Raiden, The Wicked One

Raiden squeezed his fist tightly again when Hetero spoke of Vamp, the only person who would dare show up in the lair of the Black Messengers and make declarations so boldly. "I see, so he showed himself here, personally? They interfered directly with Seta's destruction, I doubt they believe our deceptions any longer." Raiden stood up again, not ready even if Hetero had given the order that moment, thanks to the battle that had taken place at the Shrine. Hetero seemed satisfied with congregating the Shadows and building a new warrior of a higher caliber with the one who remained, but to do so they would need to collect more Shadows, and they were short on the type in particular he imagined Yoshizo would consume in time. "I need to rest, but when I'm done...I will collect the special ingredient to creature a new creature of terror, once more." Raiden said, informing Hetero that he had every intention of moving once again. "Soon I will restart the New Age Weapons Facility, and it will begin work on our designs once again. Only in the furnaces that forge Shadows into a special form of metal can I create weapons strong enough to fight against them. I've already lost too much of my original form, I will need to replace the blade that was taken with one that was stronger..." Raiden had lost his visor, and his armor was badly damaged. One of his katanas was broken, the other stolen, and he was nearly defenseless in this state. But while Hetero's world was like a living structure, built of Shadows and minds and covered in heavy barrier of power and fog, Raiden's was one of creation for weapons of destruction, taking all of the energy that Hetero had used to protect the Black Messengers, and turning it into destructive power. Those unmanned furnaces could produce miracles of death under their master's hand, and at a time like this, it seemed the cold steel would need to be heated, once more.

My arm is the arm of the dark one
My shield is the power of the shadow

Yoshizo stood in silence the darkness of his very aura which almost refused to let him become visible. He stroked his long, dirty fingernails over his new armor. So precious, so pretty, it was fast, fast was what made him kill the toads the best very fast and very strong. Yoshizo's fingernails reached the sleeves of the armor and quickly hooked onto one of the arm coverings. It was there wasn't it? Last time he looked it was there but he needed to check again. With a flip of his finger the smooth metallic sleeve flipped and what became visible was a bright green eye shaped image. They were the eyes of his master. "Great toad killer…great great toad killer... eyes of the toad killer will bring fear." Almost as if his legs gave out the black haired maniac dropped down into a crouch position. Very gently the toad killer placed his new armor down on the ground as if trying to keep it from evaporating like the pale man may have. With the armor now on the ground he reached up to his black cloth shirt and put his claw to the collar and dragged the sharpened edge down the shirt an inch to cut it open. With an almost ceremonial diligence Yoshizo wrapped his hands around the collar and wrenched his arms outwards. The cloth was torn inhale and as he let the fabric slip from his grasp the black shirt fluttered to the floor. Yoshizo picked up the armor and stood up. As he stood if one were to look at the black messenger they would see the violent scars and burns that covered his entire body. The pale thin sickly skin was almost clear from lack of time seeing the sun.Pulling the shirt of armor over himself the black cold metal encased the psycho fitting perfectly around his hateful toad killing body.

Now encased in the ice cold metal Yoshizo reached down and picked up his other package from the strange metal working man. The new toy was wrapped carefully in a thick brown paper. Running a claw along the paper he sliced it open and stared reverently at the weapon. It was beautiful. A pure work of art. Reaching into the packaging he quickly wrapped his pale palm around the metal hilt of his toad killer."We are the shadows…" Yoshizo flipped his wrist the blade extending out into its near 15 foot whip length. "We are the truth." Yoshzio grinned psychotically and suddenly turned to the left as though someone called his name and was beckoning to him from the corner of the room. "Sister…We thought you were dead!" Yoshizo shouted into the empty room before raising his sword and pointing it at the perceived enemy. No less than a second after his threat to the voices in his head he sprung into action.

A violent ruckus was easily audible to anyone close. Yoshizo backflipped swinging the blade with his jump cutting a hard line into the floor and ceiling. Upon landing Yoshizo swept his leg as if to trip someone and then rolled to the side. As he rolled his wrist flipped and the whip became a sword. "heheheheh stupid coffee man time to die!!" Yoshizo screamed violently before breaking into a full forward sprint. He ran full speed at the wall his entire body moving as a blur. It looked as though he was going to crash but a moment before hitting the wall the maniac sprung upwards at the ward contorting and twisting mid air. Shoes hitting the hard surface of the wall the toad killed thrust his legs and sprung off and sailed high into the air. As he flew high through the dark air a click could be heard as the blade separated out and swung down to where the perceived threat was towards an invisible neck. Yoshizo landed and rolled backwards coming to a full stop exactly where the fit of rage had started. "Heh…stupid toads…We will kill you again and again and again." Yoshizo wordlessly then flipped his sword back into its more compact form he walked to the corner and sat down head on his knees as he whispered words innumerable to himself.

