The Otosan Staff Style

User Image

This weapon style uses a bow staff, approximately six feet long, which allows members of the otosan clan to cast out vibrations that greatly increase their sight capabilities and can increase their ability to defend against attacks as well. The staff itself is coated in the user's chakra when they touch it, linking them to it and allowing it to literally become an extension of their arms. It is hollow, so vibrations tend to stick in it longer, and can catch them from farther away, thus extending their sight range. Pounding the staff against the ground or anything else for that matter with send out vibrations that will help you see up to fifteen meters farther, no matter the force put into the staff. The style will also help Otosan members to learn to see using vibrations to get more detailed pictures of what they are seeing. This means a city can turn into your playground, as you can see where a beam leads, what is on the other end, and sometimes even structural faults as you learn to feel when your staff's integrity is in danger.

Stage One: Academy
To begin, the training will not be quite as rigorous as at the later stages. In order to prepare for the training you will undergo with the staff you will be required to reach a certain level of fitness. You won’t be using the staff at all yet, but you will have some fighting experience. Training, with a clone or friend, for five posts to prepare you for the style, in addition to three posts of fitness are required.

Stage Two: Genin
At this Stage the practitioner isn't really used to wielding a staff and as such will have a hard time maneuvering it around. The staff will be held at the middle, the dominant hand perfectly centered, and the other below it. While nowhere near proficient the user will be able to make some quick, snap attacks with the weapon, but primarily this stage is best if used for defensive purposes, spinning the blade in front of you quickly in order to fend off close range attacks from the front. Training done should be for control over the staff while spinning it and for strike power. Two posts of strength training and two posts with the staff are good enough at this stage.

Techniques/Skills:
Snap Attacks- This technique is used typically as if made on a snap decision. It is a quick swing in any direction that has moderate range and can inflict serious pain, and if aimed correctly, can cause an enemy to drop their weapon. As you progress through stages, this basic technique will grow in effectiveness. (Obtained with stage, no extra training required.)

Low Sweep- This technique, while possibly leaving you open, is good for knocking enemies off balance. The practitioner will aim low and use his body to give some extra leverage to the staff itself. Positioning the staff off to the side of himself, the practitioner will sweep across the ground and attempt to knock a foe off his feet. The key to the technique is in the leverage. Using your own body to give you mechanical advantage, you will have an easier time making a foe fall over.

High Sweep- While identical in practice to the first, the difference here is that you are aiming to knock a foe out or cause traumatic issues by hitting them in the head. (Obtained with the previous.)

Vault- Usually used after some form of running start, the user will vault using the staff and aim a kick at an enemy. Simple technique. Simple use.

Stage Three: Genin
By this point, the practitioner will become more used to the staff itself and know how to better use it. When used two handed as learned in stage one, you will be able to easily transition from an attack to a defensive position while spinning the staff in front of you. In addition to that, you will be a bit more unpredictable with your attacks, making you a more dangerous enemy in close range. You will be able to spin the staff not just in front of you, but at your sides with one hand, or at your back. Now as the attacks with the staff itself make contact, they will leave painful bruises and possibly fracture. It is also now possible to balance atop the staff and along any pole like structure will enhanced skill, especially for Otosan clan members who have an intensified sense of touch. Training done should be for more control, getting used to attacking without stopping, and for balancing on the pole. (BOWCHICKAWAHWAH) This stage requires three posts of training with the staff, three posts of body training, and then a five post spar.

Techniques/Skills
Snap Attacks v2- Upgraded version allows for your snap attacks to be used without losing any momentum. As you spin the staff in front of you or behind you, or beside you even, attacks coming in will be knocked away by the snap attacks that come as you speed up the staff for the instant you attack. This combo of the flurry of spinning and defensive maneuvers will no doubt scare off anyone getting in attack range. (Obtained after stage training, no extra training required.)

Balance Act- This skill, once learned, is passive and becomes a part of your regular routine when in battles. You will be able to transfer from defense or offense into an evasive position. This is done by jabbing the staff into the ground and then quickly climbing to the top of it. You will be able to stand on it, with your hands or feet, with incredible ease, and then once you fall you will be able to quickly transition back into your routine attacks. (Obtained with training.)

