 The Impossible Quest
Emerald was startled to see how excited her younger brother was to explore. she liked exploring too, but not EVERYWHERE like he made it seem like. she knows to stay away from some places, and keeps that in mind.
"sure! a place i've always been curious about the cliffs that surround the forest" she smiled "you want to go check 'em out?"Out of Sight, Out of Mind...
Anbu snuck into a branch that was full of the dry black leaves. he shut his eyes, and quickly jumped to another tree, then another, and then another, getting farther away from the purple cat. he was farther away from the center of the forest that he's ever been.
won't kill me i gues... he thought, there might acutally be more food over there so he jumped farther away from the center of the forest, with every jump on to a new branch, the place got lighter, and greener.Cats of a feather, fly togethor
"ooh! yes, those cliffs have always been a mystery to me." he said, pondering, "i want to know what's beyond them... a better life? more cats? a temple or a city?" he awed. he couldn't wait, he jumped high into the air and flapped his wings happily.
"oh dear sister" he said, zooming around emerald, "you can't possibly think you could fly on those broken wings of yours... do you?" he said. emeralds wings have yet to repaired, although she has folded them in.((pm me please if you decide to rp with any of my cats ^^ i'll be busy))

dragonachu PandaLily  "you seem to be looking at Emmie or my brother Topaz." he said to the fluffy cat who could summon up clouds at her will. "i don't think i caught your name" he said being as rude as ever. he forgot if she told him or not. "i am Halloween Sora, but you can call me Sora for short" he said. and he sensed that she wasn't happy or content with him. he just smiled back nervously, in case she tries to do a sneak attack on him.

Jolt sighed as the butterfly went away. There goes her meal. "Well hello there Sora." She folded in her wings and bowed again. "You dont happen to know where the food is around here do you?" Now she was really hungry.

"You dont happen to know where the food is around here do you?" Now she was really hungry. "why did it look like you wanted to eat one of the other fluffy cats?" he said looking awkwardly at her. then he relized, he felt hungry too. "oh, i never really searched for food around here... i lived off nothing until now..." he said looking hungry...

Shadows, Monsters, and Ninjas, oh my!
((okay... reading what dragonachu posted... i'm kinda scared now sweatdrop ))
"ooh! a temple! how beautiful! maybe the legendary temple with the gods?" she smiled. she finally got to spend some time with her brother, to see how he was like. "well, come one" she said laughing, holding his hand and running through the forest." she looked over at sora who she hadn't talked to in a while. "i'll be right back!" she yelled "take care!"The new... siblings?
"Walk on forward" said a voice near anbus hind paw. it sounded almost childish, and had a hint of glee in its voice. it was about 1-2 inches tall. it was white, with an anbu tattoo on it's body, and blood-stained ears. this was anbu's pet, A. A was almost as dangerous as Anbu himself. you wouldn't be able to tell from his statcher of course. he has some tricks up his sleeves, and you'd be mighty dumb to get on his bad side.
"Well, walk on Anbu" he said, pushing at Anbu's hind paws.
"I'm moving, i'm moving..." Anbu said.Over the hills and through the woods...
"Maybe it'll be a deserted temple! and we could explore in it!" he looked over at the cat that Emerald yelled at. wonder who he is... he looks nice with his fancy outfit "hmpff!" he said, sticking his nose up, "who's that sis? you're boyfriend?" he said in a childish teasing voice. he then felt a slap on the back of his head. "oww... what'd i say?" he said looking at his sister that had a look of embarresment and anger in her face. she looked away for a second.

Chiriko smiled and walked towards Kirara. "Here I am." He called. He would be terrible if he was trying to hide from her. She already knew his scent to smeel him from ages away. Chiriko smiled again as he looked down at her and sat.

Jolt smiled a cruel smile for a second then masked it with a happy face. "Maybe I did." She said simply. She listened hard and heard a river nearby "Fish?" She asked. Jolt had actually never tried to fish before but trying now could be a start. Emerald yelled back at Sora and she watched her leave with another Cat she hadnt seen beofre.

