Shibuki obviously was not pleased with Shino's attack after it had been explained that Suoh was solely to defend. Shibuki performed the same jutsu that Shino had just been taught and another Tornado of Water rose out of the river. Shino decided the best defense in this case would be to maintain a working offense and decided to match his skill against his master. Shino performed the Tornado of Water jutsu pulling out a second tornado. Shibuki stood a little ways downstream and the Shibuki tornado had already moved up onto land and it was apparent Shibuki didn't have the same amount of exertion that Shino needed to control such a large volume of water.

SHino realized that lately all he had been training was small amounts of water and the Tornado of Water Jutsu would help him control large volumes of water and thus be an excellent technique for finishing a battle. Shibuki forced the tornado at Shino. shino gasped and pushed his tornado so the two would meet. The tornado of water summoned by Shibuki was much taller but Shino's tornaod spun faster. As the two hit the chakras struggled against each other for dominance but after a moment of intense concentration by both Suoh and Shibuki the tornados fell back to the ground as water and ran back towards the river.
Shibuki was able to perform the technique again while he regained his chakra

Shibuki was first to stand up but didn't do anything. SHino, after catching his breath from performing the Tornado of Water Jutsu so many times felt his chakra beginning to restore itself. Shibuki grabbed for the discarded umbrella. Shino realized it probably had some needles left in it. Shino grabbed his windmill Kunai to block the needles. He found one of the windmill kunai tucked safely away against the back of his thigh. Shino waited with his hand poised at the ready to grab the windmill and use it to stop the oncoming needles and take a slash at the umbrella. Shibuki threw the umbrella into the sky once more and the needles came out but obviously weren't heading toward Shino. Each one glinted menacingly in what little sun had begun to emerge from the clouds as they dove into the new Tornado of Water Shibuki was calling up our of the surface of the river.

Shibuki looked surprised as the needle infest Tornado wrapped him in water. Shino could see the various glints of metal circling Shibuki. When the water passed Shino realized he was out of chakra and would somehow have to complete this fight without it. Shibuki yet again got back to his feet and performed the same Jutsu. Shino knew there must be a way around it. After all the first time Shino has sent it toward Shibuki, Shibuki was able to just wave it to the side. Shino racked his brains but still couldn't come up with a way of defeating the tornado without the use of chakra. Shino felt for his weapons and realized he had only needles left and those really couldn't help him against the water. Shino felt the wind whipping around him as the water closed in. Shino felt the coolness of the clear liquid rush over him. he could see Shibuki outside stargin in controlling the tornado as it whirled its victim into several trees

As the tornado whipped near the next tree Shino pulled two needles from his holster and stabbed them both deep into the trunk and held on. He took in a breath as the water moved on without him. Shibuki hadn't realized Shino had escaped yet and was focused on the tornado as it moved right and enveloped several more trees. Shibuki had a demented smile of enjoying the bone crushing that the tornado should have been performing if Shino was still in it. Shino pulled out both his needles as turned to launch them at Shibuki. As Suoh's feet hit the ground Shibuki turnd to realize Shino had escaped as he was so focused on the carnage the tornado was creating. Before Shibuki could guard or counter attack one needle found its way deep into the forearm and another into the bicep.

Shibuki lowered his guard. Shino knew for the moment the fight was over. "You exhausted all your chakra," commented Shibuki, "It is never wise to battle to exhaustion because then you will have no more tricks to use against your opponent. Even though your body says you are out of chakra come performt he Tornado of Water jutsu again." Shino walked into the actual river. He knew being close to the water would make it easier to control. Shino performed the hand seals and envisioned the whirwind of water coming up out of the river. At first he felt his arms cramp as they sought the chakra he no longer had. He repeated the hand seals which continually scraping the bottom of his chakra stores.

Nothing happened at first but after a moment of wishful thinking and pushing through the pain in his body as he sought power that was expended the water rose. The tornado formed with a tip just above the tree tops and swirling at the same rate as the water moving downstream. Shino could taste blood in his mouth as he clenched his teeth to keep the tornado going. He pushed the tornado slowly at first. He felt it slowing and dripping back into the river

Once again he gave a forceful push and the thing swirled downstream and out of sight before falling back into the river. Shino landed on his back on the bank of the river. His mouth was filled with blood and his head beat like a war drum after Shino had to force so much out after reaching his limit. Shibuki smiled at him, "When you stretch your limit you allow for the growth of new chakra and the mastering of the Tornado of Water"

Matsuri blinked a few times as she looked up tords the sky, having her umbrella to her right side. She then pulled down her 'Yankie' / 'sick' mask unsure why, basiclly so she could get the bats attion." Look,.."She muttered while pointing up tords the sky with her left hand that was now covered with fish nets. The child still wore her jumper dress but added a square fishnet item over it. along with taking out the rapping over it. Her shorts satyed the same along with her hair being slightly longer.
"What the,.." The Bat said as he looked up tords the sky also, sitting on the girls fan." It looks like a city...Maybe its just an illusion?" He asked with a small growl while narrowing his eyes.
"Who knows,.."She said while pulling back up her mask then opened up the umbrella and had it cover her as a new rain stormw as about to start. The child then headed down the rode knowing that she had to find a new teacher to train her.