Banzai!- Attempting to do serious damage at the risk of failing and taking severe damage, the practitioner will speed in close to an opponent while changing his grip on the staff. He will spin once in close enough, holding the weapon a bit lower on the staff, and bring it up for a crushing blow from the ground using all of the momentum it brings you. The key here is in the way you hold the weapon. Holding it lower gives you more range, and as you spin around, you will bring it up with much more force. The enemy hit by this will have cracked ribs, bruises, and possibly a broken and bruised arm (in the event of an attempt at defense.) At the least, it will leave an enemy equally ranked with a bruise.

Sweep- now adept at using the range, and your body in addition to your hands with the staff, you will be able to make a wide sweep with the weapon with much more ease and then transition back into your typical stance. (Obtained with training, no extra training required.)

Stage Four: Chuunin

By now, the way the staff was held before, for absolute defense above all else, will be mastered for the practitioner. Now they will learn the other form of using the staff, which is with two hands. Holding it with one hand positioned a foot from the base and the other at the bottom of it, this will put defense on the back burner while bolstering offensive capabilities. Training should be for getting used to not spinning the weapon and instead keeping an enemy away from you, and for using that distance as an advantage. You also begin learning where enemies are more vulnerable to strikes, like the inside of the knees and between ribs. This knowledge will help you to keep enemies at a distance. this will require five posts of training with the staff, three posts of body training, and at least a five post spar.

Techniques

Smackdown-This is the most basic technique of the style, while one of the more effective ones. You will simply attempt to hit the enemy in his or her head with the staff by bringing it down with one hand. (Obtained with training.)

Jab-Simply put you attempt to poke outward with the staff and "impale" them. (Obtained with training.)

Just Go With It- You will swing the staff outwards and then come around for a second hit as you make a complete spin. Without much leverage, you should intend to miss the first attack to give them a sense of safety and then hit them in a vital spot to get them off their balance.

Stage Five: Special Jounin

At this point, you will be a force to be reckoned with when holding the staff no matter which way you hold it. You Will be quick with your attacks, while keeping enemies from getting close with one of the best defense strategies. A great offense. At this stage you will learn how to maneuver two staffs at once, though maybe not through using one hand each. You will fluently attack with one and transition to defending in one quick second. You will train your body for four posts, and then with dual staffs for four, then finish with a five post spar.

Techniques
Dual wield- The name says it all, you will be able to wield a second staff in perfect symbiotic teamwork with the first.

Double tornado- This is the equivalent of having four fast hands while using a staff. It will allow you to to make two attacks in the time it takes most to use one. Without a mastery of both these techniques dual wielding will be impossible.

Stage Six: Jounin:
You get from practicing at this point will be the ability to string together to two forms of the style into one. You will transition from snap attacks to out rageous with split second decisions. You will go from a balancing act into an Over and out without having to vault first, and then recover into spinning the weapon again. In other words, the staff is your body and vice verse. You will need five posts of training with the staff, five posts of training your body, and a six post spar or fight after the previous training is done.

Techniques
Hurricane Force- Spinning the staff above your head, the wind around you will act as a slight barrier to deflect oncoming attacks. This wind will also serve to defend against B ranked elemental attacks (except for fire).

The Master
At this point, the user has reached a point where even the most cunning of enemies will fail against his staff. He is a mobile tank, switching from a wall of defense to an offensive bullet in seconds. For this stage it is nessecery to carry around six staffs with you, however you would do that. You will wield them all with a slight telepathic link held by chakra, able to whip them around you with almost impossible accuracy and reaction time. In addition, the staffs are able to be used while mid air as air rides, allowing for some serious possibilities. Ten more posts of training with staff, and ten without in addition to a fifteen post spar with someone equally ranked or higher using the six staff combination.

Link- This technique, reaching out for each blade with chakra, will be what allows the seemingly telepathic link to the user.

Air Riding- This technique allows you to master travel on your staffs. These movements are extremely fast and take time to get used to.

1. Snap Attacks, an offensive that doesn't need to be learned? While the stage it is "acquired" at states that the user cannot use a staff properly? That technique will have to be learned in order to be allowed. Even if the user was a master when it comes to fighting with staves. A technique is a technique.

2. High Sweep, auto learned by learning a similar technique? Even though the place aimed at is completely different? We have a problem here.

3. Snap Attacks v2, same reason as the first one and more, this kind of technique looks more like a C ranked tha a D ranked one.

