Draxis paused, breathing heavily. Suddenly the unbearable pain had gone, though he still felt slightly dizzy. Moving away from the elf, he smiled weakly. "Magic eh? A necessary evil...but thanks. There was another girl...a dancer. I'd suggest y'take the orb and see if she's alright." Draxis patted Trajedie on the shoulder softly, before setting off on his own. Moving on ahead, he began to contemplate. The staff needed to be destroyed, there was no doubt about that. He'd also need to mark this town on his map.. another event due to magic. At least for now, this town would be safe.

His first real action as a true Templar. Draxis was somewhat proud, deep inside, a child like glee trying to escape, held down by professionalism. He'd helped to dispell a malignant magic far greater than his own.
Bregnus, I hope you're alright..Guess you'd be proud of me.

Nodding at Jayrus, he gave silent thanks, still deep in thought for the most part. This was his biggest lead so far into the dissapearance of his Templar band...his second family. "Appreciated, friend. I've got summat t'do right now, excuse me."

After retrieving his few belongings from the ruined inn, Draxis made his way to the tower. It was vital Air'gen didn't do anything drastic with the staff...she was prone to... outbursts, after all. Making his way upstairs, he noticed Air'gen flicking through books rapidly.
"Nice work out there, y'crazy slag." Draxis' laugh echoed in the silent room.
"Any luck on the staff or our mystery man?"

"Oh hey there" the commader greeted Draxis as he entered the room, then he turned around and looked at Air'Gen "While you're at it, maybe you could find some way as to get us out of this city. My guards were unable to leave it before, they told me they were stopped by some kind of invisible wall". He had been wanting to say that for some time, it was clear as he walked out the the room with a grin on his face, probably thinking something like 'Heh, that they didn't expect'.

Air'Gen couldn't find any faces that resembled the dark elf's.

((I don't mean to be rude but in the future please refrain from assuming my character does something just because she is asked. I had been planning on her trying to hold on to the staff for fear you magic users would use it to create mre destruction. For now I will go along with what was previously posted. Thank you))

Trajedie gave up the staff reluctantly to the other wood elf. The girl seemed like she knew a bit about magic and could figure it out. She took the orb and used it to heal Draxis. As he mentioned the dancer she nodded and set out to look for her. She noticed that the girl had already been taken care of by the other wood elf and so she took the orb around to look for more injured. After she had finished helping she would go baack long enough to retrieve the staff from te magic users and then she would leave town as soon as possible. She did not want to be involved in these events any longer, and she would not let the staff stay in unsafe hands.

((Yeah the previous page Air healed you with the orb thingy... I don't think she put detail into it but its on the previous page...))

(( Folks it's better to keep the descriptions short than make a long one containing several actions and descriptions of your surrounding. An example could be "Myia entered the room carefully, assuming there might be traps or perhaps enemies ready to attack her. So she readied herself for any surprises.". Now with this small action I am able to tell Myia what happens when she enters the room. She may also make an OOC bit telling me what her intentions are like (( I am not going to attack anything before I'm sure whether it's enemy or ally, however anything moving fast, and I'll leave the room again and shut the door as fast as possible )). Now this gives me some ideas as to what her intentions are, and I can be more detailed and precise as to what happens. This also works to avoid god-modding, not that I've seen anything bad yet, but in the case with the staff, Air'Gen could have said that she reached out for it, making it her final action for that post, then trajedie could have refused to give it to her, leaving Air'Gen empty handed. ))

Air threw another book away "Can't find hoods or death guy, so it's the staff now" she said slightly disappointedly. Most of the books Michel had were catalogues made by him of things he had found. "Michel" Air said whimsicality "You could've learned to write properly".

"Here, and don't skulk it's rude" Air said tossing a book to Trajedie and discarding her own. "Back in a minuet" she shouted running up the stairs three at a time.
