Well we're not closing the custom bloodlines anytime soon so that shouldn't even be a problem. And even so. I look back and judged the bloodlines that hadn't been judge because of the previous close. Bloodlines are a VERY important part of the guild and although we are not placing quotas on how many get accepted, we are mindful of what we are letting in and what we aren't. As far as reading and understanding, it makes no difference if people read a bloodline's information now or later if it still has the same information.

I made an Animal class, just cause I felt it was a staple of classes. I did something different where you don't have to be part of an animal clan to be able to join, it just helps. This is for people who say want a Cat as a companion, and we have no cat clans so yeah. Don't have to use it, just thought I would give it a shot. Quote: Animal Tamer  Base Benefit:

Partner can be any real animal, but be practical, your aren't going to have a whale or something like that, most people go for the usual such as Dogs, Wolves, Cats etc, but that isn't all you can have, you could quite easily have a bird or a Monkey. But be warned, the Animals always start off young as they age with you, and to perform any effective Jutsu, they must be with you.
Weaknesses:
1) I Am Alone: Without your animal ally with you All jutsu are decreased in power by 2 ranks, with a minimum of academy level.
2) I Am Still Alone: Without your animal ally you are physically weaker. Your speed, strength, defense, are all decreased by 1 rank

Genin Benefits
1) New to the Pack: (Description Needed)
As you spend more and more time with your companion you start to become one of them. You gain 2 trait of your animal companion. Dog users may start growing fangs or claws, where cat users may gain their eyes and ability to land on their feet. (Traits must be approved)
2) Puppy Power: (Description Here)
You and your companion have trained hard and your companion has grown more powerful. They may now have a unique special ability. Such as fur as strong as iron that makes damage decreased by 1 rank, super speed to increase speed by 1 rank, Sonic Howls, or chakra infused fangs and claws for more damage. (Traits must be approved)
Chuunin Benefits
1) Teamwork: After a long time with your animal your animal has gained the ability to use jutsu of their own. Though they must be jutsu you know, they cost chakra that comes from you, and they are 2 ranks weaker. You may also perform Combination Elemental attacks with them, which have no rank loss or gain, but cost twice the chakra. (ex: You use a Chunin Lightning/Fire combination jutsu, it costs as much as 2 chunin jutsu for chakra points and jutsu allowed)
2) Three Man Team: You have so much love to give you add an additional member to your team.
Jounin Benefits
1) Beast Master: (Must have New to the Pack Perk) (Description Here)
After intense training and bonding you have become an animal yourself. Though you do not grow tails or fur you still have your own beastness. This includes 5 more animal traits which can be more advance such as dog hearing and smell, cat like reflexes, monkey acrobat ability, or even ability to walk on all 4’s like you were a dog. (Traits must be approved)
2) Alpha Dog: (Must have 3 Man Team Perk)
You are leader of the pack now and many control a small group of 5 animals. Though to avoid walking around in a pack constantly, the rest of your animals may be called upon like a summoning jutsu. This gives an element of surprise and allows for stealth missions.
3) Thou art I, and I am Thou: (Must have Teamwork Perk)

It is an interesting concept, and I think it has some great potential. The crew and I will look it over and discuss any changes that need to be made to make sure it fits well in the guild.

i personally like it, though adding a +2 nin/gen learning post may seem a bit much
meh, what do i know? i'm not even crew rofl
i suggest that the crew jobs are re-analyzed. don't get me wrong, the crew is doing an amazing job, and this guild is successfully running because of them. but, there are certain things (namely customs) that have no immediate moderator right now, and it might be a good idea to assign those members who have more time that others to those posts. like, two crew for taijutsu styles, two for contracts, 1 for puppets, and 1 for personal summon. good idea, no?

With all the massive crew changes, I'm still working on the job list. The job list will also determine whether we let anyone into crew via the applications (If I'm assigning people to multiple jobs because we have too few, we wont be letting any in, though this will probably not be the case.

Not really. For one thing, the Inuzuka have, and will always have, jutsu that nobody else can learn. if that goes in, it'll have it's own jutsu, but the Inuzuka will still have it's own systems that work for it.
But then, nobody takes the Inuzuka anyways, so even if it was invalidated... Also this would actually give anyone joining the Inuzuka a MASSIVE boost to their abilities. It's all about how you set up your character.
@Duck: Make it, and we shall see. I've been thinking of coming up with some system for sensor types, if that's what you're talking about, just have been too busy to work it out.

I had a hunter ninja profession written out..............but lost the notebook it was in. Thats why It didnt come out with the others. I could try to rewrite it.

I've never quite understood why a Taijutsu specialist Auto-rank can have up to their rank in all the villages taijutsu styles, and a Ninjutsu specialist can't have up to their rank in at least two of their Elements or a Genjutsu Specialist have up to two separate types of Genjutsu. I edited another Naruto guild's rules to allow for them to be better suited towards your individual choices of ninja types, and I wanted to give a sample of it. PotS: Quote: Kages: A) You are allowed to be a master of only 1 Taijutsu style of your village. If your specialty is taijutsu, then you can be a master of all the village taijutsu styles. B) You can be a master of 1 element and 1 element only. If you specialize in ninjutsu then you can be a master of the ninjutsus, if you specialize in genjutsu then you can be a master of the genjutsus of your element. C) In addition to being a master of 1 element, you can add a total of 30 jutsus that are not your mastered element. Taijutsu styles don't count. DoN: Quote: A) You are allowed to be a master of only 1 Taijutsu or Weapon style of your village. If your specialty is taijutsu, then you can be a master of all the village taijutsu styles and one weapon style. If you are a weapon specialist, then you can master all weapon styles and one taijutsu style in your village. B) You can be a master of 1 element and 1 element only. I feel that our current setup allows Taijutsu specialists to start out with even more techniques than other professions do. With a few slight edits, I feel that we could open greater possibilities for auto-ranks. While I would not suggest the same setup as proposed in the second quote box. I would suggest something similar for PotS.
