Anything spiderlike. gonk I am a raging arachnophobe. I was so nervous about encountering the spiders in Zelda: Twilight Princess! My hands shake when I fight them.
In Zelda: Ocarina of Time, I was very freaked out by that miniboss in the well... the one with all the hands. gonk
Oh, and in Castlevania 1 for the NES, the Medusa Head boss is friggin' scary! O_O Her eyes... she scared me so bad when I was little!
Resident Evil 4... one of my friends tricked me into shooting the water near the dock a few times, and Del Lago came up and snatched Leon off the dock REALLYSUPERFAST. It startled me and once it registered that I'd been tricked, I laughed really hard... xD
The enemies in Mario never scared me, but when I was very little I was terrified of the castles in Super Mario Bros. 1 because of the music. Something about it just got to me, and it still does. I've never beaten the game because of it. I'm weird...

There are things that still creep me out even though I'm like 20 and it was years ago that I played the game. sweatdrop One enemy that comes to mind is Tonberries! They aren't creepy but the thought that they can kick your a** in one swipe of their knife scares me. Especially the Tonberry on FFX. He can banish your summons and basically own you. I run all the time. They were easier on like FF VIII and IX. At least you could summon like crazy before they attacked you. sweatdrop

When I was little, all we really had were N64 and Super Nintendo games. We'd always play them at our grandparent's house, usually my big brother, but I would just watch. I was always terrified of the boss Mother Brain in Metroid on the Super Nintendo and that one final boss (forgot his name) on Star Fox 64. Eep!

I haven't played it for so long I don't remember the names. Either way I was scared of him when I was little. I always hid behind the chair when my big bro was battling him.

There are the usual ones from Project Zero (aka Fatal Frame) & Silent Hill but for me crimson heads from the Resi Evil remake on the cube are the worst. Dx Even though I knew about them I still forgot & holy crap when I was reminded about them. rofl

In Final Fantasy IX. On the 2nd disk, I think, there's this freaky thing that comes out of nowhere and like chases you through this hallway of scythes and crap. Dude. I hate things that chase me eek And it was all mechanical and crap and had a pointy thing in the front. I found it scary. But now that I've played it so many times, I'm ready for it. But it's still freaky.

A good portion of FEAR creeped the hell outta me.
And I'm also very much afraid of fast zombies and headcrabs from HL2.
I can't actually handle scary games. :[ I stay away from most of them, but some... I just can't resist.
