Shadow looked down to see how the girl was doing, she was slowly making progress however shadow noted that she seemed a little bit off... Or he was just being nice, she seemed like she had a full blown case of the crazies. He looked ahead and smirked as the last few rocks were tumbling towards him. He continued like a drill however a jagged edge fell by and scraped his back open. He did a flip up and ignored it however. Almost immediately afterwords he moved with lightning speed to grab his two fuuma shuriken and jump down, entering yet another race with the falling rocks. He jumped down the rocks imitating the fox in him, and then gave one last kick down, using Shunshin to give him that extra boost to catch up with the rocks. He felt a little bit of blood and was next to certain a few bones were cracked, however he didn't care in the least. All he could see right now were the rocks slowly falling to earth, and it was his job to prove that he wasn't as slow as those little boulders. He had to prove that he was something else.

He inched close and closer to the rocks as they grew closer and closer to the ground. However before he could beat the rocks, they all crashed into the ground. Shadow quickly put his shoulder out in front and felt himself crash with extreme force into the ground. He yelled out in pain but not even a moment after he was pushing himself off of the ground. He was holding his two Fuuma Shuriken in his hand, and he let out a sigh as he lobbed them up again. While they flew through the air he fell on one of his knees for a moment and sighed. It was starting to wear on him, however not to the point of where he'd worry about his health. He pushed himself off of the ground and then began to Shunshin up the wall with extreme speeds. He rushed towards the rocks, letting out a determined war cry as he did it. In the back of his mind he sensed the fox getting interested, since it had been a while since he had challenged himself in speed. ((17/? )) TRAINING: Chakra/Dexterity. Shadow darted up the wall unleashing his dramatic war cry, however for some reason he got distracted. Out of the corner of his eye he saw a pretty little red butterfly, fluttering along. The insect flew around Shadow's head and up into the sky. It would have been an incredibly pretty picture, however getting distracted with it is what made him forget where he was until a giant boulder crashed down on top of him. It slammed him towards the ground and he grunted a ton of curses under his breath. He felt a rib break but that didn't matter right now, he had to get out from under it since if he didn't he would be crushed like a bug on the canyon floor. He used Shunshin right as it collided and was next seen moving up towards the other rocks, holding his side in pain. However not even this attack on him mattered. He couldn't miss a beat, he couldn't slow down, not even for a second. After all, it took less than a second to decide the outcome of a battle. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, and then put his hands together, wincing at the pain in his side before focusing his chakra for speed.

Shadow jumped through the air, however once again he found himself off his game. He didn't shunshin fast enough and found him skidding on the side of the boulder. He yelled as his skin peeled off and his quickly jumped up in the air away from the pain. He felt blood trickling down his back to his leg, and also down his right arm. Luckily he didn't think he was going to get any more scars. Which ultimately didn't matter considering how his body was littered with all kinds of scars and bruises anyways. He kicked up and shunshined off of a nearby rock, doing a kick off of it so he could keep an upward momentum. His stomach was starting to move up and down now but it didn't matter. He knew he would be able to press on past this, and he knew he would grow even stronger. He sighed as he felt blood trickle off of his body and begin to fall down the tall, tall canyon. It was only a small loss, yet still it pained him that he wasn't able to deal with it.

Shadow found himself being slammed against some rocks and bouncing around in a rag doll like manner yet again. It was painful, yet he had to keep going. For some reason he was finding himself very off his game right now. His mouth began to water which caused for him to spit. A slight mixture of blood could be seen in it, no big deal though! He continued his incline upwards, however his pace did feel like it was faltering. As he continued up he could hear the fox in the back of his head. Shadow tried to shake it off however he already knew that the damned beast was going to try and say something. Come on, you know you can do better than that. Are you limping? Suck it up damnit! This didn't help Shadow's frustration at all. It wasn't like the fox was getting battered up and down over and over again! Or was it? They did share the same body, and when they fused they could feel one another, however he wondered what the extent was when they weren't really bonded together. He supposed he didn't really have a lot of time to think about it considering another giant boulder was beginning to tumble down towards Shadow.

