*Keira sighs and sees that he was about to go to bed. She wanted to know if she could come with him or later or something. She just mouthed the question to him and made a hand notion to insinuate him and her going to the same room. She needed an answer now*

*Hikaru was lucky enough to glance at Keira while she was mouthing his question to her. He found her hand motions a bit funny but he was a a bit saddened that he would have to tell her no for tonight. He couldn't take being with anyone tonight, but he didn't want to hurt her feelings, so for now, he didn't answer. He wanted to give her a reason, but didn't want to say his reason in front of Clever. He turned to Clever and smiled and nodded.*
Right, heh. Sweet dreams Clever, I hope to see you tomorrow. If you need anything I'm right down the hall and so is Keira.

*A little disheartened she ascended some of the stairs but still in ear shot should he respond.*

*Hikaru moved over to the stairs and called up them to Clever as she ascended.*
Of course! I'd love to! Good night!
*He then slipped his shoes off and turned around to face Keira. He smiled tiredly. In a way he was alright with showing Keira just how beaten down he was from today. His lip was swollen and his eyes looked tired and with less of their usual spark.*
Hey you, are you ok with sleeping without me tonight? I really need to think about what happened today...and I don't want to bother you with that. You know what I mean? My head is spinning, heh.
*He leaned on the wall by the stairs and waited for the bad response he was expecting. He looked defeated.*

*Upon hearing Keira's words Clever's heart sinks. So the two had something going on. That's fine, she didn't know. She trudged up a few more of the steps heard Hikaru's words, if he would've looked up the stairs he would have saw the beaten down look on her face as she turned the corner to head down the hall.*

*Keira felt defeated as well when she hears Hikaru's answer. She sighs and her head slumps forward slowly. Moments later she looks back up at Hikaru sighing again and get up off the seat. She walks over to him and wraps her left arm around his waist and pulling herself towards him. She gives him a small peck on his cheeck and the released to go upstairs.*

*As he waited for Keira's response he curiously looked up the stairs, thinking he heard that Clever was still near. He hadn't wanted her to hear his broken confession about feeling so low today, but he was surprised when he saw that her face was the one that looked beaten down. He was confused, but didn't have to time too much as he saw Keira and looked to her as she sighs and looks defeated as well. He felt like such a jerk, but he really just needed to breath tonight. Synge was weighing heavily on his heart, and he couldn't take sleeping next to a beautiful woman without using her as a sort of reboud. He was determined to hurt Keira as little as possible. He was surprised when she wraps her arm around his waist and pulls him in for a gentle kiss on the cheek. This gentleness touched him and he wanted to say something, but couldn't find the right words. So he simply watched her disappear and called out a simply phrase.*
Good night Keira, I'm always there if you have a bad dream, that doesn't change.

*Clever, heard some more words being exchanged and just sighed heavily she went into her room, accidently leaving the door open a crack. She didn't bother to turn on the lights she just layed down. And stared at the unfimilar ceiling above her.*

*Keira was sad with all this, but she understood a man needs his space. She sighed once more heading upstairs. As hikaru says what he says, her heart drops and remembered what he had sad to her. Hey eyes immidiatly start to tear up amd she doesn't look back. She finally makes her way to Synge's room, lies down, and falls fast asleep*

*Hikaru heard Keira make her way upstairs and after a moment headed up as well. He noticed on his way to his room that Clever's door was opened a bit. He wondered if this was on purpose and was worried if she left it that was accidentally. He stopped by and softly knocked, calling through the open area.*
Clever? You left your door open...Are you alright?

*She sits up a stares at the thin sliver of light coming from the hall. Silly thing she must have left it ajar, a habit she would have to remember not to do when she was here. Clever stood up and walked to the door coming face to face with Hikaru. When she spoke she sounded fine but something in her eyes hinted that she was sad.*
"Sorry, I must 'ave forgetten to shut it all the way. Not used to shuting my bedroom door."

*Hikaru hears Clever sit up and he takes a little step backwards. He smiled when she appeared in front of him. He was visibly tired now and a little beaten down looking in general. He saw her bit of sadness however, and couldn't ignore it. He didn't know the reason for her sadness really, but it still bothered him for some reason. He took her chin in his soft hand and lifted her head up a little to look at his face. He smiled and his eyes smiled along with his lips.*
Don't be so down, you're too pretty for that. Get some sleep and I'll see you tomorrow, ok? I'm looking forward to getting to know you, and I'm sure everyone else is too.
((A post or two and I'm out for the night 3nodding ))

*Hikaru smiled as she watched her blushing. He couldn't help gently stroking the side of her face with his fingers, but in a moment he was stepping away and bowing playfully.*
Well then madam, I shall leave you to yourself for the night. I expect to see you well rested and lovely in the morning! Good night and sweet dreams.
*He finished bowing and looked up at her face with a wink and prepared to walk off to his room.*
