((lol...ok. Well yes in this one I'm allowing vampires to see their reflection. walking in the sun and seeing reflections is against what I believe but I wanted a change for once >_< )) Maura sighed as she made her way to class. She was a good student after all, ditching was something that would never cross her mind. Being late to class was a totally different story.Maxi skipped all the way to class. He was in a really good mood today. With his birthday coming up, what other reason should he have to be happy? He stopped skipping as he saw one of his enemies coming his way. "Crap." He muttered to himself, figuring he was going to be late for class. The huge anti-gay football player made his way towards Maxi. He was ready for a fight, but Maxi wasn't.

The two pale beings in frotn of her kept pasing notes, and Mysti watched htem curiosuly. Were they dating? Hmm. No she hadn't seen them together before. Then again the girl was new. What was her name? Kendell? Hmm. Pretty. She realized she was staring again and she looked back down at her notebook, her pencil slowly scratching against the paper.
Casper had decided Aleera was safe in this class, no other vampires were in it. He then got up and slowly slipped out of the class without the teacher noticing. He figured he should get to his real class before anyone noticed he wasn't there. As he walked he shoved his hands in his pockets, humming a tune quietly to himself. He then heard a muttered 'crap' in the distance, regocnizing it as that one boys voice. What was his name? Maxi. He turned the corner and saw the huge jock staring down the adorable boy. Casper raised an eyebrow as he slowly stopped walking. "Excuse me, I hope I'm not inturrupting anything."

((It's against what I believe as well, but at least the vampires in here don't go all "sparkle, sparkle" in the sunlight rolleyes ))  Broken Wings may mend and spread to soar into open skies once again Only when you don't have a reason like I do
She sent the note with the simple sentence and felt as if she were being watched. Trailing her dimly lit eyes near the front, she spotted the girl quickly turning around. She smirked. It was the girl she had watched from afar who was quite cute and shy. Not to mention, the one who had bumped into Alex not long ago. At least she wasn't one of many who annoyed Kendell. Mysti, was it? Mysti is shy enough that she won't pry into others business, but she still had the adaptability to switch and fight back if necessarily. It's very few of what Kendell liked about the human race.
But can a Broken Heart do the same?

((lol I know. >_< )) The jock looked over at Casper and cracked his nuckles. "I'm just saying hello to my friend." He replied, smiling over at Maxi and wrapped his arm around Maxi's shoulder. Maxi gulped and looked at Casper.Maura stepped into her class and took a seat in the back. She didn't pay attention to anyone who was there.

Alex looked at the note and wrote back,
Humans treat us like we're animals
And I'm sick and tired of it
He sent the note back and sat back in his chair, closing his eyes for a moment. He loved the peace and quite, but humans were the opposite. They liked to be loud and obnoxious.

Broken Wings may mend and spread to soar into open skies once again Humans are afraid of the the unnatural.
They kill anything or anyone that isn't normal.
Pity, really. They should know to fear us.
Looking up, she turned to Alex and saw that he had his eyes closed. Tapping her fingertips on her desk, she decided to fold the paper and burn it sometime later. If he truly hated the humans, why envy them? Vampires were the superior race to the mortals and the the mortals themselves wished they would be like them.
But can a Broken Heart do the same?

Casper let a small smile appear on his face, thgouh he hid his fangs. He looked up at the football player through his dark hair as he chuckled softly. "Well, I'm afraid your 'friend' doesn't want to say hello." His voice remained soft as he took a step forward, his eyes glancing over at Maxi. "So leave."

Maxi cringed as the jock tightened his grip on the shoulder. Maxi bit the left corner of his bottom lip. The jock's grip was pretty tight, and he should be use to getting beat up by now.It was no big deal that Maura was just a few minutes late to class. She was an almost straight A student and all the teachers admired her hard work. Maura opened her notebook and started doodling the new kids she met. She was an okay artist, nothing special about her drawings. They were about vampires anyways.

Casper noticed Maxi cringe and a growl ripped through his throat, though he contained it quietly. He would not expose himself. Not yet. "Maybe you didn't hear me." Casper was instantly in front of the jock thanks to his inhuman speed, standing up straight as he stared him down. Reaching out a hand, he pressed it agianst the jock's torso and pushed him back, slamming him against the lockers that were a few feet away. "Leave." He curled up his lips, exposing his fangs. He then quickly closed his lips as he turned to face Maxi. "You okay?"

Maxi quickly nodded his head. "Yes." He said softly as he couldn't believe what he just saw. He just stared with wide eyes at Casper.

Alex hated the humans for many reasons, but envied them for just one. Their mortality... It was easier for human to live their life to the fullest, since they had a short time in this world. For vampires, it was just a never ending cycle. He had been almost everywhere and he now grew bored of it. And most humans didn't pay any attention to their mortality, just wanting to live forever and be powerful. He just sat back silently and kept his eyes closed.

Casper felt really stupid now. He had wanted to protect Maxi and while doing that he had pretty much scared him off. "Well ... You should get to class. The hallways apparenlty aren't safe for you." His hands went back in his pockets as he shifted uncomfortably.

Serrenedy watlzed into school-plenty late. She wouldn't be noticed if she didn't want to. She refused to head to a class she'd heard before, and she actually had something she wanted to do. THe library in this school was unnaturaly large. She was only halfway through. She grabed the last book she'd been reading and sat far away from the librarian-the only human to come in here.

Maxi wasn't at all scared by the performance, he was just stunned. He smiled at Casper and hugged him. "Thanks." He said softly, trying not to be too loud in the hall. After releasing Casper from the hug, Maxi turned to walk to class. The smilked stayed on his face as he walked. Glad that Casper was there to help him. Maura finished her doodles and smiled down at her paper. She let out a soft sigh before turning to a clean sheet of paper. She started taking notes.