My arm is the arm of the dark one
My shield is the power of the shadow

The pale dark figure appeared inside the Data Dungeon without a word. It was a sacred place for the many voices bound into the prison of flesh. What was there not to love? This was their home, they gained all there was in their lives from this place and it's dark lord Hetero. Their armor swished lightly as they carried the large figure of the brother the vessel once loved into the great room. The knew this place well, the pale one had thrown them into the darkness for the first time. The great hunter Hetero taught them of the cruelty of life on this floor when the vessels sister was impaled onto the blade. No the voices would not forget this room or its lessons. They were what was left of the loyal messengers, the rest laid quietly in wait for an unseen voice...or spent their nights in the grip of a false master from the black messiahs... The voices disdain for the messiahs was immense and were it not for his weak form compared to those that had abandoned the messengers he would kill them wherever they stood regardless of wether or not they crawled back to the true shadows. Looking up he called deeply into the darkness. "Hetero...lord...master Hetero we bring present...This one-" He stopped for a moment to kick the wriggling body hard in the ribs to point out just what present he meant. "He was the brother of our vessel...we bring him to show you we are no longer weak like before...shall we kill him and drink his blood with tea master? I do not know whether you take one lump of marrow or two..." Yoshizo's rambling would probably be scolded but he really just couldn't control his need to speak in such a manner.

Hetero, the Despondent One

If things were beginning to grow less controlled in the Data Dungeon World, it was only that much more reason for Hetero to strengthen his grip on the realm that had fallen under his dominion and those who dwelt within. Thus, when he was summoned by Hetero to share in the twisted enjoyment he derived from torturing yet another of his brethren that had fallen before his new powers, Hetero did not disappoint him by failing to appear. Blackness swirled about his throne and he stepped forward from within, green eyes radiating with their usual, empty malice as he looked down at the writhing blond that Yoshizo presented as a sort of party favor. Drinking blood...lumps of marrow...he did not need such a reminder that Yoshizo's transformation was as much a failure as it was a success...failure in that his mind had been utterly broken by his twisting to the 'dark side' but a success in that he had managed obtain some sort of identity and a strange sense of loyalty to those who had liberated him from his frail mortality. His distaste, however, was only shown by a small down-turning of the corner of his lips; fortuitous as this meeting might have been in lieu of his recent considerations, it didn't mean he had to allow himself to dabble in such decadence. "I need not such vile presentations," he spoke sternly, his hollow voice reprimanding his charge only to the point that he himself did not care for such things...if this was what contented the slithering psychopath in front of him and kept him honest, however, that was his business. "However, if you need further proof of your liberation humanity, there is a forbidden ritual I want you to experience. Though I had hoped not to use it on the likes of you..." the bossman spoke plainly, and with good reason. Knowing the side-effects that it could have on those who underwent it (himself included, though he was not aware of that), and how twisted the little Toad-Killer already was, it had the potential to break him entirely. But Simon's machinations had robbed the Messengers of much of their strength, and if they were to preserve their own dominion, much would have to be risked with their remaining members. If Yoshizo died in the process, it wouldn't be much of a loss...

"Are you ready?" he asked without hesitation, stepping up to the small blond and reaching his hand down onto his back, a blackness forming around it in an instant that he began to withdraw...a familiar form being taken by the mass as it rose from the back of the flamboyant drunkard that had been hauled into their den. Soon, the form became clear...it was the intruder's shadow, fresh and slowly taking on its full form. Turning his empty eyes to Yoshizo at that, he thrust the shadow forward and held it towards the Toad-Killer without truly giving the boy a choice. "Devour him..." the Black King ordered without hesitation, then looked down at the beaten body that remained, "...and then kill the leftovers. And if you survive, your severance from weakness will grow ever wider."

