Artemis could tell that the others were not pleased with her. Afterall, Not only were they being ordered around by someone other then their Lord, but that same person was much younger then the rest. But she didn't mind, a true bond to any human being could only bring heartache, so by staying hated, Artemis knew she would be protecting herself.
After Arryl's comment, the Gerudo left the tent as well and grabbed a nearby horse, feeling the sword on her belt was all she need. The yellow needle pointed away from the castle town, and so she lead the animal towards the south. Barely ten minutes had past when She approached a large ranch. Artemis pulled the reins to indicate to the horse to go around the structure, and as she did, the needle turned, 'Hmm, it looks like I made a wise choice,' She thought as she dismounted the horse. The Lights in the barn were still on, so she knew she would have to wait. Were anyone to see her perform the deed, animosity would fall upon the Gerudo tribe, and more importantly, Lord Gannon. And so the woman decided to wait.
An hour and a half later, Link stumbled into his room, glad to see the shelter for his aching muscles. Quickly, he peeled his dirt Covered shirt off he body and threw his boots in the corner. He walked over to the green made up bed and lifted off the top cover, inserting himself in between.

While Link was heading back to his room, Gustave decided now was a good time to return home. He grabbed a large branch, and lit it, so he could see where he was going. He soon left the gates to the ranch...

Artemis had been waiting for awhile before a bright light caught her eye. She looked up to find a boy lead by torchlight leaving the ranch. 'Hey, it's the idiot,' she thought as she stared at the boy. Out of the corner of her eye, she watched as the needle moved and followed the boy, 'Well who would have guessed,' She smirked as she rose from her spot, attempting to go unnotived by the sage.
"Alright Epona, it's time to fly over the house!" Link yelled to the horse who seemed quite eager.
As they prepared to make the jump, Link suddenly heard a warm, almost hypnotic, voice behind him, "Link, it is time."
He turned around to find a Beautiful blond haired woman. She seemed to shine with a golden light and her eyes were bright green, "Who are you?"
"I am Farore Goddess of Courage, it is time for you to begin your journey."
"What journey?" Link began to ask, but in that instance she disappeared.
Link woke up in a deep sweat and began to search around his room, the mark on his hand fading before he had a chance to notice it.

Gustave took a quick second to look up, and noticed that someone was approaching him... He quickly drew his sword, and lowered into a battle stance- not taking any chances.

Artemis smirked as the boy withdrew his sword. Now that he knew she was there, the warrior no longer needed to hold back. Immediately she unsheathed her sword and charged at the idiot. It was an old Gerudo distraction technique. At the last moment she jumped into the air and struck out at him with the blunt part of her weapon, with any luck, it would connect and the boy would be knocked out.

Gustave quickly blocked the strike, and forcefully pushed the assailant back. "Hmph... You're that Gerudo from before..." He quickly dropped the torch, and grinned, "I may seem like an idiot to you, but... I am no pushover in battle!"

The kid had some decent moves, but still, there was no way he was a match for her years of training, once again, she charged at the boy, imitating her own jumping strategy. As she umped this time, she swerved to the side and executed a perry attack once landing on the ground. Now behind the boy, once again she struck, knowing it would be difficult for him to block in time.

"Gah!" Gustave yelled out as he winced from the pain... "Looks like... you got me..." He soon started to slink towards the ground... but, suddenly, he quickly swung his blade around him, upwards, yelling out, "Not!"

(I was hoping this would be a quick fight but what ev, you seem to be having fun)
Artemis would be lying if she said she wasn't surprised, but it didn't matter. It was clear that the boy, however resilient, did not have the pure speed required to come anywhere close to defeating a trained warrior. Using her sword as a shield, the woman blocked the strike and smirked, "Your coming with me, whether you like it or not." Quickly she pulled away her blade and watched as the boy's sword fell forward. Quickly she swung at the inferior blade and sent it flying out of the boy's hand.

"D-damn..." Gustave said, falling to the ground, and out cold... But, not before uttering, "Link... Bowie... Stay safe..."

