Neferata was hurt by what Valaryia said. "Number one, I was born a vampire. Number two, I come from a much older line so don't take your anger out on me. I have never fed from a human. Your specise was nothing more than a rable when I was walking this earth. I have no idea when vampires fell from grace. We here do not live off their suffering, how is it our fault when a stupid hunter takes out a human. They are not suposed to kill humans here. It draws to much attention." Neferata yelled as she turned away. "Don't take your anger out on those who where not involved."


Shadow pulled down his hood with claw like hand to reveal his still changing face. "This is what is happening. I have lost the ability to speak and I'm still changing into one of them." the wight king said.

Valaryia, angry with Neferata's anger, stiffled her sobs. "******** you," she spat, pulling herself up, still hiccupy and denied of air. Without a second thought, she turned and ran into the mansion.

With a quick stop to her room, she grabbed her dagger and fit it into her garter. How is it our fault when a hunter takes out a human? Valaryia thought mockingly. Who hired the goddamn hunters, huh? She coughed and choked, still hyperventillating. It all felt dreamlike to her. She ran downstairs, opened the front door to the mansion, and was headed out on her own.

"i know you are Shadow..."she said as she wiped away his tear "as for Alexia i dont know if she'll recognize you she's only seen you once or twice since she was able to walk" Felicity looked over her shoulder at her daughter who was coming closer "Alexia stay there darling please you can sit down" "ok momma"Alexia said sitting down Felicity turned back to look at Shadow "do you want her to come her or no?" she asked placing both her hands lovingly on his cheeks

Shadow thought for a moment. "Yes I want her to come. I just hope I don't scare her off with the way I look." The wight king said as Shadow gazed into the eyes of his wife.

Shadow kneeled down and opened his arms. He closed hsi mind to everything around him and forced himself to speak. "...Alexia..." He said from his own mouth. It took alot out of him, trying to speak. He panted a little as he looked to his duaghter. He wanted her to come to him more than anything.

A smile apeared on Shadows face as he hugged his daughter. "I'm sick Alexia. That is all, I'm getting better though." The wight king said for Shadow. Shadow didn't feel right laying to Alexia but what was he suposed to tell her.

Neferata stormed into the mansion and to her room, gathering her things and placing them back in her pack. "Why am I trying to live like them. I'm a Necrarch not a human." she said to herself and she carried her pack down through the mansion and into the crypt.

"Thats right, I have another one over here to." the wight king said for Shadow. Shadow lifted his right arm and shook it, trying to draw Alexias attention to it. "I can't fly but who knows maybe I will be able to somday." the wight king said trying to mimic the humourus tone in Shadows mind.