As she walked down the road she couldn't help but to notice the city was still above them." Kyou I don't think that its an illusion. It would have been gone by now. A ninja can only hold their chakra for so long." She said with a small nod of her head, not taking her eyes off the city until she almost tripped. "Er,...Anyways," Saying this as she glanced back tords the ground to see what she tripped on. "We have to find this guy named 'Kirisame'."
"Sounds like a stupid name to me," He said while rolling his eyes to the side." Theres some movment about a mile up the road, maybe the person there can help you find him." Saying this as he spreaded his wings slighly making it look like Matsuri was a demon from far away.

The two had walked about a mile up the road and it seemed the bat was right. A man wearing a bandanna like headband was leaning on a tree, trying to stay out of the rain it seemed. She then walked alittel faster until she ended up standing infront of him while holding her umbrella over him. "The trees not really helping you old man..."She said with a small smile however it coudn't be seen too well with the mask she was wearing. SHe then watched as the man looked up at her with narrowed eyes, now guessing her own humor wasn't 'funny' to him. But still...He was old.
"Sorry about that,...Old habbit."
Kirisame stood up, patting his clothing alittel so some of the dirt would coem off however he knew that his clothes were now wet so it woudn't really help him. " Dont talk to me as if you know me kid. Just because youve been staying here for the past two years means nothing. Anyways what do you want?" He asked with a small sigh while crossing his arms.

"Thats an easy question," She said while watching him unsure why he was angry today, well more then normal. Maybe it was to do with the rain or the city in the sky, either way..." I want to learn whip of water no jutsu." She said with a small nod of her head while watching his expressions.
"I supose I can,.." He said with a small shrug of his shoulders then glanced around the area as if he was looking for someone. " Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids." He said with a evil grin on his face as if trying to scare her.
Matsuri blinked two times when hearing him then ended up looking tords the left." Or so attack adults who act like their seven years old." She muttered while glancing back tords him." Whats the range of the attack?"

"The range?" He asked while glancing up tords the sky while scratching his head with his right hand." 0m threw 5m I thinking," He muttered with a small shrug afterwords.
"Alright," She said with a small smile while glancing back tords the city once more. She had to admite it was sumwhat disracting but still,...it looked weird yet interesting. The child then placed her hands together with ease, trying to gather her chaka so she could have enought, closing her eyes. "What are the handseals?"
"Ox and Inu, however you must remember to try to get the water from around the area here."Kirisame said with a sigh.He then leaned back on the tree, trying to block the rain.
"Ox and Inu?" She asked unsure why the handseals were easy. however ende up trying both of them out at first. Her eyes narrowed slightly as she did this."Hmm,.."

Matsuri sighed to her self as she then reclosed her eyes and placed her hands together, doign the how handseals: Ox and Inu with ease. She then held out her left hand trying to gather her chakra there also, or most of it anyways. The water from the rain started to collect there, slowly at first but then as it started to form in to a whip like shape it seemed to go faster.
"Did I do it correctly?" She asked while looking up tords Kirisame with a confused express in her eyes. It had been two years since she had known him so she knew she woudn't have to take off her mask any time soon.
Kirisame nodded his head slgihtly when hearing her question. Then glanced back up tords the sky as he spoke." You need to work on gathering your chakra faster, then targeting."

"But anyways I want you to practise on the target first," He said while looking tords the feilts, thenat the bat, and finally tords one of thee smaller tree's." Normally I would have you to try and hit a hard target but I know your bat will kill me. So, I want you to at least hit the tree over there." He siad while pointing over tords it.
"Alright," She said when hearing him, then glanced back tords the tree at which she ended up walked tords it with a slow pace. The child then stopped when she was two jumps away from, the whip still in her hand. "Lets try this I guess,..." She said while throwing her left back, then threw it tords the tree with a quick flick of her rist. The water whip hit the side of the tree however it wasn't what she needed to hit.
She then jumped up in to the air, trying to see if she would do better in mis air, and flicked her wrist, making the whip head stright tords the tree. A cracking sound could be heard, as now the tree has a large gash threw it. (7/7.5)