My arm is the arm of the dark one
My shield is the power of the shadow

Yoshizo was overjoyed that their master had decided to come and accept the present that they had brought. The only thing that kept them from skipping and dancing around the room and blathering on and on about the taste of blood and its delicious texture was the scare he had received from Raiden. They had been foolish to ignore the rest of their lords commands but this time they would follow their lords words to the T. It seemed the master did not want the present...no blood no drinking of the divine liquid...how unfortunate. Yoshizo's mind was as a top. Spinning as such that all the colors became one and no one voice was distinguishable from another. The many voices conveyed the words of the master to one another, not on the likes of us...why not the toad hunter. Many voices fought for the right to speak but only one was loud enough to be heard in the ears of the despondent one. "We are the shadow...unfailingly we will swallow the light." Yoshizo grinned crazily then and gripped their head as they watched and listened to the rest of the master's words.

It seemed the monster with many voices and many names would need to devour that which he derived power from and then kill the shell? How fun there would be blood and a tasty dessert? The many voices cheered with happiness and a deep gratitude towards their master but again all but one remained within the crazed black haired boy's mind. "We are ready...we cannot wait to feast on the toad's truth and then play with the rest..." The psycho nearly leapt forward and grabbed the body by it's neck. Violently he shook the shadow and tossed its newly formed body against the wall with a sick grin on his face. "Show us your truth!" In all but a moment the boy charged forward and pounced on the body quickly stopping any protestations it may have had. They had little remorse and were tearing the form apart and ingesting it in pieces no larger than a mouthful. It took them much time to finish their feast of the brother they once loved. "So tasty." The voice spoke aloud. They stood and suddenly it felt as thought something hit their brain. Many messages splintered, voices warred with one another, soon nothing was clear or divided and his entire senate like mind devolved into chaos. The voices may have yelled before but now they screamed in wailing cries to tell the body what to do. Many knew the rules and they knew what the master wanted. Oddly the boy stumbled forward and drew his blade falling to his knees but an inch before the battered body soon to die and be devoured much in the same way. He wanted hearts now...many hearts... of young girls...beautiful girls...so much injustice and-He was the toad killer...not some pathetic pretty boy. The voices warred until one stood above the rest its voice loud and booming. "Goodbye." And with that Yoshizo drove his sword through the heart of the man who was once his brother. The body would wait until later, the many voices bound within a single mind warred and as they fought the body did not move. It seemed a victor would be found and one voice would be used...but who would make it? It was not for Yoshizo...or even the despondent one to know.

Hetero, the Despondent One

Hetero observed impatiently as the psychotic follower went about his business and devoured the shadow piece-by-piece, a literal ingestion of black fleshy matter and whatever was left of it when he had picked it clean. Finishing the ritual with the murder of the previous host of that shadow, there was nothing more that could be done save waiting to see which consciousness within the boy would emerge victorious...or if he would be devoured entirely by the warring identities and wills within him. But whatever it was that won, it did not stir in a visible or noticeable manner...whatever was left behind of the Yoshizo Yoshimura who had devoured the shadow of his brother, it simply stood before him now in all its twisted, decadent grandeur. Maybe the battle was over...or maybe it was still going on, never settled, and he was just too damned broken to know this was the part he was supposed to be consumed and die. Whatever the case, his Black Messenger still remained...so without a word Hetero turned his back to the dangerous man and stepped up to his throne, no fear that he had put his backside to an unrepentant killer...a sign that while the man's power had again grown stronger, he was no threat in the hollow eyes of his master. "It's done," the empty voice of the Black King came as he looked back over his shoulder, eyes narrowed in a mixture of something implacable and distaste for what he had done, "Simon will not have expected me to attempt this, nor less likely that I should succeed...if this can indeed be called a success. With this, we will turn the tide against him...and against Seta's band of would-be heroes,'

'Go forth now, remnant of Yoshizo Yoshimura. Do whatever it is you will,"
he ordered simply, before his empty eyes narrowed into dangerous slits, "...but do not forget that it is my will that rules you. Or I will crush you just as swiftly as I gave your power birth." Having delivered his warning, necessary or not, he turned and sat upon the throne, letting the blackness surround him until he was no longer visible. It lingered on still thereafter, never dying away and never with its master's face revealing itself therein. If he was gone or simply there and in the midst of some strange ritual of his own was unclear...only that the malice in his heart grew ever-deeper, ever-more focused. Soon there would be a reckoning at the heart of which would stand the Black Lord himself, and whosoever stood in his way would that day know the truth of the matter...that no one was greater than he.

