It would be balanced if anything. They'd get on eachother nerves, but I think it would work itself out.

Yo Gid, that jutsu only works with melee weapons. Batsu is proficient in ranged weapons.

Pr0dlgy Yo Gid, that jutsu only works with melee weapons. Batsu is proficient in ranged weapons. Yeah I just remembered that Batsu was ranged *facepalm* well that's the only fighting non-C Ran jutsu you can learn (If not the only one at all). Soo yeah lol. It could still work with Kunai, and if you're going to fight a hoshigaki, you must be prepared for at least a little hand to hand, especially if they have Samehada.
