Maesuki chuckled before he blinked at her sashaying walk which he knew she did deliberately. "I swear, it's hard not to watch you, love," he whispered, amused as she paused, bowing her head as she didn't look his way, although he was certain she was blushing.

Lorcán blinked a couple of times before nodding slowly, trying hard not to blush. He heard Cassandra snort a laugh as she nudged him, giving away that his attempt to hide his blush failed.

Kasumi smirked a little. "Let's just say that I get the feeling that we're going to see the old become new, and much stronger than it was in the past," she teased.

"I'm sure it comes in handy." Clarissa chuckled as she stayed there by Jaisyn's side for just a moment longer. She found that she really enjoyed the feel of him so close to her even though they had just met. Finally she pulled away. "I won't take long to change." She looked over her shoulder at him with a smile before disappearing into the closet. ~~~~~ "I like you watching me." Aelina's laugh echoed in Maesuki's head. She had pulled down a bag from the top of her closet and begun to throw a couple changes of clothes inside. They weren't going to be gone long and even so it would be easy to come back and get anything that she forgot. After a moment she came out of the closet with the bag and set it on her bed. ~~~~~ "Zacarias is a bit stand offish, but otherwise he seems like a decent man. I haven't had much of a chance to speak with him." Cassandra said with a nod of her head. "He does tend to keep his own council. He is more open when his brothers or lifemate are around." Solange agreed. "I know his brothers were afraid for him at point...afraid of what would happen to him because he hadn't found his lifemate. But then sweet Marguarita showed up in his life." She smiled fondly. ~~~~~ Carolyn laughed as she dried herself off. As the water was off of her she was clothed in tight, black jeans and a pale orange top. She ran her fingers through her hair and it was instantly dry, hanging loosely over her shoulders the way she knew that Kasumi liked it. "Well...then we should look forward to it, no?"

Kasumi glanced over her shoulder, a roguish smirk crossing her face. "I do, make no doubt of that... and I do prefer you undressed.... but sometimes half the fun is unwrapping the gift, yes?" she teased.

OOC| When Clarissa came out of the closet she was wearing a pair of dark blue shorts and a cream white top. She had chosen a pair of light brown sandals. "There are some really nice clothes in there," she said as she flipped her hair back over her shoulder. ~~~~~ Aelina waved her hand and inside her bag was her hairbrush and also a tube of toothpaste and a toothbrush. "Hmm, I think that's everything." She said as she looked over at Maesuki. ~~~~~ "It was almost too late," Solange said with a nod of her head. "He was prepared to meet the light when Marguarita found him." She was glad the girl, despite the fear she must have felt, had pulled Zacarias to safety. Riordan would have been devastated by his brother's loss which would have made Juliette upset. Cassandra winced slightly, knowing exactly to what Solange was referring to. Instead of allowing himself to go the way of the vampire, he was going to let the sun come up over him. ~~~~~
"Oh I think it's more than half the fun." Carolyn chuckled as she moved to Kasumi, hand trailing over her back lightly. "Especially when one of us pretends to struggle." She wiggled her eyebrows slightly.

OOC| Jaisyn had changed his own clothes and wore a pair of pale grayish lavender sandals that laced up halfway over his calves and made his tanned skin stand out as well as a deep navy tee shirt, dark purple shorts that stopped just below his knees and a pale blue vest that laced shut with reddish bronze laces. A very slight, unconsciously indulgent smile crossed his face, though he didn't realize it.

Maesuki cocked an eyebrow, a very slight smile crossing his face. "Towels, just in case they have a Jacuzzi or hot spring?" he teased.

Lorcán blinked. "So there's quite a bit about the 'vampire' myth that is false, yet at the same time, there are grains of truth in them. I recall that Liliana... mentioned an 'odd, empty sense' from the rotting vampires that 'she couldn't explain'," he said thoughtfully, thinking back to what had happened just a week and a half ago.

OOC| Clarissa chuckled as she walked up to Jaisyn. She had her hands in her pockets as she looked him up and down slowly. She had to admit that he was extremely good looking. A slight blush stole across her cheeks as she looked away. ~~~~~ "What? The spa won't have any," Aelina laughed teasingly as towels appeared on top of everything else. She closed the bag, zipping it up. She wasn't sure if they should go ahead and leave like they had planned, or wait to see what else the two Carpathians may want to talk about. ~~~~~ "The vampire has given up their soul in order to stop feeling any kind of emotion," Dominic said as he shifted slightly in his spot. "I have no doubt that she felt nothing from the vampire because there is nothing to feel." He ran a hand through his hair. "That is why we hunt them down and dispatch them. They are a danger to everyone. They have no remorse on who they kill. We must hunt them even if they were once our friends."~~~~~ "Hmm, both," Carolyn chuckled softly. She moved towards their bedroom door. "I do believe we have new guests in the house. Perhaps we should make ourselves hospitable instead of staying cooped up in our room."

OOC| Jaisyn blinked at Clarissa's amusement as she looked him up and down. "Hey, you look just as good... and unfortunately... I don't have that many clothes that weren't donated to me by 'others' hoping for me to get recognized so their gear would be purchased... which at the moment is the last thing I want, to be recognized at the moment," he said with a slightly deeper blush. He hadn't forgotten the last time he'd been recognized in public... it had been somewhat comical... and very embarrassing, as he'd had women from mid-teens to mid-forties chasing him down... close to thirty of them.

Maesuki shrugged. "Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it," he quipped with a faint smile as he took a couple of steps towards her before kissing her gently.

