing down and the pain of her leg came back to mind with every movement. Seeing the giant in pain made her heart sink a bit... she would apologize after she had her victory. She swurved and avoided the giants massive stomping feet and ran towards the treasure... at least ran as fast as her bum leg would carry her. Aludra’s emotional strength had overridden her physical strengths that was running very near empty. This was her last attempt to get her treasure or she feared that she would be out for the count. With the last bit of strength she had, Aludra made a mad dash for her beloved treasure. Pain shot up her body and the dirt on her face was mixing in with her pain ridden tears that were stinging her eyes as she wobbly ran to the cage. Her leg felt like it was going to snap in half but that was ok, she knew she was going to finish the task. ...6th Year Slytherin

it was 23 minutes until teh 2 hours was up..the giant howled in pain and rage, he stomped his legs a bit more, still infront of the cage, swaying and tipping, completely unstable

Aludra Yvette... Aludra saw the giant was still in front of the cage. SHe mustered up the last of her stregnth and blasted the giant out of her way. He was swaying as it was, so knocking him out of the way was no problem at all. ...6th Year Slytherin

Aludra Yvette... The tears that she was crying obstructed her vision and Aludra could barely see a thing as she ran for the cage, the only thing she did see the worn leather of her journal through the bars of the cage as she reached her hand through and brushed across its safeguard lock. She prayed that just touching her treasure was enough. She was so tired and weak that any other spell she might cast would drain her energy entirely; she laid with her back resting against the cage, her chest rising and falling rapidly as she waited to hear of her victory. ...6th Year Slytherin

the giant flew away from the cage, and struggled to get on his feet. he was still feeling his face, the angry boils were the least of his problems...aludra was about to get the treasure

Aludra Yvette... Aludra grinned blissfully as the sharp pains in the left side of her body vanished. "Merlin bless you Headmaster, thank you." she sighed. She held onto the side of the cage to help herself rise to her feet. Reach down through the cage bars, Aludra carefully pulled out each book one by one until each of her precious darlings were back in her hands. Before heading off to the Common room for some well deserved rest, she turned to the Headmaster and said, "I think you need to fix up the Giant too, I feel aweful about his poor face. Maybe some stewed murlap tentacles to help the pain?" Aludra gave the giant a friendly little wave as she walked off to the castle, her journal safely tucked in her hands. ...6th Year Slytherin

A note to the champions for the 3rd task! You all must react to each distraction. As if the distraction recently posted was after you. Regardless of where you are in the maze, all 3 champions react to every distraction posted. That's all. I just wanted to write it here to make it clear.

Well everyone, here we are. The last task. I am so proud of each champion here. Cunning Aludra, Brave Nerevar, and Smart Liviana. They all have braved so much, and only one last task remains. Their goal tonight is to make it out of this maze. They can withdraw if they want, but I have a feeling that none of them will be. I can truly say that I have the feeling each one is going to keep trying until the end, even if the task gets rough, because that's the type of people they are. So, let the task, begin!

Aludra Yvette... Aludra breathed deeply as she approached the location where the third task would take place. She had just came from the Great Hall for supper, having just a bit of French Onion soup and bread to try have something in her stomach. The soup and bread tasted as delicious as any full course meal she had ever had. Even if her meal had tasted like troll boogey, it was the purpose she had eaten them for. An empty tummy and a nerve racking task didn’t always sit well together.
Nightfall was approaching the grounds fast as she took her place in front of the new formed Maze. Bright, tall lights like you see at those muggle sports games were lighting up where the champions first began and where their admirers sat in the stands to bid them luck and good fortune in the task. Speaking of the stands, the first few people were making their way to get the best seats in the house. Aludra could see her mother and father making their way into the stands, but she saw no more as she turned away. Now wasn’t the time to be getting her emotions acting up. Aludra wanted all of her focus on the task at hand. ...6th Year Slytherin (Darn it Sing! lol. Let me work my magic. :3)
