Octavious looked from the man to the girl in dissbelief. Impossible. The sonics blasting in the room should have been enought to cripple a symbiote...unless it had suddenly developed an immunity to it. The boy's symbiote had abandoned him before, it was possible it found a better host again. He scowled a bit and desided to wait things out in the hallway. He had little desire to mess with the symbiotes before, let alone when there was now even less chances of weakening it.

"No, you stopped me from creating order among this crime filled city. The Eastern Bloc wanted to bring order to crime and maybe destroy a few of the Symbiotes on the way...Do I really have to drop them all, Comrade?"
The Commissar had many weapons on his person and what Super Girl defined as weapons also came to mind. She seemed to have control over the Symbiote or it simply wasn't there hopefully; the Commissar wasn't going to jail since going there always meant killing people to get out.
"Now, Comrade, if I do recall what heroes do to villains who surrender, may I suggest we skip the formality and let me go? I will just break out and continue my plans."
The Commissar didn't like to repeat the same generic cycle over and over again; he liked to strike deals that worked for everyone and saved the effort of time that everyone needed to waste with the cycle.
"I'm a man of direct action and if you will just stop my plans to put me in jail each time, there really isn't any point. How about we set rules instead? I will agree upon a three day grace period before I start my plans up again, deal?"
At the same time the Commissar spoke, he started to toss a weapon out of his trench coat for seemingly every word he spoke. Soon there was a huge pile of weapons on the floor in front of the Commissar. There were pistols, grenades, and numerous gadgets that he probably only knew the uses for. The Commissar took note of the people in the hall way; he didn't need super perception to know where Venom was, but his perception picked up Doc Oc. The Sonic Emitters were starting to affect the Commissar's heart; the metal casing could hold for a few hours though.

Kara watched to growing pile of weaponry with wide eyes; this guy was approaching Batman status, at least when it came to sheer quantity of weapons. "Um... Sorry, missed that. What did you..." Suddenly she realized that she actually had heard what the man had said; her brain had simply refused to process it, and for good reason. She spluttered with surprised laughter. "Oh, my God you're good!" she giggled, "Joke about Superman's sidekick letting a criminal mastermind go... Oh, that one was better than Rhino's one about squashing me!" Suddenly, she went serious. "Not happening, Comrade. Even if I were tempted by your offer, villain promises count for bupkis. I may be a rookie, but I'm not that much of a rookie. Besides," she said with a bright, innocent looking smile, "I never said that I was taking you to a jail." If she wanted a man who was in charge of an entire criminal network to stay caught, she'd have to hide him, simple as that. She glanced down at the ever increasing pile, resisting the urge to tap her foot. "How many more do you have?"

"Depends on what you qualify as a weapon, Comrade. You see, I only deceive those who reject my offers and insist on being an annoyance, but since this is our first meeting, I will be a gentlemen and let you win this time."
The Commissar had many weapons at his disposal, including the last one he had tossed into the pile. Like the previous detonator, this one that he recently threw into the pile of weapons would caused all of his bombs he had to explode nad provide a clear path to escape, but the Commissar knew a Kryptonian could easily catch him if he escaped.
"Now, comes to my essential weapons."
The Commissar removed his trench coat and revealed his true body; a machine. As his trench coat slid off of his body, it revealed that the Commissar was mechanical in nature and his body was that off machine. With the removal of his hat, it revealed a dome containing a brain inside. Upon revealing his chest plate, a container with a pink goo laid inside. This was the true Commissar; a organic automaton with nothing left but a brain connect to a container of pink goo. This goo seemed to move around once the light of the room hit the surface of its container.
"My body itself is a weapon, but I need it to live. Will you take what I need to live, Comrade?"
The pink goo was a mystery so far; it seemed he only had a brain and the goo had several tubes leading up to his brain, probably to keep him alive since he had no heart or other organs visible. Not only did he have weapons like those on the floor, his mechanical body was littered with built in weapons from head to toe.

Kara almost choked on air as she tried to swallow and gasp at the same time. She had known, of course, that he was primarily mechanical, and that he didn't have a heart; her super-hearing had picked up that much. She had not, however, expected something like this. "Uh..." There didn't seem to be much to say, aside from that. Oh, wait. There was something else. "Ew." Drawing her thoughts together with some difficulty, she shook her head sharply in answer to his question. "We've already been over that; plus, there is nothing on your little swiss army knife of a body that I need to worry about. Why," she added, exasperated, "Didn't you just take off the damn jacket to begin with?" Okay, she had no idea what to do with this guy; she needed to find a scientist. Batman was MIA, as was J'onn. As much as she hated to admit it, the only real option was to head back to the Daily Bugle and ask the overly-inquisitive spider guy for help. It was likely that he would know someone who could help, right? Right. "Okay Mr. Gentleman; we're leaving."

