Crazy-Franky101 Augh. . . long time no see people. It'll probably be a while until I reply. My dad's laptop, the computer I use to get onto the interwebz, is currently not functioning, so I'm stuck borrowing my sisters' computers to check stuff. Which means no replying and no manga reading and no anime watching and no fanfiction writing. . . *sighs miserably* I can't wait until my mom finishes fixing the computer. . . emo Must be bad for you.... I hope you can get your computer fixed quickly. I used to share a computer with my sister so I know what it feels like sorta. Except my sister was a complete and total b***h. X.X

Oh, who wants to check out this weird site that is very very very very nearly similar to Gaia?
If you do then just pm me your email and look for something called tinierme or something like that. XwX Its very weird...it caught my attention. Don't know why. XwX well I am checking this out and it seems kinda fun.

Yeah, I'm on tinierme also. It's not really anything like Gaia...... In fact it's completely different. The change out the items and bring in new ones every Tuesday and Friday, so items that are no longer available aren't necessarily worth more. There's no Marketplace system so items kinda stay around the same worth as when they were in the shops. People over there are nicer and aren't jerks about things. You can manage to get a lotta free stuff pretty easily there from people.
At the same time it's missing a lot of better features.
First, I hate almost all of the items on it. They're mostly targeted towards "^w^ OMGKAWAIIDESUNEEEEEE~~" girls.
Also, the people on there that you make friends with don't really seem like family, or even good friends. You could friend someone and they just never talk to you. I dunno what it is about that site. Two of my close IRL friends went from Gaia to that site. On Gaia we met up and hung out all the time. On there they never speak to me ._.
There's no real forums, not like Gaia's forums. Which means almost no RPing. There's some RPing in their version of Towns, but it's weird and doesn't work well. You don't have time to think and formulate good responses that will make it more interesting. So it ends up being people typing the first thing they think of, which is just not good. It works for experienced RPers, but most people aren't. Or they're just bad experienced RPers XD
I personally find the avatar bases ugly. They're /too/ cute. Even when you make a really cool one, it still looks cute. Gaia's are mini but they manage to not be cute really, unless you make them cute.
I don't think the staff is as big. I haven't noticed anyone really suggest improvements or anything.
The games there ALL SUCK imo. No MMO like zOMG, which is Gaia's biggest selling point, for me at least.
Not to mention the layout of the site itself is just awful. I can't figure out how to do like anything. I would not recommend it.
...Whatever that is.

Ugh... Being half blind sucks... Did I mention the other day that my glasses broke? (the holes that the screws go into to keep the lenses in are stripped so the screws wont stay in) I just know its going to take forever to get my new glasses, and my dad is the only one willing to help me fix them. (I asked my mom to pick up super glue, but no super glue. We never have super glue in all its handiness and I shall never know why...)
About sites similer to gaia, I once misspelled the web address for gaia and it took me to a totally different site. I cant remember what it was though. Maybe someone here knows?
Also, has anyone seen Yoshigali recently?

...Whatever that is. Hey, that's your opinion. Which is usually sour. But I think some people can get used to it. Try switching from 3 different sites that have the same damn motive. (IE: Facebook,MyYearBook,Myspace.) With their ever so changing layouts. Also I don't think it is that bad. I mean, I'll find some things bad about it. Like I found a couple of bad things about gaia. And other sites I like. Don't recommend people to stay away from something they might like.

biggrin My glasses have been temporarily fixed. My dad took me up to a glasses place and they were nice enough to put new, bigger screws in for free. But I dont know how long it will hold, hopefully long enough to get a new pair.

Huh. I keep hearing about Tinierme. Honestly, I feel like Gaia is all I need and all I have room for dedicating my time to. Er...as a site of its kind, I mean.

No, it was a site different from gaia. It was in english and looked quite interesting. I meant to go back and check it out but I forgot the url. And I think I got there on my old laptop so getting back might prove difficult. I might just try in a few minutes though since I already have my other laptop set up right next to my new one. (meaning it have it plugged into an external screen)

Dont ask me how a misspelling of gaiaonline got me here but, www.menewsha.com. But the thing is, the way I found it... Well, both times now it was 'weird'. Like the first time, I swear I got there from misspelling gaiaonline. But this time, well none of my misspellings were getting any results. So I move back this this laptop to report on that fact and for a moment I look back at my old laptop, and there it is! eek
But, im probably going to check it out one of these days before I leave for Basic.
As for that chinese site, exactly how did it cause a ruckus?

Because people started checking out the sister site, and started to whine that some of their items are better and cuter and about how they have a better-looking version of Towns.
I recall that a few items have been imported from there...I can't recall exactly what they are, except for one of them. It's the hat that looks like Chopper's from One Piece.
