 Segarus: Hazard Squad
Segarus closed her eyes and sighed. She smiled faintly at Basili. Alright the princess made a good point. She wasn't used to dealing with royal demons..the only one she had to deal with was the one she had to play bodyguard. " I see your point, clearly and in retrocolor. Let me make it up to you on a proper date, movie here perhaps? I'm a pretty decent cook not as amazing as Camory however," she explained as she munched on her omelet. She had to admit, starting fresh with someone that protects her and of course being quite enjoyable in the bedroom- she gave a secretive smirk at that- was nice. She haven't been in a relationship in her three years at MCA so hell why the hell not. "...Besides, I think I should make it up to my girlfriend,I mean if that's alright with you," she smiled then the time on her stove caught her attention. "Akira is gong to kill me if I don't go now " she growled. She stepped towards Basili and gave her a loving hug and a deep passionate kiss. She rested her forehead against hers looking her in the eye. " Fire demons...we are hot headed...literally and emotionally..I have a feeling you can deal with my stubbornness. But right now, the gunslinger is needed for the D.C. meeting. I'll find you afterwards my sweet darling," regret and pain sparkled in her eyes as she left Basili and headed for the meeting room.

Basili's look of frustration was replaced by a relieved smile. "ofcourse, I'll be looking forward to it." she answered. She had never actually been on a date before. She had been at the stage where she was old enough to visit the palace's harem, but not old enough to start accepting suitors, so this would be a new experience. When she mentioned making it up to her girlfriend Basili grinned in earnest "anything but nothing is alright with me Segaru" she said, about to lean closer to give he a kiss when she suddenly growled something about Akira, whoever that was, killing her for not being on time. She raised a brow in confusion, and was thus offguard when Segarus hugged her and kissed her passionately, making the princess melt again and go a little weak in the knees. When Segarus brought her in for forehead serious time Basili smiled and nodded. "if there's anything I can do well, its deal with stubborn people" she told her. Seeing the pain in her eyes for having to leave Basili giggled and pinched the girl's backside. "come on come on, if you stand around looking all mopey eyed your gonna be late. I'll see you soon enough" she assured her, blowing her a kiss goodbye as she ran out the door. With her gone Basili sighed and sat down, feeling just a little sore from last night, but she wasn't about to admit it, and began eating her own omelete.Camory Chiefer

Camory smiled up at Olivia from behind his apple and continued to tear into it. For a moment he was lost in his own little world until Olivia spoke up about them being busted. He looked up from his apple and his eyes went wide when he saw Akira staring right back at him. Instinctively Camory shrunk down in his seat, as if that would do anything at this point."....wait this recipe's in metric...Olivia! Heeeeeeeeelp!"  Akira sighed as both Olivia and who he assumed was Camory sat there, one trying to pretend nothing was going on, the other looking like a deer caught in the headlights. He figured he'd find out later though as Segarus came into the meeting room, almost late. Akira looked around again, making sure no one else was absent, but everyone was where they needed to be (pretending Tosen and the others are here). "allright then. Now that everyone's here lets begin" he said stepping back up to the front. "as many of you know the first official class mission was conducted yesterday, and today I would like to hear the report of how things went from those of you who attended it. Specifically I'd like to know how you and your other Disciplinary Committee members acted and if anyone broke conduct during the mission" he told them. Essentially he was asking them to narc on each other. And as they all knew that could include anything from unnecessary violence, to sexual conduct while on duty, to drug and/or alchohol consumption. Something that, when you think about it, everyone there was guilty of.

Olivia sighed as she looked up and listened to hear Akira speak. "Of course that was everyone." she thought to herself. Even though she didn't drink of course there were other casualties that happened. She gave a sigh and looked around to see if anyone were to speak up. Of course Camory couldn't go. She stood up. "Sir. From my perspective everyone who was there, whether DC member or not, had done an excellent job in apprehending the culprits of the circus. Though there were some set backs and issues it did not get in the way of us from completing what we've been sent out to do." she said. That was the best way she could put it.

Penelope kept quiet as she fidgeted with her fingers. Seeing if anyone would speak. Of course with a leader like Akira it was pretty hard and the slightest wrong doing could seem to set him off. She picked her head up from looking at her lap and turned to see Olivia standing up giving her report on the mission. Like everyone else she stayed quiet and listened. She turned back to look at Akira to see what he'd say.

Melody woke up but was still tired from the mission, also her throat hurt and made her voice hoarse she took some cough drops but they didn't seem to help that much.
Melody showered and changed as she walked out of her room and headed towards the cafeteria for something to eat, wonder how every one else was
Zada had fallen asleep at the library, luckily the library never closed staying open for late not studies. Zada had dosed off looking at books about spell cards.

Camory stayed shrunk into his desk as Olivia stood to answer the question. He knew just as well as everyone that what happened hadn't exactly been...innocent. Alot of people got hurt, most of the students had gone drinking before the fighting started, though probably the worst thing Camory did was bet on the poker game Akira would probably reprimand him for that. Thankfully Olivia put it as lightly as possible, pretty much covering for everyone by not going into details. "good going Oli"."....wait this recipe's in metric...Olivia! Heeeeeeeeelp!" Akira stared long and hard at Olivia, as if trying to decipher whether she was lying or not. She wasn't telling the full story that much was clear, but it was the degree to which she was doing so that he was trying to figure out. Ultimately he sighed and nodded. "very well, you may sit Ms. Shatten" he told her. It seemed that nobody else really wanted to answer, and he wasn't about to stand around and force people to when they had other things on the agenda. "well for my next order of business. I may or may not have allready informed you of this, but our Vice Chief Noir Alice Verse has transferred out of the school for family reasons. I respect her decision to put her family first and foremost, but it does leave a rather sizable gap in the command structure. I was preparing Noir to become Chief next year and take my place. However as that is no longer possible I will need a replacement. So anyone who would be interested in taking the position of Vice Chief please speak now" he announced.

