"Ohh, of fighting and so forth... those type's, of things." Jasie said with a smile. Jasie wondered why Layna spent all her time in the park, and has these past few days. Yet she knew why, the park's the perfect place to be free, or at least to feel free at.

"Yeah, there was. A Incubus used his tricks on me, and I went on a blood-feud, but ran away. I hate flesh, perhaps that makes me so weak to fight it. A Succubus Demon took on a Vampire...I don't know where they went." She muttered, shrugging.

Jasie loved the wide open space of the park and the graveyard, not to mention the solutude on the Brooklen Bridge. Jasie help but laugh when she though of what she was going to do on the bridge.

"Wow, someone's been a naughty and VERY... busy girl!" Jasie said with a lite laugh. "But I'm really glad your ok, and it doesn't make you weak for hating flesh! It makes you unique and different, and in a good way!" Jasie placed a hand on Layna's shoulder. "So what kind of tricks did this Incubus us on you and how was the fight between the Succubus and Vampire?" Jasie asked intriged and wanting detail.

Layna blinked in slight confusion. "He used his words, his mind, he played on my thoughts..." Layna said with a growl. "The Female demon, and the vampire....the vampire wanted immortal blood, so he went after her. They fought for quite a long time, but then they left together."

"I'm sorry for not being blunt in which way he used his... on you, I was just curious on what he... made you do and put in your mind... sorry if I wasn't making much sense." Jasie said calmly not even stunded by Layna's growl.
"They left together, " Jasie said with a laugh.
"Now that's rich." Jasie shouted and continued laughing.

"He made me attack a human. If I had not broken his hold slightly, I would have torn the man apart." Layna said with shudder. "Blood makes me edgy, I guess." She muttered.
"Is it bad for two species to do that? To become..." She racked her brain for the term. "Mates?"

"Wooh-ho, sweet! I'm sorry, I'm just so used to gore and so forth it doesn't really both me, but sooths me to some extent... I guess it's the darkness in me that wants it more, then me really... What can I say, it's apart of me, but a different and evil part of me hidden where no one can see it." Jasie hated talking about her darker half, but it's apart of her most should fear. Sometimes she can't control it from taking over, but most times it's a blessing to have in bad situations. Jasie noticed the silence between them, "I'm sorry..." Jasie got back to Lanya's comment.
"It's not bad, but if blood makes you so edgy... well, your gonna have to get used to it with a vampire... there whole world revolves around blood and needing it... but in my opinion, it shouldn't matter! love is love, even between one race or the other... we all originated from humans, and a small part of us still is, so i don't see the problem in mating another race at all." Jasie stated with strong emotions behind it.

"Yes, you are right. I am used to blood to some extent. Zarathos is careful though..." Layna said with a slight smile. She touched her neck slightly, and stretched her arms upward, popping the locked joints. She sighed. "Love is potent, and deep. It is ingrained into our very being, a lingering emotion." She stated. "I never thought it would be me though, with someone like him."

"I'm glad he's careful with his feeding around you, your lucky to have him." Jasie said with a smile. "Yeah... love is all those things, and I find myself hoping I never find it sometimes... for I know my darker side would ruin it for me." Jasie said with a distant sad look, only seen very closely in her eyes.
"No one can believe they ended up with who they do... and with you, it's a blessing really! You've found someone to love you forever and be there as long as you shall live, and with him being a vampire... there are some advantages and some draw backs... But with anyone, and everyone you do fall in love with... well, their always is.

"Yes, mostly a small scar or two." Layna said with a muffled laugh. "Even you could find someone. I was just some horribly shy girl, who he had seen in a bar. He took to me quickly, he said it was because of my 'innocence of life'."

"A small scar or two... what?" Jasie said with a laugh caught between her teeth and wondering why she wanted to laugh.
"Me... find someone... come on now, lets be serious! I'm a natural wanderer and loner, their's no love out there for me, I've come to the conclusion of that many years ago." Jasie said with a smile and lite laugh.
"And are you kidding, all the shy girls are hotties... no wonder he feel in love with you with just one look!" Jasie smiled. "I myself love the bar life, and meet a great guy there... but it's a... well... I don't know yet." Jasie said while thinking about Devilboy and remembering the last thing she told him.
"Innocence of life, you! hmm, that's a doozy for me to take in... you seem like a wild cat to me!" Jasie said grinning with a smile on her face and holding in a laugh.

Layna laughed softly. "I tend to try to make everything positive." She said with a grin. "And you never know, there is always a hidden someone you just don't know."

He was walking around the park drinking from his flask in one hand and has his shirt and trench coat in the other hand taking it off for the fight.He sees jasie and yells with some excitment in his voice "Jasie!"He runs over to her and sees some one next to her."Weren't you the one that was held hostage by that vampire or was that someone else I saved?"
