*nods* and since Splicing is illegal in Gotham, Nightmare makes a few "donations" to GCPD to ignore his clubs.
Nightmare arched an eyebrow "am I doing anything really illegal?"
no, just trade information, offer a hang out for splicers, help out Terry. You're clubs are also drug free.... if anyone breaks that rule some teeth get broken and the owner of those teeth get their a** thrown out.