Link heard something out his window, a scream perhaps. He was frozen for several minutes before finally giving in. He Pushed his leggs off the bed and his bare feet landed on the floor. He walked over to the window, only to see his friend, knocked out and in the arms of a woman who was loading him onto a horse.
Without bothering to get dressed, Link dashed down the stairs and out the door. As he looked towards the entrance to the ranch, he found that the two of them were already gone, "Gus... No..." tears formed in the boy's eyes as a moment of clarity appeared in his mind. He knew what he had to do, or maybe he was told. Something about a dream, he was never very good at remembering them. He made a run to a nearby shed that had served as his ancestor's artillery. On the walls hung broken weapons, many masks, and tiny swords he could only guess were made for a child, along with three matching shields, well two shields and a plank of wood. In the center of the room laid a larger blade known as the Biggoron Sword and a larger Hyrulian Shield. He grabbed both from their resting places along with anything he could find which was not broken, with included a Bomb bag and a purple magnifying glass. As he was leaving, something he had never noticed before in his eighteen years of life caught his eye. It was a tiny blue Ocarina. Though he could not think of a thing to do with it, something told the boy he would need the instrument.
His weapons in hand, Link headed towards the stable and unhooked his horse, "Come on Epona, it's time to go." As Link lead the horse towards the exit, he suddenly noticed he wasn't alone in the room.
"Link, I always knew this day would come, the day when you would take off to save the world," Alana spoke silently to her son, hugging something tightly to her chest that Link could not make out in the darkness, "Did I ever tell you the story of the day you were born? I had just gone into labor when it happened, the Kokiri emerald, your Great great Grand father's most prized possession began to shine. It was brighter then anything I had ever seen before. In that moment, I knew that you would be destined for greatness."
Link found himself speechless as his mother walked towards him, handing over the bundle in her arms. It was a green tunic, a pair of brown boots and two Silver Gauntlets, "These belonged to our anscestor, I fixed them up for you years ago so that they'd be ready for this day."
It was that stupid Legend again, the Legend OF his 'Great' anscestor. Under any other circumstance, He might have gotten upset, but in that moment, he could see how much the stories had meant to his mother. And so for just that moment, he pretended to believe, "Thank you."
Five minutes later, now fully dressed and on horseback, Link took off for Hyrule castle, leaving behind his home.

Quote: "Sila, you shall go to the temple within the Kakariko Graveyard." Sila's eyes remained emotionless. Grabbing Kia's arm as she started to head towards her mare, she waited
"What of you, Kia?" she asked quietly once the others had left, "do you have a sage to go after?""Yes, I am to kidnap a Zora and take her to the Water temple at the bottom of Lake Hylia. Do you know where I can find some metal boots?" Kia responded, frustrated.

Inariie was walking, not riding, and heading back into the palace, not toward home. She had stayed silent when orders had been handed out, and her face had been carefully expressionless, but not now. The palace guards fairly jumped out of her way as she stormed past, her face completely mutinous.
Several minutes later, a frightened pageboy knocked on the door of Gannondorf's chambers. "My Lord, there is someone to- No! Miss, you can't just-"
Inariie burst in, and shut the door behind her with a loud thud. "How," she began in a deadly whisper, glaring at her best friend and commander as though she'd like nothing more than to strangle him, "Can you tell me to do this? Lyra is one of ours, and little more than a child!"
Zelda sat on her bed, staring into space and crushing handfuls of wadded up comforter. She had never felt so helpless, or so stupid. The current situation was entirely her fault, but if she left to try to fix it, Gannondorf would realize that something was up. She was trapped, and she couldn't blame anyone but herself.

Artanis watched Zelda in silence for a few minutes, thinking hard. He wasn't sure that what he was about to do was a good idea, but he couldn't see how he could continue to insure the Princess' safety if things continued the way they were going.
For the first time in the long years he'd been protecting the girl, he stepped out of the shadows. "We likely have even less time than you realize, Your Highness, so this needs to be kept brief. I have been your secret guard since you were a child, protecting you whether you wished it, or not. I was the one who returned you to your room this afternoon." He paused for a split second; this part was difficult to say. "I now see that I made a mistake. You are no longer safe here, Your Highness. We need to leave as soon as possible," he finished, then just stood, watching her face impassively.