Picking up spec of dust off of him she stood up and patted her self off quickly before he started speaking to her as if nothing had happened ''We going to get going or what?!'' he laughed at her as his voice almost cracked as he finished his sentence. Still worried of his well being she peered into his eyes with feelings of anxiety as he ignored the slight tear in his side. A small plum of cotton started to excrete from the innards of his bowels. Panicking she jabbed her fingers into his wound having his loud screech fill the every small spaces between the large boulders. ''I'm so sorry but I have to!'' she replied as she safety pinned it closed before hugging him tightly letting almost no air fill his tiny lungs. ''Lets get this over with then I'll take you to get proper care.'' she said with him still in her arms. ''No, it's alright Little One! You did just fine. It can wait'' So with that said she carried on, this time his back to her her chest.

Finally reaching a general spot where the coin had landed Aribeth held Fufu up high above her head like a kaleidoscope. ''She anything?'' she asked as her arms locked him into place. She spun around slowly letting him get a good glimpse of the area. ''Well?'' she said growing impatient. Completing the rotation she brought him down to her eye level and repeated the question, more in a past tense, before he finally replied to her.

Looking angrily back at her he spit out a quick answer to her. ''No! I didn't.'' he knew the tactic she was using was rather childish and very ineffective. Thinking this out he tilted his head forward slightly and rested his chin on his fist, deep in though. Cradling him in that position she let him think out of a game plan as she devised her own. A short pause only took place. ''What have you come up with?'' he asked her as he looked back up at her. She let his words sink in deep before she replied to him. ''Well, we walk around the place and mark the rocks by scratching an 'X' on the ones we've been by, so we know where we've been'' Pulling himself out of her arms he fell onto the floor. Landing on his feet he walked around looking for a small rock that looked durable enough for the task at hand. He found one. It was shaped into a small triangle just small enough that amount of force that she would be exhorting wont break it. At one end laid a slightly pointed tip which would help. ''That sounds like a solid plan. I was just going to say that we should leave a trail, but since we don't have a quantity of anything I think your plan is better. Here use this.'' he handed her the rock and stood beside her. ''Well you just going to let me stand here?'' he questioned her as she quickly bent over to pick him up. Holding the rock in one hand, she started to slash 'X's on rocks by her as she slowly went around.

Walking around and marking 'X's on whatever rock that came into view, Aribeth kept her head down, still looking for the coin. Wandering around aimlessly she almost gave up after a few minutes of the search. The coin was no where to be found. She noticed she started to double mark some of the rocks as she passed by. ''Keep looking, I'll remind you about the rocks, Little One.'' he said as he looked up watching intently as where it was they were going. She kept her head down and his on look out, both aware of what to notice. Every now and then his hand would reach to stop hers and point her in the right direction to where it was they were going, or rather should be going. This help started to work out better since they started to head in the right direction. At least they thought it was the right one. Which it was. Given a few more minutes on the search, she finally found it. It glistened in the sunlight it bounced off making it obvious at the right angle. Rushing, she picked it up with her opposite had that held up Fufu and held it high to show it off. ''Look! Looooook!'' she could hardly contain her excitement. ''I found it! See! I got it right here!'' she kept yelling the man with no name to be given. Now it was the task of getting out. She already had gotten in she would have to crawl her way out. Slipping the coin into her blouse, she hurried out the way she knew she came in. It was still a tight fit even though she knew the way out.

With absolutely no luck of finding a way out, she had been walking in circles without even noticing that all the 'X's have been in the same place. She had been wandering around to aimlessly and before she knew it, she had ended up at the very place she had tried to get to in the first place. ''This all looks to familiar...'' Fufu sighed as he figured that small fact out quickly. Holding in any loud yell that would do no good he just gave a loud sigh. ''Where going the wrong way....'' Aribeth seemed to notice as well. She shifted her feet and headed in a direction that looked familiar just wasn't marked with all 'X's since they lead her in an awkward way back to where she had come to.