OOC| Clarissa blushed more when Jaisyn complimented her. She chuckled as she moved closer to him, linking her arm with his. "Well seeing as we'll be staying on the grounds that should not be a problem. But if you decide that you want to venture out onto the streets don't worry...I'll protect you." She teased him lightly. ~~~~~~ Aelina chuckled softly as she wrapped her arms around Maesuki's neck and kissed him back. "Hmm, right you are." She pulled back with a twinkle in her eye. ~~~~~ "That they are," Solange said with a nod. "It's either allow themselves to lose their souls are walk into the light. It takes a true mark of bravery for those to choose the ultimate death." She squeezed Dominic's hand tightly, knowing that he had lost friends both to the darkness...and to the light. ~~~~~~ "How could I complain with such a beautiful lover?" Carolyn raised an eyebrow slightly. She crooked her finger at Kasumi. "Come, I am hungry for food."

OOC| Clarissa smiled as she walked with Jaisyn through the halls of the house. Before she even realized it he had taken her outside and they were in the gardens that were on the grounds. "Wow. It's beautiful out here." She really hadn't paid attention to anything when she had first come here. ~~~~~ "I'm always ready." Aelina chuckled as she slipped her hand down into his. The other hand she used to ruffle his hair lightly. "Hmm, so what exactly did you just call me," she asked curiously. ~~~~~ Dominic smiled and nodded. "And that is what makes you one of the strong ones." He turned his gaze to Cassandra. "You have chosen a life mate very well."Cassandra's cheeks flushed slightly as she smiled. "Yes. I know I did." She looked at Lorcan with a loving smile. ~~~~~ Carolyn laughed as she opened their door. "And I did a lot of that last night. Right now I am craving fried chicken." Her mouth was actually watering at the thought. "Maybe some mashed potatoes too."

OOC| Jaisyn exhaled softly, his gaze scanning the gardens with a thoughtful look though he did notice what looked to be a fairly fresh scorch mark near one of the trees not too far away, his guitar in his hand. "There was one... that a friend had come up with... though he had trouble coming up with music for it; it was for his step-daughter," he said as he cleared his throat nervously.

"It's how I see you... as a foxy empress," he murmured with amusement, ducking momentarily away instinctively, though he thoroughly enjoyed her touch. "Wonder if they'd let us massage one another or make us lie still?" he whispered half jokingly.

Kasumi chuckled at the slight glazed look in Carolyn's eyes. "Hmmm, with milk?" she murmured with amusement. What startled her momentarily was a rumbling growl she knew all too well, as her brother had the same... loud stomach... and by 'loud', it meant 'loud enough to hear miles away'.

OOC| Clarissa asked Jaisyn suddenly. "I would very much like to hear anything you do." She smiled as she moved and sat on the edge of a fountain, looking up at him. It was already shaping up to be a nice day out. ~~~~~~ Aelina smiled widely. She liked that. Foxy empress. She laughed and shrugged her shoulders. "Could never hurt to ask, can it?" She grabbed a hold of his arm once again as they left her room. "This is going to be a great time."~~~~~ Cassandra chuckled softly as she noticed how Lorcan's pants seemed to shift. "Now that's an honor...getting a compliment like that from Dominic." Her thumb rubbed the back of his hand lightly in circles. "Perhaps Dominic and I will retire for a little while." Solange said with a smile as she watched the other couple. "When Maesuki's sister comes along do let us know." She tugged on Dominic's arm and with a slight nod they both disappeared. ~~~~~ Carolyn laughed at the growling sound. She knew exactly what that meant. Kasumi was just as hungry as she was. She disappeared and reappeared back in the kitchen, getting stuff ready to cook.

Lorcán shrugged. "Doesn't seem that special to me. Really, it's common sense... abandon your family and your friends for momentary gratification and a lust for the pain of others... that's what got Tenebris screwed over," he whispered with a slight chuckle.

Kasumi teleported instinctively, materializing in one of the chairs. She was, however, a bit startled when she noticed a flash of pale blue before a water balloon filled with icy cold water hit her square in the chest, saturating her clothes from shoulders to mid thigh.

OOC| Clarissa smiled as she listened to Jaisyn sing. He had an amazing voice. Her cheeks flushed slightly. For some reason the song almost sounded like he was singing it directly to her. When he was done she opened her mouth to speak, stopped and turned her head to the side. She did not know what exactly had alerted her to the fact that someone else was there, but her eyes caught sight of the two strangers. Her eyes locked with the woman's and there was almost a spark of recognition. Clarissa's head tilted to the side slightly as the two approached her and Jaisyn. Without realizing she had stood up she was next to Jaisyn as the woman spoke. "My mother's name was Adara. Did you know her?" Clarissa listened to the woman for a moment. She knew that she was telling the truth. "I am Clarissa."Solange gripped Dominic's hand tightly. "That girl.....she looks just like someone I used to know." She moved forward, aware that it would look an animal stalking towards the younger couple. "So terribly sorry to disturb the two of you. I know this will sound strange, but you, young lady....you are familiar to me. Do you know someone named Adara?" Solange grimaced when the young girl said was. "Was....so she is no longer around? I am sorry..my name is Solange. Adara and I grew up together. Then suddenly she disappeared."~~~~~~ Aelina smiled as she looked at the building of the spa. She was excited to be able to spend this time with Maesuki and relax. ~~~~~ Cassandra chuckled as she turned to look at Lorcan. "It drives them mad I suppose. No color and no real true emotions for sometimes hundreds of years....you don't exactly make clear decisions." She moved closer to him, pressing her lips lightly against his. ~~~~~ Carolyn laughed as she turned to look at Kasumi. "I see that the pranks are starting back up again." She was already cutting up potatoes to make some mashed potatoes.

Lorcán shrugged. "I'd be mad too if I were colorblind and stupid.... but there's a difference between pissed off..." he started before Cassandra cut him off. "and batshit insane," he finished as he intentionally deepened the kiss.