4. Balance Act, no auto learned techniques, passive or active, techniques are still techniques.

5. Banzai!, reword it. The way it is looks like the user somehow is able to spin the staff while holding it at the lower part and bring it up with a swing without it being stuck at the floor. You didn't state exactly how the staff is swung. Without forgetting that, a long staff being held in a way in order to have a longer range, brought to close range wouldn't have that much power as it may seem in the technique's description.

6. Smackdown, no auto learned techniques, no matter how simple the technique may seem.

7. Jab, same as Smackdown.

8. Just go with it, be more specific about the aimed place of the second strike. Just saying vital spot makes it vague.

9. Dual Wield and Double Tornado, both seem a bit too much for a special jounin level ability. A special jounin is someone who has an exceeding skill in a certain area. For that technique to be of that level it would have requirements, such as being weapon specialist or taijutsu master, something like that. Otherwise, those techniques would have to be moved onto the next stage, as A ranked abilities. Or you can turn that stage into an A ranked one, but it is up to you.

10. Hurricane Force, using the wind produced by just spinning the staf to deflect elemental attacks? Without the use of chakra for that technique, I believe it would hardly happen. For example, a doton technique of C rank such as the mud river or the earth dragon blast, do you think that just wind would be able to stop that? Work on that technique and reword it.

11.a. The Master stage, first, what rank would it be? "Master" isn't a shinobi rank as stages can be mastered at the jounin level if the one who created it wants it to be like that.

11.b. Second, controlling 6 staves like that seems like something that a puppet master would be able to do, not any common person. Am I wrong?

11.c. Third, flying? I have never seen any technique that allows someone to fly so I'm not sure how I should judge this one. All I can do about this is ask, is it allowed? If it is, then you would have to reword that technique, stating how exactly it works, not just something like *puts chakra into the staff and begins flying*.

The Tetsu no Ryu

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

Meaning "Iron Dragon," Tetsu no Ryu is an ancient form of swordsmanship closely tied with Feudal warplay.
Born from the Land of Iron are the feared samurai who live there; training countless days and nights to develop a form of swordplay that mirrored their own ferocity. This style has it roots deepened in tradition, discipline, and hard work. It is geared for war, not stealth, and its vast amount of straightforward attacks are self-evident of this. Many of its techniques shine during duels, though they can be applicable most anywhere. Those who practice Tetsu no Ryu are bound to follow the code of Bushido.
The virtues of a Bushi are: Rectitude (義, gi) ○ Courage (勇, yuu) ○ Benevolence (仁, jin) ○ Respect (礼, rei) ○ Honesty (誠, makoto) ○ Honor (誉, yo) ○ Loyalty (忠, chuu)

Style Basis:
The main use for this style is a Katana learning and following the path of a Swordsman. Some have been able to use this style with a Tanto or Short Blades as well using them in a Combination together creating more powerful force behind it.

Style Characteristics:

• Training under this style can not be considered how powerful your "Will" is but your instincts of a Swordsman. The last known existing Sensei under this Style was an Uchiha named Seiko. When you are taught this Style the Student is only shown each Technique once that is all it should take. If you cannot understand it the first time seen then you are not worthy to learn or train under this Style.

• The movement of this Style is namely Versatility being able to easily transfer themselves from the Offensive to the Defensive at any moment. Now due to instincts of battle some Swordsman are seen in their guard stance before they begin their battles. There is some who stray their Style off of emotion so those who have a "Kind Heart" only strike when they must making them more accustom to Defense. Those who are eager for battle having a "Ruthless Ambition" strike first just for the thrill of the fight

Stage One: Academy [E-Rank]
This Stage is simply breaking the ice to those who come to learn this style of course they will be shown one of the first Techniques of the Style and if they can learn they become an official student. As of now they cannot be considered a Swordsman since they only know the Basics and a few Beginners Techniques.

Techniques/Skills:
• Basic Chop
An overhead vertical strike meant as an offensive technique. Very basic, but it is a very powerful strike.

• Forward Step
A single step or series of steps forward, meant to add a great deal of power to offensive attacks. While it is quick, it is still one of the slower movements in the Style.

• Backward Step
A single step or series of steps backward, meant as an escape or evasion technique. While it is quick, it is still one of the slower movements of the style, and it is mostly used as a positioning technique.