Still with no luck on her side Aribeth wandered around in between the small gaps that were shown into her view. The small spaces let her find small caverns that only she was meant for. Sitting inside one of the discorved caves Aribeth rested a bit before going on. ''This is nice, don't you think?'' she asked directly to her friend who agreed with a bob of his head. His ears lifted to hear that the small rock formation had a small hole on the left side of the adobe. It let a gentle breeze into the room giving it a better sense of comfort as it regulated the rooms temperature. Leaning againts the wall Aribeth looked around and was quiet satisfied with where she was. ''The Rabbit's Hideout, seems like a proper name for this place!'' Fufu said excitedly. Before she knew it Aribeth was cleaning the place out of any debries left behind and dust. She set a place for a kitchen and a place to sleep. There was a makeshift table made out of rocks, a larger one held up by four smaller ones. It took little time for the Hideout to take form into a cozy play house. Walking around the her get away a small trinket fell out of her pocket, landing on the ground making a small echo that lasted a few short seconds as the coin bounced off he ground. Remembering her task, she picked up the fragment and slipped it into her blouse as she walked out, Fufu following behind her. Trailing out of her house she had built she mentally noted it's position and kept going up towards a way out.

Shadow's appearance flickered in a previous image, then settled away from the rocks. He smirked, as he was one to do when showing off his awe inspiring speed. This reminded him he was instructing his teammate in the art of blinding speed. This style of technique wasn't as well fitted for Karnage; It required a certain finesse that mostly those with agility can get the hang of quickly. It was understandable when he found him struggling. 'He's probably over thinking...' the fox had said, commenting on his friends predicament. 'Seems like something he would do.' Shadow replied, thinking about how to assist his friend's experience. He needed something that would help him, something Kurai would do, something... entertaining. He snapped his fingers, he got it.
"Dance competition." Shadow said as he appeared next to his comrade. Assuming his friend would wonder how this would aid him, Shadow took the liberty of explaining before hand. "Agility. Grace. Coordination. Style. A lot of what we use in battle can be found in dance. And what better way to improve your speed then some fast paced dance moves?" he struck a pose with his fingers pointing at Karnage with one of his eyes winking. "I'll start it off. Do what I do, only I want you to do it faster."
Shadow tapped his foot, making a rhythm for his challenge. He twisted on the spot, stuck out his a**, and started the grove as he sang. "Buuun Buuun Buuuuun!"

Finally making some leeway out of the tight knitted spaces the rocks gave her and not getting side tracked this time, Aribeth finally got ride of some of the distance of her and the destination that was first set for her original task of finding the coin. Now she was finally setting her path out of the complex, to her childish mind, maze of rocks. Pushing Fufu through the gaps first freed up her other arm to crawl through the spaces. She still dusted him off and apologized when she picked up back up. ''Y'know, I can just walk from here.'' he said as he lifted his way out of her grasp. Landing in front of her he start to squeeze his way through the halls of stone both leading and following her at times.

Getting stuck along the way Fufu quickly pulled her free and they continued on a path like way. It was composed of slightly larger rocks with spaces that were easy for her to bend her way through and keep pressing on and made good pace as they did. More rocks were still standing in her way from her goal - which was to escape the labyrinth that was this canyon. Still a task that would be harder for larger people, was still proving difficult to her petite person. Fufu went in front of her to help pull her free if she got stuck in between the craves of the stones. Aribeth came to two semi large rocks, were actually medium sized but it seems flashier to call them large, cutting apart and making a 'V' shape that was slightly parted making a thin narrow pass between then two. Fitting her small small body in the gap, she went in sideways - hoping for the best.

She started to move in as her body started to slow down as she began to get stuck inside. It was even to small for her. Claustrophobia started to overwhelm her. Pushing in the opposite direction Aribeth pulled herself out; holding her breath she sucked in her pride and turned away, having Fufu follow behind her. The obstacle was large enough for him to slip through but not her. Looking for another way she saw a path that lead to left side of the 'V' like rocks. It seemed to have much more climbing involved as it went more vertical. ''I hope were not going that way'' Fufu exclaimed in a tone that shed disheartened feelings; he wasn't known for being very brawny, so it seemed more logical to press back the way she failed. ''Why not climb it some before actually trying to pass through. Go up it some while you use your limbs more. Don't just go straight through - go up and over it. You should be able to lift yourself up some before you start to cross.'' And Aribeth listened. She started to climb the face of the rocks. Once up, she started to leap from side to side quickly, zigzagging from one point to the other.