"Yes...You Kryptonians were always impatient."
The Commissar was hoping to get some sympathy for a few moments and use that to get away, but that didn't seem to work. He picked up his trench coat and placed it back on along with his hat and chest plate; he wasn't going out in public basically naked in his robotic form. After quickly placing on his attire again, he followed Super Girl at his usually slow pace with his hands in his fake pockets. There was nothing to worry about now since he was basically dismayed of his regular weapon stock, so the pockets were just for keeping his hands warm sort to speak. Since the last plan didn't work, maybe his next one would.
"So, why weren't you killed along with the rest of your kind?"
The Commissar was curious; he didn't have an input on the Kryptonians after there planet was gone, so it was a bit odd for two to be left. There was Super Man of course meaning this one had to be his sister: Super Girl. If he could harness the power of just one of them, maybe he could restart the research on recreating organic tissue for a new body. By now it was no secret that whoever the Commissar was, he had been to the other universe before at a time when the world Krypton was destroyed and probably not even born of this universe.

After a few moments of standing outside the building debating with himself, Hotspur gave a small smile and decided to see what all the commotion was with this building. He had nothing better to do anyway. He moved to a part of the roof where he could make the easiest enterance into the tall building. He quickly zipped into one of the broken windows and glanced around. Well, even though the room was trashed, he could tell that it was well put together. Somebody certainly had taste. He glanced around a bit more before casually leaving the room to explore a bit.

Kara shot him a look of surprise that quickly darkened into something that only a shade away from angry. Who the hell...? She was certain that she had never seen or heard of him before, but he knew about her, or her kind. You Kyptonians always were impatient... No. He was trying to psyche her out."I'm sorry," she said pleasantly, "This is not 20 questions, and I don't usually reveal my past to people who might try to kill me later," she added. Just how dumb did this guy think she was? Without waiting for a response, she shot forward, scooping him up by slipping her arms underneath his. As she shot by, she noticed a man with metal arms coming out of his back. "Hey, its ... No, I have no idea who you are." she said brightly, "You are rocking those arms, though!" With that, she flew out through a window, holding firmly onto her passenger.

Octavious took a slight step back as the girl past by and watched her leave with the other man. Once he was sure that they were gone, he turned back to the room and move a long metal arm inside to try and turn the sonics off. After a brief moment, the sonics died and Venom approached him. "That girl has our grandson's symbiote." he growled. "It didn't seem to be effected by the sonics either. This could become quite a problem getting the symbiote back." Octavious said as he entered the room to see if he could find any sign of Fisk or the boy.

Warp Finally reached the level he needed and paused at the end of the hallway. Both Venom and Octavious were standing outside what must have been Fisk's office. The doors were gone. He walked up to the doorway and looked inside. Something definately happened. "Where's the kid?" he asked, in a tone that sounded more like a demand.

"I see you're back on your feet." Octavious said as he turned towards Warp. "The girl who just left took him somewhere, as well as Fisk." "She's also managed to get ahold of the boy's symbiote. Sonics are useless against it now." Venom growled. He paused a moment and turned towards the end of the hallway. Octavious followed his gaze and found a man in a black and red suit making his way down the hall. He didn't recognise him, but he didn't pose as much of a threat. Still, he was getting a bit tired with all the excitement that's happened in less than twelve hours. His arms snaked their way back around him, ready to take some more tension out on the man if he tried anything. Blackstone continued walking towards them and stopped a few feet away from them. He of course didn't recognise any of them...though the black creature did pose some resemblance to some of the 'mutants' on his planet. "Busy day?" he asked, noting the smashed door. "Who are you." Venom growled. "My name is Richard Blackstone. I'm fairly new here and was hoping to find some information here." he replied.

Warp grimmaced. Great, now how was he going to help Riku...? Warp instantly tensed at the sound of the voice that came from behind him. He didn't need to turn around to know who it was. And as long as he had been gone from his original home, he'd never forget that voice. Slowly he turned around and glared at the man from under his hood. "And how did you get here?" he hissed.

Blackstone turned to the man in the hood and looked at him a moment. "That's actually what I'd like to find out." he replied. He didn't quite like the man's tone...and it sounded strangely familiar. "Would it be possible to see the one in charge here?" "Unfortunately you just missed him." Octavious replied. "Oh?" Blackstone said with a slight smile. "Will he be gone long?"

Warp clenched his fists. "No, he won't." he growled storming towards him. Just the look on his face when he found out that the one in charge was gone....warp somehow knew what he was thinking. This wasn't his world, he had no power here. He'd have to work his way up or take whatever opportunities appeared in front of him. He wouldn't hesitate to take over this place, and with all that this Fisk seemed to have available, it would be like Blackstone was simply changing locations. "If you really want to see him, you can wait downstairs until he gets back." he said a bit calmer.

Blackstone again turned and looked at the hooded man, this time with an eyebrow raised. He sighed a bit and glanced down at his jeweled watch, then glanced back up at the man. He'd gotten all of the bugs worked out of his devices, so he didn't have to touch them to activate them. That left no indication that he was using his powers. Telepathy was one of his newer abilities, but he'd had enough practice with it at home. He stared at the man a moment, reading his mind, then smiled at him. "Hm, how can you be sure he'll be back so soon...'Warp'?" he asked.
