Whinn's eyes followed that of the ebony male's as they danced from her face to elsewhere. He was thinking about what she said, obviously. She had the impulse to let her gaze fall away from him, but instead she kept her head steady, her eyes lingering on him. There was an inner longing for his company that had been growing over the past few days... she didn't really know how to explain it. Perhaps their planning would go well, now... maybe they'd be able to go back to their old home, or at least he could console her in staying here. At the remembrance of a promise, she perked from her thoughts. Yes yes! Now would be the time if any!
"I'd like that... a lot." She said, realizing what he was proposing. She didn't really know all that much about him, but the pack happenings had sort of left the pack with a feeling of a new beginning. She didn't quite feel they fit anymore. Yero seemed to be having some inner turmoil regarding Selia and her pups which were wandering off now. Oh, how she longed for pups... And yet she didn't even realize this inner desire. Maybe they could flee today... they'd be back home to the river by tomorrow if they went now and didn't stop. Back beneath those familiar trees and alongside the bank where the fish swam free, fat and waiting to be eaten. Yes, that would be wonderful.

(( Les-les! Taj and I wanted Yero and Hige to rendezvous again, so I hope it's okay if they don't leve right away. I made a new thread for Hige and Yero, and technically the meeting between the guys should only take a couple hours in RP time, so Whinn and Yero can still leave 'today' :3
Elphie time: ))
The shewolf glanced through the clump of forest, her eyes falling on her mate. Her heart fluttered as she ran her gaze over him, and she knew now more than ever that she couldn't ask yet. "I... maybe some other time..." The female mouthed weakly, her eyes still on the distant male. He'd been a wanderer for so long. Wouldn't it be so easy to... scare him away. "Well, it looks like we both have the same problem," Elphie said with a wry smile as Soul chuckled. Despite how uncomfortable she felt, Elphie was also glad to talk to her friend. It had been too long since she'd connected with another female. "Though I'm not positive I want pups.. just yet," She worried at her front paws with her muzzle again. A small sigh escaped her. "But.. I do want them," Elphie felt nervous again. It was the first time she'd said it aloud.

Soul, nodding her head slightly, understood. When she had met Neka, he was a wanderer. The threat of pups, love...well she had a feeling of what might happy...but she wasn't sure. Climbing up to her haunches, she spoke to Elphie. "It does look that way...doesn't it" She laughed, shaking her pelt lightly. Her thoughts couldn't help but trace back to Isaac. The male was so mischievous. She was never sure of what he was thinking...which worried her greatly. Lifting an ear, she grinned. "Well, in due time." Looking back to Neka then to Elphie, she smiled. "Your pups will be beautiful." Nodding her head gently, she moved a paw forwards. It was probably best to head back to the group. Stopping though, she awaited for Elphie to get up, so they could go back together.
She must admit, this was an uncomfortable subject to speak about, but it was always good to be able to get things out with a fellow female. They all knew what you were feeling.

Elphie's cheeks felt hot at the compliment, though had she been less embarrassed she would have glowed with pride. "As will yours, Soul," She flicked her green eyes to her rusty-colored friend and let her mind wander, rewriting Soul's features into puppy faces. She grinned at the though of a blue fox-pup. ( xd I will not give up on this fantasy! *cough*) The brown wolf pulled herself to her feet, giving her earthy coat a shake. She didn't want to leave Neka to face the others on his own too long, even if it was only Devvyl and a pup. Elphie padded a couple feet towards the rest of the group, feeling refreshed. It felt good to have another female she could talk to, especially with Selia being gone so long.
"I suppose we should head back?" She gave Soul a bawdy wink and tossed her head towards the figure of Neka. "Can't leave the boys alone too long." Seeing Soul was ready to go back as well, the brown shewolf padded back towards the small gathering.

