((It happens...it's also Mog's fault, he chose to end his character's life instead of waiting post turn order like a normal person. However, it's done, and it's time for damage control. Skiiy doesn't know about it, so he can't react, but I know that this is gonna do immediate harm to other characters. I remember reading somewhere that Yurin was double-bonded, but if he has a second Aes Sedai, I don't know who it is. The problematic part is the repercussions this will have throughout the Tower caused by the grief that's about to hit the boss. Skiiy will mourn the loss of his brother in time, as well as seek vengeance against those in charge of Mog's killer, but that will be another time. For now, the spotlight is on all of you who are in there with him...))

((In an attempt to lighten the glum mood...it seems Merc and Azalea won't get to finish their breakfasts...and this is the one time my charrie goes to eat willingly...go figure...))

Mairyela fought back the tears that threatened to come. She couldn't believe it. Yurin was dead and she felt partly responsible. Wyralein had been a Yellow. During their short times together, she had taught her bits and pieces of Healing, in return learning about Wolfkin. What she knew wasn't what Yurin had needed. The poison was too far gone, and he had paid the ultimate price because of it.

No, she told herself. That man -that woman!- are the ones to blame! Standing, she tried to stand straight and regal, but it seemed harder to do at the moment. The Amyrlin seemed to be in shock; as well she should be. Reacing into a hidden pocket, she grabbed a kercheif from her skirts, handing it to the Amyrlin. "We will find the mastermind behind everything! We will bring Yurin justice!"

The blood had began running across the floor, heading towards the hallway. She couldn't hold them back any longer and Mairyela let the tears fall. Nothing made any sence right then. The harsh gong of the Tower bells, calling out the time. It was as though they were mocking them; such a beautiful tone in such a horrible atmosphere. She cried; cried for Yurin, for Wyralein, and for the Amyrlin. She also cried for the people who had done this. Who would do something like this to anyone? The tears weren't for pity. When she and the others were through with them, they wouldn't have a single tear left to shed!

Mercury stepped back through the gateway Azalea had made and stood there, trying to hold back her own tears. Through the sadness she realized that both Wolf and Hawk would feel her grief and possibly by there soon...It wasn't fair to Clarissa...she'd gone through so much..and the Keeper had thought that with Yurin she'd found her true Warder and perhaps more...

She looked between the Yellow and Clarissa, not sure which to comfort, but knowing that if she cried, the Amyrlin would only break down faster. To keep herself busy, she began channeling to stop the blood's seeping. A wall of Air kept the blood in a single position, as the bells began to toll. It sounded like a death knell, not just to Mog but to all of them. She edged across the blood and gently closed the glazy eyes, trying not to sob as she did so. It wasn't fair to Clarissa...she remembered the faith with which he'd come and bonded..no DOUBLE bonded the Mother...Mercury knew it would be a long day.

(( eek Hilarious? Don't be mean! She just lost her Warder for crumb's sake. *sighs heavily* I'm here for only a short while, and I manage to kill the Amyrlins Warder. Fine start I'm off to... gonk ))

Oblivious to the death above and the sadness it was generating, Kakashi sat down once again in the dining hall to help himself to another heaping plate of food. He went at it as if not having eaten all day, despite his having eaten not fifteen minutes before. He simply thought that perhaps he had been pushing himself too hard lately and his hunger was the consequence, not that you could really call it a bad consequence.

((Sorry for this random and seemingly heartless post, but I felt I must do something to try and generate even the tiniest bit of a smile, grin, or chuckle. The atmosphere, OOC and IC has been rather glum for the last page or so. Needed some sort of comic relief, however pathetic an attempt it was.))
