Eve looked at the dust covered surfaces and sighed. She went to the back where her room was and muttered a small cleaning spell she had learned long ago. The dust vanished and she looked around. The room mad her heart throb as she remembered spending every night here with her husband Egil. She went out and closed the door. She went into the other rooms and muttered the spell again. The house was clean and Eve went into the kitchen, the place she had spent most of her time when she was married. She wondered how long it had been since she had last eaten. 200 years, I believe. She walked out and back into the livening room and paused to look at the portrait of her and Egil. He had his arm around her and they were both smiling. She had been truely happy back then.

Rogue sat down in front of the house, pulling up her knees. It....Reminded her too much of her old house. The one that had been burned down. She ducked her head into her knees so no one could see her cry. They were a sign of her weakness. She desperately wanted to stop but she couldn't. She wiped the tears away quickly and jumped up when she heard a suspicious rustling. She took a step back, eyes widened as she realized what it was. She took another step back as a dark-masked monster crawled out of the trees, turning it's wild, sightless gaze at her. It was the kind of monsters that destroyed her home!! She stumbled back into the house and slammed the door shut. The monster clawed at the door roughly, letting out a high-pitched noise at being cheated out of it's prey. "Zoe! Eve! Terr!" She yelled, shoving the door with all her strength. "In need of assistance badly!!"

Eve walked out of the house and smirked. She took out her dagger and let it fill with her power. She closed her eyes and concentrated hard on her surroundings. She let the power flow out of the blade and hit the monster. It fell to it's knees. "I do not care for your kind and do not have the patience to deal with this nuisance." She went to attack it again, but it jumped behind Zoe. Eve growled. "Ugh! You better not hurt her!" She opened her eyes which were bright red and ran swiftly to the creature's side. "Keep away! I'm going to create a void around this monster!" She put a hand on the creature's chest and suddenly the ground turned black. The monster laughed and said, in a language she had not heard in centuries, "This does not work on me. I am a shadow creature, I was born in this realm. I know how to get out." Eve winched and realized that it was right. She took out her dagger and stabbed it in the back. Concentrating hard, she told it that it was her servant and it should obey anything she said. "No...I...will not...OBAY!" Eve smirked. It was too late for the creature and Eve liked the idea of having her own personal assistant, even if it looked weird. "Are you done resisting yet?" "Yes...mistress." Eve took her dagger out and removed her hand from the monster's chest.
"Everyone, this is my new servant. If you need anything, let me know and it will get it for you. Isn't that right?"
The thing nodded fiercely. "Yes, mistress."

Zoe was frozen, not by fear or shock. She was annoyed. "I hate being this world. So annoying and cruel..." She muttered, kicking soem sand into the air. "Stupid world, always trying to get us killed!" She muttered agrily. "Always trying to take away soemthing. Never gives back for the thing we do good." She muttered crossly, walking back in Eve's house, cursing angrily. "Hate being a Nightshade. Its going to get us all killed. Hate those shadow demons too, annoying little pests. Not one moment of peace."

((Yup, I'm crazy! Quite proud of that fact too.
I went to page 1 thinking it was this page and was like 'wow! look at all the new members' XD, boy did I feel stupid when I realized I wasn't on the right page!))

Eve jumped on her new servant's back. "I'm going to the forest to get some firewood. I shall be back soon. Rest now, tomorrow will be a long day."
Once in the woods, she asked the monster "Alright, who sent you? What is your name and what do you want with us?"
"I have no name. I was sent by your master, Aun. He wants you back, all of you. He still holds your soul and wants you to serve him. He believes he can still control you and thinks that once in his presence you will turn against your friends." Eve shuddered."He knows about the baby, mistress."
Eve stared at it in horror. "No one knows about that! Not even Egil! I didn't know until it was too late! How could he know?!"
"I do not know, but he will use that to control you"
Eve shuddered again and began to sob. "No...no...no...Not that!"
The monster stared at her. "I am only telling you what I know. My instructions were to capture you and the other girls and take you to him."
Eve continued to sob. "How did he find us?"
"He always knows where you are, mistress, because he holds your soul. It searches for its body and that is how he finds you."
Eve whipped the tears from her eyes and made herself calm down. She looked at the monster. " I must tell them what’s going on. I had told them before to decide whether they wanted to continue traveling with me or not. I believe this makes the decision very obvious."
She got of the monsters back and picked up some firewood. "I must tell them now and they must leave before more danger shows up."