Emerald stared the other way. She held on to the strap of her green ribbon "backpack" that carried cover. she wasn't sure of what she was looking at, and not sure what she was thinking of either. she stared deep into the darkness of the forest, although the forest was still brightly illuminated, spring being in the air. she looked around the trees, seeing darkness from far away.
"hey..." she said,"lets cut through the forest... we could probably get to the other side easier and faster." she tugged at his paw.
"hm.." thought clover, the green lucky rabbit,"somethings amiss"A
"So..." said Anbu, looking at his rabbit A. they both caught a break and decided to sit down on a dead tree stump. A was at the foot of the stump, awaiting Anbu's reply. "where should we go now? i'm kinda bored" he said in through his mask, making his voice sound muffled.
"I think we should go that way" said A through his childish voice, pointing to his left with his sharigan.
"why?" asked Anbu, a little puzzeld trying to find out why A would want to travel to the lightened side. the dark center of the forest is soon to turn green like the outside of the forest due to spring. couldn't he just wait?
"because... that's where THEY are..."
they? thought a puzzled Anbu.The one she calls clover
"Sister, lets just stay here, we'll wait to find out if anyone else wants to come if we're going to go through the center. you out of everyone, i would've thought, would've known the center is where it's rumored to be the hiding spot of demons and monsters!" said a terribly frightened meowth. "please, lets just wait a bit for the sun to shine fully, and maybe we'll fly through to top of the forests." he looked at emerald who gave him a "huh?" look. "i know that it's a long way up, but it's probably safer then going straight through the center." he heard a muffled sound coming from emerald. the rabbit "backpack" was moving. it hopped down, the ribbons coming off and falling to the floor with clover. he still hadd the ribbon tied to him, and he left it like that. it seemed as if he didn't notice the ribbon.

Jolt gave a pathetic laugh and smiled a little. "Well.... Neither do I...." It was the sad truth. So now neither of them had any food.

sora scurried over to the lake and tried to claw fish with his paw. but, sadly, his claws were short and the fish kept slipping out of his wet paws. he keeps on trying and he couldn't get any fish. he meowed as he got his whole arm wet with cold water from the lake... he pulled it out and tried to warm it up.

"mm... hrmff, mm.." clover mumbled. clover couldn't talk because his mouth was sewn togethor. he walked infront of them, motioning for them not to move. he pointed at the path that led to the middle of the forest, that led to the other side. he was waving his paws around, and was shaking his head."YES THEY!!!" yelled A. he sounded like a little kid who was having a tantrum. "NOW ARE YOU GONNA SHUT UP AND FOLLOW ME, OR KEEP ON ASKING QUESTIONS!!!??" A was looking furious, as if Anbu was destroying his plan terribly. Anbu decided to follow A. he glared at him, and through his anbu mask ontop of A.
"good" A said simply. and scurried off, hidden under the mask, a sharigan in his mouth. he looked like a bewitched mask walking off. anbu followed the mask through a path with dark ferns covered in cob webs. he teared the cobwebs from the path."um..." said meowth "go through the path?" said a puzzled meowth. clover just shook his head violently. "no... okay, got through the path... while... wailing your arms crazily?" clover shook his head again "rub the trees?" clover looked unpatient. he broke off a twig, and wrote on the sand. "dont..." read meowth "go... through... the... path.... oh! don't go through the path!" clover nodded in agreement. "why not?" clover wrote down i sense danger. meowth looked over at emerald, puzzled. he's YOUR rabbit he thought, glaring at her do SOMETHING

Chiriko gave her a smile and shuffled a little "Nothing, Im fine really!" He swished his tail playfully "Im tired. I dont usually get that much sleep. My sisters are so loud. They never stop talking at night. Thats why I came here in the first place to get away from them" He yawned "and then I met you." Chiriko smiled a little again.

Jolt giggled a little seeing Sora struggle. She felt a little sorry though when she saw how cold his arm was from fishing in the water. She moved cautiously to the edge of the river and tried to swipe a paw in it tripping and falling in head first. This water was freezing! She gave a yelp as she fell in.

sora noticed she fell in so he just forgot about his cold paw and helps Jolt get out of the water. he carefully bit onto the back of her neck. just like a mother cat or an owner to pick up a kitten. he helped her to the river bank, but he forgot her legs in the water. so he lifted her legs onto the bank also. she looked so cold. he totally forgot that his paw was freezing cold. he went onto his knees and bent over her head and said softly " jolt... Jolt... you there? Jolt... wake up Jolt"
