Ryu Ktu Yes but it is easy enough to say that they don't know what is going on, plus they may not fully know what is going on they could have just had him come in and screw with our heads so we could have something to do. If we start second guessing our leadership, this whole organization is going to come crashing down over all of our heads. Think logically for a second. If some group of people had something against the GIB, what could they possibly do to bring us down? A: Give us a bad name to the public, BUT we've already overcome that when the aliens were still on gaia (i'm saying we as the whole GIB, not we as in you and me, i haven't been a agent that long) B: Discredit us and/or frame us with the gaian higher ups. Or C: Get us to second guess our leaders, motives, and friends, confusing us, and leading to opposing factions. This third route is much cleaner and more effeciant, leaving their hands clean. All they need is one person from their group to get in, and sow the seeds of doubt. But let's think, IF Docta Ph34r IS the double agent, what group is he working for? Because no one person could orchastrate this so well.

Well, I personally believe that alot of you are going extremely overboard. Who says that we are doubting leadership, or assuming. Maybe its true, it seems more likely that our leaders would test us then an "Organization" that we have no information on or incentive to even assume exists is coming at us with a code attack for no good reason whatsoever. And how is it a trap? If PH34R won't respond to our pleas or trys for help, and we are just solving codes, how is it going to effect us? The Doc hasn't really offered us candy or mentioned a lost puppy dog. THAT is a trap kids, and don't forget it. Unless it is a cute puppy or good candy >_>

I once ran over a kitten that was taking a nap in the middle of a road. Only, when I got out of the car to check on it, it was dead, not napping. But the tire treads on its back didn't match my car, and also, it was seemingly in the middle of my car not near the wheels. So I didn't kill it. Someone else did. But I thought I did. And so I almost felt really bad. But then I remembered that I didn't like cats anyway, so it didn't matter. And I'm only remembering this because there was a puppy in my car at the time.