The rightful King of this town and this entire country...the Black King Hetero.

My arm is the arm of the dark one
My shield is the power of the shadow

Was it that one voice one and laid quietly among the dead basking in the deliverance its victory brought or was it that with all the fighting within his mind the body of Yoshizo Yoshimura no longer held consciousness. Regardless the actions the hollowed out body took were as real as any other. Standing up, his eyes almost empty of all action his lips held together as if by glue, the young shell bowed to his master's throne and then turned from the room the body of a once loved brother dragged by the arm. It could be said that Yoshizo's mind had become wiped...that he knew not of anger or hatred...all of the voices... they sang together... one glorious song of death. The voices were unified now if only for now and then they would understand unity; it would be a unity pock marked with the blood stains of the ones who thought themselves seekers of truth. As the voices sang the song so did the shell's mouth work through skin muscle and bone of his treat. The blood of the fallen imbibed by the living in triumphant victory. If you could call this shattering of a mind a victory that is.

Kazuma Koroko

I wonder if it’s w e a k to let you know when I’m feelingsad

It felt, strange...no the feeling was more nostalgic at best. Never did Kazuma believed he would be stepping in this place ever again. This dungeon, a visual of a world free from the taint of mankind, this is where it all began for Kazuma once he sided with Hetero, the Data Dungeon World. It was only now that he felt a weird emptiness within this place, whether it was because he had change thanks to Simon or because he broke his bonds to the dungeon didn't matter to him. He continued to walk along the data cube platform wondering if he already been caught. This was in fact Hetero's little home, and knowing his former master he had eyes all around the walls, the ceiling, and the floor itself. Kazuma scoffed, if Hetero knew then why was he letting Kazuma roam around as far as he did. He thought he was going to be ambush by a group of shadows or even some of the messengers, best not the jinx it; the guests of honor had not arrived yet for that. Like Soji, Kazuma owed Hetero alot, for opening his eyes to the truth of the world. Also giving him power to reach not only his goals, but Kazuma's goals as well. However, there was a quick falt in all of this. The fact that they would always have a never ending set back within their plans, further and further did his goal seem to be. And spending time under Hetero's rule wasn't helping him. So it was time to cut the ties and go to Simon, his new leader in order to gain more power and closer steps to reach his targeted goal. Casting away his Messenger status, the Black Knight advented to a Messiah for Simon's purpose. Thinking that he had walked far enough Kazuma stopped and crossed his arms. It wasn't long now, all he had to do was to wait.

Yoshizo was there... in the shadows of the data cube world licking the blood off of his hands when the traitor toad arrived. Skittering along the ceiling he looked down at the creature that he despised more than anything in the world. Skidding past Kazuma he dropped from the ceiling infront of the ex-black night. His transformation was reversed as he looked at the traitor wanting to see him with his own two eyes. "Leave this place!" He growled the hatred and malice crackling through his voice like lightning. Unsheathing his sword Yoshizo flipped his wrist and the blade released into its whip form. The many voices screamed in his head, Kazuma would have never approached this hallowed ground without a plan or back up. Whipping his sword at the sword he snarled at his previous comrade. "No... stay with us...You shall die with us!" With a furious, guttural, roar he swung the whip blade out for Kazuma's neck. He wanted to kill him with a single strike but he was ready for a battle.

Will you listen?

Teros clicked his tongue audibly as he walked down the hallway towards Kazuma, coming from the direction of his destination. He had actually only been a short ways down the hall but hearing Kazumas thunder punches was rather simple... "Tsk tsk, you kept me waiting long enough...anyways, now I guess we wait huh?" He said smirking slightly as he adjusted the mail beneath his shirt and jitte and dagger at his sides. "Though it's a bit weird to be in this place again..." He said, more thinking aloud than striking up a conversation. It was true, he felt a sort of... uncomfortable being here. Though, this feeling only made him grin however as he thought of the look that would be on Hetero's face when he saw them. Man, he wished he had a camera that would go right into his scrap book... right after he made a scrap book just for that picture. Man... now he really was making himself impatient... those people needed to hurry up and get here... He was thinking of this right around the time Yoshizo skittered in, dropping down and threatening (then attacking) Kazuma. "Oh look if it isn't the newest little pawn. Are you really that upset us big boys went and left on you? Well it's your funeral I guess, Kazuma you can kill him, I won't even step in." He says chuckling lightly.