Rogue chuckled. "Amazing as it may seem, Terr. I really like the winter." She watched as Terrion go inside the house and smiled. It felt so nice to have friends. But her mind wandered to the earlier occurances and frowned. She had seen those things before. Where though? Blurred thoughts and memories flashed through her mind but they scattered when she tried to gather them together. It was as if Aun had erased that part of her. What was he hiding??

Nova frowned as he felt a shadow-lust monster. "That's strange...." He murmured. "I thought Aun got rid of those things when Egil died....." He uncrossed his arms and pushed off the trunk. "What the hell is one of those things doing around here anyways....?" He looked at Ben. "Be right back. Stay here. Don't do anything stupid." He gave him an exasperated glance and transported to the area where the aura was the strongest. "Eve??"

Terrion smiled. Ah, for the days when she and Elia frolicked in the snow, his nature powers somehow keeping them from freezing! Oh, for the days when she would watch him training from afar, young love in her eyes! But that love was gone now, encased in a cold ice that only time and the warmth of true love could break. Her smile dissappeared and hurt flooded her blue eyes. Oh, the longing, the heartbreak that had ruled her life for another year after the capture, the betrayal, and the loss of her lovable Elia! Two years of restlessness. Two years of training so hard she'd feared that she would break herself. Two years of learning the ways of the flawless guardian, only to find that she had failed at keeping all of her friends safe. The emotional hurt deep within had never healed. Nothing that she did could cover the hole entirely. She would go for days on end without meditation or rest. She would sit for hours, staring out into space, reliving memories that were supposed to last, supposed to support the love she had once felt.

Her smile returned. The process of melting had begun. Elia had turned from his ruthless lust to a simple, heartwarming love that he had once felt for her. It was the kind of love told in fairy-tales. It was the kind of story told around campfires at midnight, though, to scare, yet fascinate, to empower, yet frighten the listeners. It was the type of story found in novels. The comedy, the romance, the adventure, the battles! Terrion found herself drifting to a sleep she hadn't had since the years with Elia, sitting under the trees, gazing at the stars and connecting the invisible lines between them. The years when Elia had outlined a heart for her.

Zoe walked down the beach, muttering curses. The sun was setting, and snow was falling. It was the most beautiful sunset she's ever seen, by far,ver far, the best. She kicked some sand, cursing more. "Why did he do this to us" She asked, sitting down the the cold sand. She held out her hand, and a snowflake landed in her hand, but didn't melt. She looked at it, numbering every little pattern on it. Ben appeared in the trees behind her. "Zoe, whats wrong?" He asked, holding out his hand. Zoe shuttered, the memory of him last holding out his hand was still fresh in her mind. "Come here." He said, motioning to her. She got up, and walked over, grabbing his hand. He pulled her forward gently, and hugged her. "Zoe, I know you don't like this, but its almost over." He whispered, holding on to her. "Were running, not attacking." She said, trying to pull away, but her held her tight. "Me and you are going back tonight." He whispered. "Were going to kill him tonight, in his sleep. He said, holding her shoulders at arms length. "And you are going to take his last breath away." HE said, smiling. "No, were running. Were running so far away that he'll forget us, and you guys." She said, tears in her eyes. She didn't want to fight Aun, even though if she didn't take his breath away from him, the Vow would kill her. "Were going to sneak away tonight. I thought you where tired of running." HE said, chuckling a little. "I am, but I'm not giving up." She said, dragging him onto the beach. "See this sunset? This might be the last one we ever see if we go tonight." She said, sitting him down next to her. "Then it will, and be our best memory about the sunset." HE said, putting an arm over her shoulders. "Ben, were not going, and if we do, they are coming with us. They owe Aun their own revenge." She said, leaning agaisnt him.
