Ever heard what the man said, the one she had approached a few moments ago, but for the life of her she could not respond. She was too consumed with Ares right now. His eyes bore into her very soul and his anger and passion seemed to pound into her body. She was actually just a little intimidated, though she didn't want to show it.
She looked back at Ares fiercely, though she couldn't manage a glare. She hissed back lowly to him, "Because you sent me away yesterday because SHE sent for me. You couldn't wait to get rid of me!"

{{Ah dammit! I meant to have Ever comment on Ari's ability to see again! I had this whole scene planned out in my mind! Grrr... I WILL have that scene! lol! If Rrine wants to, too, of course. smile It will just have to be tweaked a little.}}
{{I have to go to bed now, though. Training for my new job starts tomorrow. After Friday, my hours will be very flexible and I'll probably be able to stay up later again. I think we should time skip to the party sometime tomorrow, too. I don't want to have to RP the entire time from 3-7. lol. Night all!}}

Sam nodded to tell she was fine, but didn't speak. Tyler then made her response audible. "Yup, she's fine. I can't say I understand the man myself, who knows how he's thinking." He then laughed at her sending the man away like a rabid beast. "I thought y'all were coming here for a party? Well what were you expecting cake and balloons?" He asked calmly, wondering just what she really did expect.

Musica was still smiling at her sweetly, as if looking at a child. Compared to him, she was a child. "If you were older I wouldn't second think it dear, you know that." He as well looked back at the two arguing. It was obvious the intensity between the two. When she mentioned his eyes he laughed, not believing she could bring that up at a time like this. "Yes, my mother always told me I had the exact same eyes as my father. How'd you know it was your favorite? Being the God of Light's son, you know a lot of things you didn't know involved it. There are many colors beyond the visible spectrum itself. It's quite scientific." He prattled on about nonsensical things, knowing he was only using it to avoid talking about the elephant in the room.

When he mentioned her age, that was the first time the hurt, anger, and insecurity flashed across her face. So he did see her as a child. That stung a bit... and then she shrugged. "I just picked a color. You wouldn't be able to guess the number of people who asked me what my favorite color was when I was blind. I just picked the one that sounded to my liking. So it was blue...." Just a child... just a child...... just a child. "... nur ein Kind," she whispered.

Akira smiled triumphfully when the bunch of jerks scurried away as quickly as possible with shaky legs and terrified expressions on their faces; well that would teach them to mess with anybody she cared about or herself!
The young half Demon girl let her now relaxed hands fall to her hips, sighing in relief and shaking off the uneasiness she'd felt. Then, Akira turned back to Tyler, embarrassed and blushing; he'd seen her act like THAT for Kami's sake!! Ugr!!!
Scratching the back of her head and laughing nervously, she replied/explained, "Eh, i'm just tagging along, actually...Wasn't expecting much, truthfully, though definitely not cake and balloons! Come on, i'm not five years old. But i don't appreciate being harassed by older, older men asking me to go to a hellish party, thanks. Especially when they have that nasty wanting and yearning look in their eyes..."
Dropping her hand, Akira looked down at her sneakers, letting her dirty blond bangs cover her sapphire eyes, not wanting him to see the pain, sadness, and hurt of the horrific memories shinning in them.
This teenage boy probably had tones of problems to deal with, especially since his father was none other than Musica, and she didn't want to burden him.

Vanessa nearly choked when she saw the man appear onstage near Evermore. It was the guy that she'd been pms-ing over like a spoiled kid! This was interesting to say the least. Hopping out of her chair, she quickly made her way through the crowd to the stage.

Ever gasped when his hold tightened on her greatly. It wasn't really painful, but it definitely got her attention. She looked up into his eyes for quite a few moments. She saw the anger there, but beneath that, she saw pain.
Ever sighed and closed her eyes as she concentrated. She was trying to make a copy of Vanessa's first drawing appear in her hand. She was hoping that since she had made money appear in her purse once that had been in her room and had been to Mt. Olympus yesterday that she could do this.
And do it she did. Just a few seconds later, a piece of sketchbook paper appeared in her hands. On it was the exact copy of the drawing Vanessa had made. Ever opened her eyes when she felt the paper in her hand and she smiled slightly, somewhat proud of herself.
The smile soon faded, though, and she held out the drawing to Ares, facing up. "Then what is this? It was drawn by a woman who can see the future. Look at you and Aphrodite."