(( Lemme tie this up better with Yero. Eeee, I'm so excited they're heading back towards the freelands! ))
Whinn wanted it, and so it would be. "Then it's settled," Yero nodded slowly, his eyes once again losing hers in a thought. This would be quite a change of pace, and it would take getting used to, but the idea was attractive. The pack was still young, and the volitile dynamics kept the inky wolf uneasy. He had stayed because of his devotion to Selia and had adjusted accordingly as a guardian, but he had never connected to the other wolves save Hige, who had departed moons ago. He canted his ears towards Whinn and locked his vision on her cloudy rain-mist eyes.
"Love, could I beg a couple hours to tie up loose ends?" He gave her cheek a tender lick, hoping she would understand. "I will meet you here again at dusk. We can begin our journey in twilight's safety." His midnight tail wagged at the the thought of traveling under the moon, alone save for his beloved.

Sha had wandered away from the group, scared for a few days. It would only happen now that she reappeared. The young wolf wandered out of the deep woods she'd been in, and headed towards the boulders, where she originally had met the pack. Her maw raised as she let out a loud howl. Hopefully they'll come. I want to apologise for before... I shouldn't have gotten scared. Sha let loose a smile as she awaited, maybe a howl to come in return? ... or for someone to appear?
All she had to do now was wait. Of course, this was the hard part, for her former child self still was roaming inside herself. She was very impatient. After a minute, she got bored and plopped to the ground, kicking up dirt with her paws. She tilted her head as a tiny mouse ran past her face. Her tail began to wag. Sha raised herself and looked around, to spot the rodent. Ah hah! In a flash, she leaped from her position and ran towards the meat. Her instincts were finally beginning to kick in.

crack as lazily an eye opened, peering out into the deserted world. The sun hadn't yet lifted high into the sky to call it daylight, but instead cast the array of colors across its mass. The black of night still lurking out of reach from the suns grasp making the area shine with a murky green. In the distance, only fog and moisture could be seen, nothing more. The shadow's of tree's slowly disappeared as the eye looked on past them, and deeper into the darkness of the woods.
Paws fumbled to stand. The head ached with pain. Stomach churned. The wolf gathered her weight onto all fours and stood there for a moment, attempting to shake off the morning fatigue without moving. Looking out groggily to the pack lands, she couldn't help but feel a sense of loneliness. The area was filled with scents...each one following a simple pattern. Female...male....female...male. It was amazing how many pairs lived within the pack. Looking back to the den she had made for herself and Isaac, she drooped further. The passion ((if any)) Isaac and Soul once had, the little lovin' she used to receive seemed lost. Well, almost. She hadn't heard from the crazy male in a while...which frankly worried her.
She did realize of coarse that he DID need his space. He needed time to himself...but she was never sure what he could be doing out there. Knowing his flirty ways, he could have bred with twenty other females...but maybe she was thinking to low of him. He said he loved her...she hoped these words weren't said because it was a spur of the moment thing.
A foot step rang out into the open, the only sound that traveled so far in the silence. Fur bristled with a hint of rage. She was unsure of coarse, as to why she was feeling just so spiteful. As if someone had just taking her piece of meat. Lowering her head to the earth, she could feel the dew from the grass gradually gather upon her nose, bothered by this, she lifted her head and shook it off, then slowed her walk. She didn't want to run off, or go to far and get tired, she just wanted to take a brisk trot out into the woods.
--Being alone in the silence never felt so good.

((Side note: This RP be After Isaac's unfinished chat with Reicher, time skip while Kochiface is away >D ))
Isaac was also on the move this morning, on his way back to the packlands at last. The lanky-framed male practically trotted through the woods, a bounce to his step and a small brown rabbit swinging limply from his jaws.
He felt he'd had his fair share of fun for one trip, especially one he'd originally only planned to last a day or so. His missus probably wouldn't be too thrilled about that.. Still, Isaac was feeling damn chuffed with himself. He'd managed to provide for his mate, even with his bad leg. So.. maybe it had involved stealing a pup's first kill, but that was neither here nor there. Soul couldn't stay mad at him while he had a nice fresh piece of meat for her.
The fox colored female soon crossed his path a little way off and he caught a flash of her coat. "Sow..?" he grunted, then attempted to yell at her through the rabbit's thick fur as she continued walking. "Sow!"
He hopped after her excitedly, swiftly quashing the silence.