• Basic Stab
The basic stab used in most blade styles. It is a plain forward thrust with the blade, meant to pierce skin and cause damage to the main body.

• Basic Block
The set of basic upper- and lower-blocks used with swords and other bladed weapons. It works best on the basic offensive chops and slices.

• Iaidō
With a single unhindered and swift motion, a true samurai can unsheathe his weapon and strike at the exact same time. This can provide an elegant, yet effective way to catch your opponent off guard, or as a means to interrupt handsigns. Note that this ability only shows true effectiveness upon the drawing of a weapon from its sheathe. Losing some of its element of surprise after being used once and then resheathed. ( This attack's rank mimics whatever stage of Tetsu no Ryu you are in. For example, if you are in Stage 5, this technique is considered rank A. )

• Ryūtsuisen [ Dragon Hammer Strike ]
The "Dragon Hammer" is a sword-drop technique delivered from above, targeting the crown of the head or the shoulder of the adversary. The key to the technique lays in the momentum gained from the user’s jump and the free-fall, which is applied to the sword to multiply the force of the sword-stroke.

Stage Two: Gennin [D-Rank]
This Stage is mainly getting you use to the Training Sessions while you still practice on old Techniques you are learning new ones to add to your arsenal. The pace will begin to move faster as you are expected to do more since you have chosen this Style. Still as of yet they are not considered a Swordsman because they have not created their own path.

Techniques/Skills:
• Pivot Block
The user pivots on the forward leg and deflects an incoming attack with their blade, setting them up for a highly effective counterattack. In addition, this movement sets the user up for a highly effective disarming technique, or even a throwing movement. This maneuver can block bukijutsu maneuvers and taijutsu maneuvers equal to the stage below the users highest mastered stage of this style.

• Forward Grind
After blocking an incoming attack or after the opponent’s block, with the blade of choice, the user grinds his or her blade toward the opponent on the blocked weapon. This movement closes the distance between the user and the opponent while forcing the target’s weapon to remain still.
This maneuver works better if the user is stronger than the target. On the reverse it is harder to use on targets stronger than the user.

• Deflection One
In the early stages of an opponent’s Taijutsu or Kenjutsu attack, the user raises his or her blade and slightly alters the course of the incoming attack so that it misses, allowing for a quick counterattack by the user.

• Twin Dragon Strike
Utilizing Iaido, the student of Tetsu no Ryu then follows up with a strike from his scabbard, utilizing the whole of his weapon, instead of just a single piece. This technique is generally utilized to catch an opponent unaware if they dodge the first stroke of the bladed weapon.

• Twin Dragon Strike: Lightning
This technique does not rely on the utilization of Iaido, as it first strikes with the scabbard of the weapon, using the surprise effect of being attacked with an improvised weapon, or the opening that follows an opponent’s dodge to follow the initial strike up with the actual bladed weapon.

Stage Three: Chuunin [C-Rank]
This Stage is where you are considered a honorable study and a known practitioner of the Tetsu No Ryo Style. Your Sensei now has faith that you will not shame the Style and knows that you will grow into a fine Swordsman. Even though he will continue to push you so that you won't get lazy and keep working hard.

Techniques/Skills:

• Ryūtsuisen: Zan [ Dragon Hammer Strike: Tragedy ]
A brutal variation of the origin, The user utilizes a sword impalement or plant, rather than a cross body strike. While this vastly increases the lethality of the move on a general basis it does allow for non-lethal take-downs without using the blunt end of the weapon, as a skilled practitioner can target a specific limb or location to assault.

• Calligraphy
A series of fine-point stabs and slices resembling calligraphy strokes. The wounds they inflict are shallow, but very painful and debilitating.

• Swordslinger
The rapid changing and using of blades during a battle has become recently known as “swordslinging” within the martial world due to its resemblance to certain methods of using long-range weaponry. Within the Tetsu No Ryo style, however, this is a technique taken very seriously, and as such it is only given to those who have mastered the style up to this Stage and have experience using at least five weapons. The technique involves rapidly unsheathing, attacking, and sheathing weapons without pause, constantly changing mode and form of attack. This is EXTREMELY taxing on the user and can only be used ONCE per engagement.

