Sparrow returned the smile and took another sip of her butterbeer which was now almost empty. She found it odd that he didn't hear that often because it was all too true she said, "Well I would have thought you heard it all the time." She was really relaxing around him. Not caring if what she said sounded stupid as usual. Often times it didn't even sound stupid, or at least to herself.

Fourth year Gryffindor Caiden shook his head. The things he had heard were never actual complements. People thought he was a cool kid at his other school, and it was difficult to describe. He was never bad or anything, people just thought he was cool. After the incident though, Caiden shut everyone out until he found out he was moving. "Nah. It's usually just things like 'You're cool' or something like that. People in the U.S. are just cruel though. The only person that has treated me as cruely as they had was Professor Benoit in Charms, and that was almost nice compared to what some of the students do over there. They are honestly horrifying." Caiden said with a shutter. He took the last sip of his butter beer and watched the little drizzles run down the inside of the cup. The school was great, just the people in it were not, and that's what makes the difference he decided.

Sparrow began to fiddle with the handle of her butterbeer. He listened to Caiden wondering how nobody could have ever complimented his looks other than just saying 'you're cool'. Sparrow wondered about the Americans. Were they really that bad? She said, "I've never actually met Professor Benoit, but the way you say it the Americans really don't seem like nice people." Sparrow wondered what it would be like to run into one by accident. She then said, "Well not all Americans are bad! I know at least one good one." She meant Caiden and she smiled at him while she said it.

Fourth year Gryffindor It wasn't the Americans that were bad, it was the American wizards that were bad, he thought. Should he tell her that? Probably not. That wouldn't be the best thing to do. Or, maybe she should tell her the truth? He wasn't sure. Finally, he came to a conclusion. "No, not all American Wizards are bad. I had a friend, her name was Ashley, and she wasn't too bad. But, you know how you have that... Slytherin group that is rumored to be a vicious group? Well, the American school is mostly Slytherin. But a lot of the muggles are actually really great people. I met a few in my muggle-relations class. The classes had different names there too..." He wondered what Ashley was up to. As soon as he could, he was intent on sending an Owl to her, if that was what you did. Of course, he learned how to use his owl, but there was just no need for them in America. People would get too suspicious, and you went home everyday, and back the next.

Sparrow understood that. She wondered why it was only the wizards thought. It couldn't be that the feeling of being special or above the muggles would make them mean would it? If they were most like the Slytherins that was a good understanding then. She wondered if Ashely had been his girlfriend or if she was just a friend, but she figured asking would be silly and obvious. "Oh that makes sense. I guess there are more differences between different wizarding schools than i thought there would be." she said.

Fourth year Gryffindor Caiden nodded. There were very many differences. Of course, he had been having a little bit of a hard time adjusting, but that was no problem. He just figured that in time, he would fit in where he needed to. "So, wanna get out of here? Maybe we should head back to the common room?" He asked as he pulled his hand back from Sparrow's hand. Caiden was having a really good time, but he was getting tired and thought that heading back would be a good idea right now. He stood up, pulled out a few sickles for a tip, and left them on the table. That was how it worked in America, he didn't know how it worked here. But, as long as it wasn't offending, he thought that he would leave it there for a good measure. No harm no foul, right?

Sparrow was reluctant to get up and leave. She loved being here and talking with Caiden. She thought that love might just extend to his actual person. Sparrow thought about how she had told herself she would focus on grades and not get a boyfriend until her sixth year. She decided that that was foolish and as long as it didn't interfere with her grades and quidditch then it would be fine. She hoped she could become Caiden's girlfriend. Sparrow nodded in response to Caiden and said, "Sure. Let's go I'm getting a little tired." and as she said that a big yawn escaped her and she blushed. Sparrow got up and followed Caiden.

Fourth year Gryffindor Caiden almost laughed at her yawn. But, before he could, a yawn escaped his mouth as well. They were contagious, weren't they? He had been debating this, but he finally decided to have a little more courage and put his arm around Sparrow's shoulders as they walked out towards the big school building. He hoped that one day, he could move to holding her hand, and some day, hugging her daily, and eventually, kissing her. That was way in the future, though. He would never know how to approach her about anything, since he had never taken any of his relationships very seriously. They were all about parties and illegal substances. They drank in America, and he sadly did it too. But, he never got hurt (only by his parents who grounded him severely), and he only did it twice. Once under a lot of pressure, and once when his sister was killed. "So, back to the common room we go, Gryffindor Girl."

Sparrow grinned as Caiden yawned. They definitely were contagious. She was delighted as he put his arm around her, but she tried to contain most of it and just enjoyed it. She followed alongside him. She didn't know why, but she loved that nickname so much.

Meiko Waltz Meiko poured herself another glass and raised her glass as she replied with a giggle to the professor. "Thanks, ma'am~"
She drinks her glass, and places it on the table as she continued to dance with the others. When Chris continued to dirty dance, Meiko tried to dance like he did. Her face was already in a light shade of red due to the alcohol and from Christopher's way of dancing. As they were about to kiss, they both heard Aludra's voice calling for help, and frowned a bit when Chris backed away from the kiss. Chris excused himself and kissed Meiko's neck, and went off to where Kenneth and Aludra were.
"I'll come too." she said with a loud voice, following Chris.
When they got there and Aludra explained and such, Chris levitated Kenneth onto a couch nearby. Meiko was feeling a bit dizzy, so she dropped herself on the couch beside where Kenneth was lying.
"I'm feeling a bit sleepy and tired..." she muttered with a silly smile on her face.
As she took off her glasses to wipe moisture from it, she placed it back on and found Chris on top of Aludra. She took her glasses off again and rubbed her eyes a few times and placed it back again. "Am I dreaming?" she thought, staring at the two with confused eyes as she tried understand the situation. *edited xD EGG!

Harmony sighed contently as she finished her cheesecake. She signaled Madam Rosmerta to come over. Which she did. The girl politely ordered a cup of milk to wash down her desert. The barmaid sauntered off into the kitchen, quickly returning with her drink. "Thank you," she murmured with a nod. After a couple of minutes, the liquid was in her gullet. The Slytherin wiped her lips, and Madam Rosmerta came back to the table with her tab. Harmony handed over the exact amount, 20 sickles, and then left the Inn.

Aludra Yvette... It was very lively in the Three Broomsticks as it always was as Aludra walked in the door. There were a few tipsy witches and wizards in the corner of the pub having a rather fun time from what could be heard. She just shook her head and with an amused look on her face continued to the counter. "Good afternoon Ma'am." she said in a polite tone. Her stomach growled as she order some food and one of their famous butter beers, a beverage that no magical being could resist. The person at the counter was quick in getting her food and drink, in return she gave him the exact payment for said meal. "Thank you." Aludra flashed the barman a smile and went to find a table in the crowded pub. ...7th Year Slytherin