With her Omelette and her lover gone Basili decided to hang out in the cafeteria until class started. She walked out of Segarus's dorm, locking it behind her so no one broke in or anything, and head down the hall. On her way she spotted a familiar mess of pink hair Basili smiled and glomped Melody from behind. "Melody! your allright! I was actually getting kind of worried about you for a minute" she said picking the girl back up and dusting her off. "you allright? your not still hurting from last night are you?" she asked, looking a bit concerned for her friend.

"I'm alright just a bit of a sore throat" Melody tried to explain but the hoarseness of her voice made it difficult to hear added with how soft her voice was to start with it was nearly impossible to make out what she was saying.
Seeing the confusion on Basili's face Melody knew she couldn't make out what she was saying
"I'm alright just a bit of a sore throat" She repeated but she was still barely audible. Seeing her struggling Tavi came up with and idea as he ran back to the room and got her a chalk board and chalk, return Tavi tapped Melody to get her attention as she saw the chalk board and chalk Melody smiled and wrote down what she was trying to say.

Basili raised an eyebrow as the girl replied so hoarsly she could barely make out what she said, something about biting moors on a boat. "ummmm....what?" she asked, hoping the next time would be better, which it was, but not enough to let her actually understand. "I'm just gonna go ahead and repeat myself. What?" The snake girl watched as her rabbit ran off, leaving her alone with the effectively mute Melody. When the rabbit came back with a chalk board her first question that came to mind was where the hell did a rabbit find a chalk board? but she decided against voicing that question sine it did allow Melody to communicate. "I see. sore throat is a bit of an understatement don't you think? anyways I'm sure your probably hungry right? come on I'll buy you breakfast" she said happily, taking Melody's hand and leading her towards the cafeteria.

Melody nodded when Basili asked if she was hungry, she wrote "Thank you, tofu scrambled eggs please, are you feeling ok?" on the board keeping her questions and explanations short as she didn't think Basili would want to read a paragraph every time she communicated

Basili looked at her entre of choice and pretended to throw up. "blee! I don't understand you vegetarians you know? I mean I guess I can see not liking raw meat, but not liking meat period? uggh" she said, chuckling a bit. In regards to whether or not she was feeling ok Basili just smiled. "I'm fine, didn't sleep at all last night though" she said with a yawn. Though she conviently left out the reason WHY she hadn't gotten any sleep. They reached the cafeteria and as they were in line Basili felt something nagging at the back of her head as she stared at Melody. Eventually she figured she needed to just sate her growing curiosity. "hey Melody...if I..kissed you...or asked you to be my girlfriend. what would your response be?" she asked, now that she was with Segarus she had to be careful on whether or not she was gonna pursue any girls for her harem or as seperate wives or not. She would love to just be able to have all of them, especially Melody since they were allready good friends, but she'd rather play it safe and see if Melody was really worth pursuing at this point before she risked upsetting Segarus.

Melody was a bit taken back by the question and unsure how to respond she like Basili and wanted her as a friend but was unsure what would entail if she became her girlfriend, she thought about it for a moment then wrote
"I don't mind being your girl friend but I don't want to cause conflicts or any hassles, I understand you want more that one girl friend and I am ok with that" She replied being truthful in her answer

(*ahem* ok since i'm bored and I want to clarify this as it doesn't have any clarification I will now explain how Melody's stare works
First off this is a conditional ability melody can not do this on a whim, she needs to be in a situation of high stress, via worry, scared, or angry
also using this ability causes Melody to black out sort of become another person (more on this later as her story develops) she is still Melody but this is a different side to her. once done Melody will lose all memory of anything between when the stare was activated and when she has come back to her senses.
Now how it works, the stare works only if Melody makes eye contact with the target once locked the target will keep it's eyes on Melody too scared to look away, even after losing contact the effects will linger for a bit so if the stare forced a target to run away it will still continue to run even after turning it's back to Melody.
Secondly the stare only works on creatures that can feel fear,
Thirdly Melody can still keep playing her music while staring
Last the stare only effects a single target
Hope this clarifies the stare ability)

Basili noticed Melody looked taken back by her question. She was prepared to just start laughing and play it off as another teasing joke like she allways did, but suddenly she started writing out her answer. Her answer was so amazing that at first Basili thought the girl was just screwing with her. She stared at Melody for a moment, wondering where the catch was in this to good to be true scenario. "are you sure? I mean every time I make advances on you you all ways shy away like you don't want it...." she said, understandably a bit skeptical. Heck she wasn't even sure wanted that kind of relationship let alone would be ok with her having multiple people in the fold so to speak. (yes! Basili's dating sim- esque dream of having a harem is coming true!....now lets just hope this doesn't turn out like School Days...that would be bad)

Melody wrote back "I've never been in a relationship before so I don't know how to react, you know I'm not overly brave and it is a little scary, sorry if I gave the impression I didn't like it, I just didn't know how to react" Melody explained showing that she was just naturally shy and when she got scared she tried to avoid the situation.