• Shajiku No Ame [ Axle Strike ]
Offensive, Using great speed the user will feint front right to left which his basically moving swiftly from left to right at an angle towards your opponent. Then after your break the feint formation you will sprint towards your target and finish with a powerful forward thrust.

• Yarazu No Ame [ Last Minute Strike]
This is a Technique used more when you have been either counted out or have an opening for a surprise assault. The user will simply drop their Katana but before it it's the ground the user will kick the base of the hilt sending it flying straight for their enemy in a stabbing motion.

Stage Four: Special Jounin [B-Rank]
During this stage the user begins to focus on the perceptional and passive ability's that come with being a swordsman. Learning to react to things calmer and with more precision than normal.

Techniques/Skills:

• Thread Walking One
Utilizing their new balance, the user can now walk on threads and wires without much difficulty and without chakra.

• Solid Footing
When on the ground the user extends their forward leg and lowers their center of balance. This makes it much harder to push them back or from said stance. However if the user is not careful it will leave their extended leg open to attack.

• Sensory Information
A defensive technique that allows the user to judge the vector (speed and direction) of an incoming projectile. The user will first vent chakra from their entire body causing a small field to bloom around the user similar to radar. The size of the field is based off of the amount of chakra put into it, up to a maximum of the users rank.
Diameters:
Academy Student: 1 Foot.
Gennin: 3 Feet.
Chuunin: 5 Feet.
Special Jounin: 7 Feet.
Jounin :9 Feet.
Sannin: 12 Feet.
Kage: 15 Feet.

• Gofuu Juu [ May Wind, October Blow ]
This a very useful and greatly used Technique. During battle the user will notice the flow in their fight as well as in his target until he is able to synchronize with the enemies breathing and motions making it easier for him to evade their attacks.
Lasts Two [2] Posts.

Cannot Make an Offensive action while this jutsu is active. If an offensive action is taken while this jutsu is active the user will not be able to activate it again until the end of the engagement.

Stage Five: Jounin [A-Rank]
At this stage your are no longer considered a practitioner of the style since you are reaching the end point of the Techniques and the years of training you have been through with your Sensei. You are now considered an Expert on the the style nearly reaching the level of Master just like your Sensei.

Techniques/Skills:

• Brush Stroke
A series of quick cuts that eclipse the Calligraphy technique in both speed and depth, but are much more difficult to work with. The cuts now pierce all the way through muscles, and can cut in to bone. This technique is harder to dodge the lower in rank the target is to the user, this also works inversely and is easier to dodge if the target is a higher rank than the user.

• Deflection Two
In the early stages of an opponent’s Taijutsu or Kenjutsu attack, the user raises his or her blade and alters the course of the incoming attack so that it is rendered useless, allowing for a quick counterattack by the user.

Stage Six: Sannin/Kage [S-Rank]
Your Sensei no longer sees you as his student but as a fellow Swordsman who has Mastered the Tetsu No Ryo Style. The only that is left for you to do is to simply keep training so that you may never forget the hard work you went through just to gain this power. You can now take on a student of you own and begin teaching them the same way you were taught with the original Masters consent of course.

Techniques/Skills:

• Thread Walking Two
The user is now able to both run and fight while balancing on threads and wires, though doing these things at the same time is widely regarded as totally infeasible.

• Crescent Block
A circular block meant to serve as an all purpose defensive technique. By catching the incoming attack and carrying it in a circular path on the blade edge, the user gains a great amount of control over the opposing weapon, enough to be able to drive it in to the ground or to easily disarm the opponent without the need for extra techniques or movements. In addition, this technique has great cutting power against soft weapons such as arms, legs, and anything made out of wood or bamboo.
(think a circular parry in foil fencing)

• Instant of Steel
A change to the physical state that increases the speed and reaction time of the user by one rank by cramming chakra into the feet of the user. This state lasts for ten posts and consumes a C-Rank (unmodifiable ) amount of chakra for every post it is active. DOES NOT STACK with other speed modifiers that require activation. Does stack with passive bonus' from type and class but only one of them. (the highest )
• All techniques prior to this Stage learned.

@Azeiel: Just a few things~

1. A Decade of Peace, it is a technique that allows reading the opponent's attacks, just like it would be done by someone with Sharingan of level 2 or 3. I can't allow that sorry. Unless the sharingan of level 2 or 3 is required to perform the technique. And even if the Sharingan becomes a requirement, the technique is of a level above E rank. C rank or so I'd say.

