Sosay looked over to the door and sighed. "Right. You may come in. Let me take a look at those papers of yours." she ordered in a polite tone.

 Oveon walked quitly into the Raikage's office and pulled handded her the papper showing he had passed the Gennin entry exam. "Her you are lady Raikage." He said softly before shifting the Katana nervously on his back.

Sosay took the papers and read them over. Smiling she reached below her desk and pulled forth a brand new headband. "Here you go Oveon. The road from here on is a tough one. I wish you lots of luck." she replied, standing up and walking over to a file cabnit which held some scrolls. Pulling out two, she walked back over to him and held them out for him to take. "Here are two scrolls for Genin Fuuton Ninjutsu and Genin Universal Ninjutsu. You may train wherever you wish." she explained to him.
{Genin Jutsu is 5 posts and each Academy Rank is 3 posts.
and your type doesn't have any bonuses}

Oveon amiled a big smile and tyed the head band to his arm. "Thank you Lady Raikage." He said and took the scrolls with a smile putting them in his scroll pack. "I was woundering do you have any scrollss over defensive Katana jutsu's." He asked hopeing it wasn't a silly question as he looked down at the floor.

Sosay shook her head as she sat down. "Hate to say it kid but I don't. I may have if my office hadn't been ransacked. So I suggest you try lasking Suou. He may have what your looking for. she told him.

You must get Scrolls directly from other RPCs. Suou can give you a Scroll like that if there is such a thing. I have them all in ANBU HQ.

Sosay smiled and waved bye as Oveon left her office, leaving her and Raiden alone again. Glancing down at the paper's, thoughts began to fill her mind. "So Suou is back in the village. I wonder if he found Kano's where abouts." she questioned. Sighing, she let the paper sit in the middle of her desk as she once again, rested her head in her hands, closing her eye's to listen to the sounds around her.

Suou rose up from the ground and looked to the Raikage. "I'm sorry to have returned so soon, but I thought that it'd be best if we finished training the current Genin before going out on a manhunt. So, on that note, I'd like permission to present the Genin with Missions so that they meet the requirements."
[Chakra Control: -2 posts for training, -1 Rank off Jutsu chakra cost, only for jutsu up to one rank higher than your current rank, Kage level jutsus never recieve a decrease in jutsu rank for the purposes of chakra cost.]
[Ability Control (Bloodline): +2 ranks in strength of attacks for abilities *ex. ppl who use bug jutsu only, bug jutsu attacks increse in power*, jutsu not of the chosen type are decreased in power by one rank, can only have two base elements]

Sosay smiled through closed eyes as Suou appeared and apoligized for returning without Kano. "Thats okay Suou. I agree with your proposal on strengthing our genin for the upcoming chuunin exams." she replied, opening her eye's to look at him. There was a long pause before she spoke again, only this time her voice was darker sounding. "I wish to ask of something Suou. I've been thinking about it for awhile now and wish to know your thoughts of it." she started, gazing out into the sky.

"On the Exams? Well, this year, they're going to be extremely deadly. High chance of death. I don't think that many of our Genin are ready, but we have to keep training them." Suou thought about it. People like Aoi were going to be risky to send, but they had to be trained. to make sure they wouldn't die.

Sosay nodded. It was true that the chuunin exams were a hard thing to face, heck she could remember when she took them. She didn't think she'd make it out alive, but with a little hope and faith she succeeded. There was only one person she wasn't so excited to see leave for the chuunin exams and that was a bit troubling. "Suou. When will you leave to find Kano?" she asked, her eye's still locked on what was going on outside. It wasn't much, just a bunch of clouds passing by.

Suou sighed. "Once the Genin go off for the Exams, I'm leaving. I won't return unless absolutely necessary or once I kill him."

Suou didn't like her idea. "I don't know if I can do that, Lady Raikage. Kano is a fighter and I may have no choice but to kill him."