Kazuma took a few step back after some type of creature fell in front of him. So Hetero did manage to find him, or maybe this was a coincidence. As that creature turned into a human being Kazuma immediately figured out who that person was. Yoshizo, looked like he went through the same shadow training in order to transform as such. Amusing, looked like Hetero needed all the powerful men he could get. Kazuma merely chuckled at his attempt to make him leave through mere words. Oh the man should know the Black Knight better than that. "Why don't you make me, little man" provoke the blonde. Didn't take much for the insane messenger to try and kill him with that accursed whip blade. As it lashed out for his neck Kazuma lifted up his arm, using the gauntlet as a shield. As the sword clashed with the black steel gauntlet Kazuma immediately grabbed the blade before it could retract. "Hey hey hey now, you shouldn't be going berserk like that, after all we did use to be partners. Awww.;" the man sounded heart broken when he caught notice of Yoshizo's anger towars him for being in here, He gave a light tug at the blade to try and pull him in. "Did I hurt your feelings by changing side?~....well to damn bad!" Immediately Kazuma unleashed a Zionga wiht his free hand heading straight for Yoshizo's chest. .

Traitors... stupid traitorous toads. The black haired psycho was furious. Skinned the toads must be skinned! one voice claimed in his head while another retorted with a chuckle: Tear them limb from limb! the other voice called. The black messenger stood pulling on the blade as hard as he could while Kazuma blasted him with electricity, but the black messenger was stronger than the last time he fought against Koroko. Jumping forward after he shrugged off the electric blast Yoshizo flipped his wrist. It would seem that the psycho had become more clever, when he flipped his wrist the blade retracted and pulled him towards Kazuma increasing his momentum towards the blond. Sticking his feet out in front of him he aimed his flying dropkick at the traitor's head. The psycho bit his lip hard enough that he began to bleed. His anticipation was high, he couldn't wait to kill the traitor.

Oh? So Yoshizo had some improvement. He can block lightning attacks, fairly good but not good enough. Kazuma still had a few more moves up his sleeves, however his grin for blood was a obvious sign that Kazuma was getting excited through this battle. The real show hadn't even started yet, but this was a good way to get warmed up. As Yoshizo was coming in at full spead to kick off Kazuma's head, the Black Knight Leaned back as far as he could to let Yoshizo pass him. As soon as he did Kazuma's hand slid down the blade which he was still holding and grabbed onto Yoshizo's wrist tightly. Back up and pulling on the Messenger's wrist hard to bring him in. Kazuma unleashed a quick, powerful, low nuclear punch to the face of his former comerade. .

Yoshizo's head rocked back, his teeth puncturing deep into his lip the blood quickly flowing into his mouth. Yoshizo landed woozily on the floor his head ringing from the impact against his face. Tasting his blood awoke something horrible inside of him. From the floor the metal coverings and appendages grew out of his body the metal tentacles thrashing outwards violently. The blood it tasted so sweet in his mouth, the iron taste in his mouth unleashing the power of the ultimate toad killer. Suddenly springing up from the floor Yoshizo lashed out with one of his metal appendages flailing it violently at Kazuma's torso. His enraged status increased his strength considerably and allowed his body to heal itself 10 percent per turn. He felt the damage the punch has caused quickly subside and readied to fight dropping down into his signature animal like prowling fighting stance.

Letting go of his wrist to let Yoshizo fall Kazuma began to examine his new weapons. They seemed to be working more than he expected them too, this was great he wanted to test them out at full power, but he had to conserve his strength, there was no need to waste it all on Yoshizo. Looking over a the fallen Yoshizo the Black Knight was privelaged to see what he was becoming. Those appendages, that metallic like body, so that was Yoshizo's shadow form. Looked fitting for one such as crazy. Kazuma merely smirked out some, maybe he was going to have to go all out before the guests of honor arrived. Before he could give it anymore thought Kazuma was whacked in the gut by one of those freaky appedages. Kazuma was then set flying back in a leap of pain. Crashing back onto the ground Kazuma immediately rolled until he was back on his feet to halt his tumbling. Luckily enough he found himself right next to Teros his partner in all of this Chaos. "This looks like a good time to take a breather" he said before spitting out some blood onto the data cubed floor. Dusting himself off he stepped behind Teros and pushed kicked him in front, "Got him all wild up for you, now go on and stall him." he said amusingly to his Ultimate Wingman. .