2. Pivot Block, state a limit to what kind of attacks can be deflected and the power of the attacks. I'll review it again once you're done.

3. Forward Grind, keep in mind that you won't be able to do that properly against an opponent who is stronger than the user.

4. Disarming One, reword it giving a better description of how it is performed. State exactly what you meant by the focal point of the weapon. "His or her blade" the opponent's or the user's?

5. Dragon Hammter Strike: Tragedy, that technique is above D ranked level, I'd say it is C ranked or so too because of the precision required in order to not cause lethal wonds without using th blunt end of the weapon.

6. Twin Dragon Strike: Lightning, by shock effect did you mean surprise or did you really mean shock? If so then there is the use of chakra I guess?

7. Swordslinger, unsheath attacking then sheath again, unsheath attacking the sheath again...Doing that without extra physical cost...srsly? Repeating movements, even if it is with different weapons, will eventually tire the user and require each time more energy. Don't forget that depending on the size and weight of each weapon, the stress on the user's body will vary.

8. Illusory Double, a technique so fast that someone of the same rank can't see two strikes? Just one? Unless the enemy is under the effect of some drug or genjutsu and/or the user is with some kind of overpowered speed boost, I don't see how a C ranked technique would be like that. Even if it was S ranked, I don't think that a sannin or kage wouldn't be able to see the second strike.

9. Extension, if extending the range of a weapon without the use of chakra was allowed, then there wouldn't be techniques for that purpose.

10. Thread Walking One, nothing wrong with this just, circus ftw.

11. Solid Footing, reword it giving a better explanation of the technique. State how and why that result is acquired.

12. Sensory Information, I can already see people going like "I know where you are even without being able to see you." or "I heard the sound of someone in that direction! *sends a huge jutsu that even without knowing the exact location of the enemy it would be able to hit him because of its size*". Without the use of chakra and if you don't state the range of the technique I can't allow it.

13. Ganshiki, I say no to that kind of technique. It'll cause problems. Someone will post that is hiding the killing intent while the user will claim to have felt the killing intent even thuogh the enemy "hid" it.

14. Gofuu Juu, noticing the flow of the fight...synchronizing with the enemy's breathing to avoid attacks...For such technique to be allowed there has to be some restriction other than the limit of how many times it can be used in a fight. Like, the user can't attack while performing the technique. Also, how long would that technique last? Even if it can be performed 4 times in a fight, how long would one use last? 1 post? Until the user attacks? Don't forget that even if the user is able to synchronize with the opponent's breathing, without enough speed it'll be useless.

15. Twin Blade, just like extension, it'll require the use of chakra to move the wind (Fuuton chakra in this case since it is an air blade.). Also, "crack or shatter most blades" gives a vague and overpowered idea of how strong an air blade can be. You're made it look like real blades are fragile when compared to this A ranked air blade.

16. Brush Stroke, just speed doesn't give perception. The way you worded the technique makes it seem that even the user can't see the movements performed.

17. Hydra Strike, this technique will be reviewed after the problem with Twin Blade is solved.

18. Disarming Two, it has the same problem of Disarming One. Give it a better description. And again, another technique with an overpowered effect. Breaking the enemy's weapon would happen according to the resistance of both weapons, the user's and the enemy's. As for the bone fingers being cracked, that is also an overpowered effect, that is, considering an enemy with the same strength of the user. If the enemy is, maybe, two or more ranks weaker than the user I guess it'd be fine. Also, don't think it would work that way against a Kaguya.

19. Advance of Steel, reword it giving the technique a better description. The way it is now seems just like the user starts running forward and without explanation receives a boost. For that to be allowed just like that, it would require the use of chakra to give the boost. Also, saying that the strength is doubled doesn't really mean much. How much is 2x the jounin strength? S ranked strength? S+? SS? You got what I mean? Oh and, just by increasing the strength doesn't explain why it will be hard for the opponent to dodge if your opponent has the same speed as you.

20. Crescent Block, like a circular parry in foil fencing? Drawing a circle with the sword to push the enemy's weapon to where you want?

