Ok, what is with the "urge to confess?" I totally want to shout to all my prudish friends that I drew two people making love. It's not even like my other fairies, which are just gratuitous porn and I have no desire to share them openly. I actually love this picture, and the emotional background of the scene is (I think) very romantic.
And yet I know that if I post it openly, I'll get it from someone. I'm just not sure I'm willing to put up with that. stressed

oh. we have that, it's just called hot cocoa mix around here because nobody knows how to make hot cocoa for real anymore.

Everyone here is totally cool! heart But people like my mother-in-law would throw a fit if my sister-in-law (who watches everything I do on DA) were to flash it on her computer screen at the wrong time. Plus, my pastor's daughters are also friends of mine on DA, and he's...weird...about public displays of affection. Not to mention that a lot of my friends within my church are of the innocent persuasion and would immediately classify it as porn and therefore demonize me for drawing it. Not like a malicious way, but like that condecending way people say "Do you really think you should be drawing that sort of thing?" that just sets your teeth on edge. How I ended up with so many prudish friends, I don't know. xp

Should I color a picture in colored pencils, watercolor pencils (I don't really know how to use them properly, however), or Sharpies?
Sharpies show up better, but colored pencils give a wider variety of colors. ><

Milo is fortified, like Ovaltine and Bournvita...it's where I gets my extra iron and such for my sickness-hood mrgreen @ Sapphirianna - What I do with watercolour pencils, is do the blending of colour with the pencil (mmm layering), then use the water to smooth out the gradient, and make it look less grainy biggrin

I actually don't share my online name with any of my RL friends, except my husband, my brother. More recently, my friend who stayed with us for 3 months, but that was because there was no getting around that one. All my RL connections just look up my name and find me that way. I lead an online double life to avoid headaches and heartaches that 'concerned' people seem to cause when they learn too much about the person they see everyday. LOL Is it bad that I trust complete strangers more than I trust people I have seen every week for most of my life?