21. Defense of Steel, "while Shearing is active", Shearing is not stated as an ability. Even if it was, slicing through an incoming attack without your blade touching it? Dispersing the energy and matter into the surrounding landscape? Srsly? First, I'm fine with it nullifying elmeental ninjutsu up to C rank, but I don't think that you'd be able to cut through any kind of attack, that's like saying you have a sword that can cut anything. Saying it can disperse the energy and the matter of what it cuts through is too much, even for an S ranked technique.

22. Final Words, an improved version of sensory information with the improved version of problems. A sound version of Byakugan without the need of a bloodline. Srsly?

23. Movement of Steel, a technique faster than Body Flicker Technique? Body Flicker itself already looks like the user has teleported for someone observing it, and now you want a technique faster than it? Even if it requires all the techniques of the previous stages, even if it spends chakra, even if it can be used at one direction only, it is too overpowered.

24. Instant of Steel, doubling the S ranked speed and halving the reaction time...How much exactly is 2x S ranked speed and halved reaction time of it? SS? SS+? I can't allow that kind of boost. One rank boost is fine, that is, if it spends chakra to be used and it doesn't stack with other boosts that require activation (passive bonuses from shinobi type/demon/bloodline/prof are fine though but just 1 of those)

25. Training posts, I haven't checked them yet but after you're done with what I stated above, you could review the training posts to be sure if they are exactly what you want.

@Azeiel: It's not over yet. Lol.

1. Forward Grind, I didn't say it couldn't work against enemies of equal strength.

2. Brush Stroke, the idea of it being hard for someone weaker than the user to avoid/block/counter the jutsu is fine. But it is different from being impossible. It can't be a 100% hit rate technique. Depending on the current situation of the user and of the opponent, the technique may be impossible to avoid but that will depend on the situation. On normal situations, it may be really hard to completely avoid, but not impossible.

3. Movement of Steel, I may not have made myself clear, NO techniques similar to Body Flicker. Body Flicker is an instant movement technique, also known as shushin no jutsu. It's range in this guild is of 1 mile, being another reason to now allow it. I know you want a quick movement technique but that's not how you'll get one.

4. Instant of Steel, I didn't say the boost couldn't make you go past S rank. I clearly said that a 1 rank boost would be fine and did not say it was up to S rank.

The techinques I wrote you would have gotten from the training come from the fact that the learning takes so many posts on it's own. For instance, stage three gives you 3 d ranked techniques with the training. It requires twelve posts of training all together for just the stage, and three d ranked techniques would only take 9 posts to learn. I figured, based on the fact that most of the training you would do for the techniques in dispute are practiced during training, you could use those moves you practiced like techniques.

Kay IS in fact a weapon master and since it is his style I thought having him learn this at special jounin would be acceptable. That, and the infinite one sword style allows dual wielding and THROWING swords at Chuunin XD.

I don't mind being rid of Hurricane force.

Well, extending your chakra to the staffs and allowing them to levitate through chakra control is just like the technique in the infinite one sword style where he levitates the blades with chakra. I suppose flying on them is a little much, but how about just having them spin around Kay in a circle as he uses his blades.

I'm sorry, maybe I did not make myself clear, techniques WILL have to be learned in order to be earned. The stage may require over 9000 training posts, but I'll not allow auto learned techniques. There is a difference between learning a technique and training for a style. When you train for a style you train the body, sometimes the mind, your ability, for a general use in that stage. When you learn a technique you perform the required movements for the techniques.

I hope you noticed that you stated dual wielding and throwing SWORDS. Dual wielding of swords is quite common and as long as you have hands even a monkey can do that. (No offense monkeys) As for staves, due to their size and the way it is used when fighting, dual wielding is quite a difficult thing for someone who is still below jounin level. Unless you are trying to say that the staves will be used as if they were blunt swords, as if they were maces. If they are held at one of their ends, and just at that point, then I don't think it would be a problem. But as you probably meant to use that dual wielding as being a second nature, making the user as skilled with dual wielding staves as he is with a single staff...

As for extending your chakra to the staves, levitating and such with a connection created by chakra in order to completely control them, that's a puppet master ability isn't it? You mentioned a style I don't remember but, I do remember a style that you posted here months ago. One that had techniques that required chakra to give movement to the techniques. That's what it had, chakra to give movement to the techniques, not completely control them as if they were being held. Do you understand why I allow that but I do not allow this?

You forgot to do something about that part that I said in my previous answer, about the bonuses that may stack. Just add the information about that part and your style is Approved.
