"No, you can't have your freedom festival."
Because it's totally a freedom festival if you need permission for it. Because we'd totally even be stoners at all if we cared about what was and wasn't legally permitted. I mean, come on now, this isn't going to stop anyone. Government, you are ridiculous.

Get Flash Fire. It's cooler. Besides, Shadow Tag doesn't really do a thing in casual play against NPCs.

Lack of laptop makes me wish I had peoples cell numbers so I could text them. Online people are much more interesting than real life
I think my phone number is on my Facebook if you want to text me, I have unlimited texting. I can give you Zach's number too if you want.

I just played guitar for the first time in over a month.

It felt so good I broke down laughing because the alternatives were crying and orgasming.

God, I missed you.

People don't really ever change. It's your perception of the person that changes. Then again, knowing your perception of someone is as close as you can ever get to knowing someone, since very few people are 100% honest with everyone all the time, so maybe that's a moot point... still, it's kind of ridiculous to accuse someone of having changed when, really, it's your opinion of them that has.

That's kind of sad. The only person anyone can ever truly be 100% certain that they know inside and out is themselves, and instead we choose to act like we know each other's souls simply because we know each other's masks.

I... don't know any of you. I just know what I believe about you; opinions based on judgments I've made from the behaviors you've shown me. I have only seen the parts of you that you want me to see. I've always known this was par for the course in most social situations, but this is the first time I've wondered if it was a solid enough foundation upon which to build anything even remotely sincere...

Why am I having these thoughts? Really, what is the point? I could mull it over in my head a thousand times and it would never be any clearer, nor would I be any closer to doing anything about it. Besides, what can I do about it? Ragequit friendships because they're shallow by design? That won't make anyone happy.

I guess I could just try to accept it. The only reason it bothers me is because I want more from my interpersonal relationships, so the obvious solution is to stop wanting. Easier said than done, but not impossible.

tl;dr this is some bomb a** weed

@LPS:
1- I beg to differ; humans are designed to change. Look at a picture of yourself, or a paper you wrote, or a video of yourself from 10 years ago, and tell me you've not changed since then. Look at people who experience tragedies, or get addicted to meth, or lose everything they have, or become rich and gain the whole world, and tell me they don't change because of them. Every waking moment is a different thought than the one you had before, and those different thoughts, by definition, make you a different person?

2- Nobody knows who they are. Our entire lives are spent reflecting on the question, "Who Am I?" Not many people come across the answer before it's their time, and as such most people probably die having settled for not knowing who they are through-and-through....kinda sad really.

3- My own definition of "Love" is "Wanting" because so much of Love IS Wanting. If you're wanting more, it's a sign that you're coming to love them (in a brotherly/friendly way, not a sexy/partner-for-life way lol), and I think that to remedy that 'issue' you should embarge on serious conversations. If it's shallow, make it deeper. Force a conversation about things nobody likes to talk about; Politics, Religion, Dreams and Nightmares, family life, etc. Some people are more open than others about the above things, and if you gear a conversation in one of those directions, you're garanteed to learn more about them and who they are, and while that may change Your view of somebody, it's always possible to tell them what You see when you look at them, and maybe help them answer the question, "Who Am I?".

@LPS:
1- However I decided to answer this would be little more than my opinion, whom I perceive myself to be. Objectively though, I can say that while my interests, goals, values, and hobbies have changed, my personality traits have not. I have consistently been stubborn, impatient, easily flustered or angered, lazy, and a bit of a copycat, even despite my best efforts to change these things.

2- I don't believe you can "find" the answer to that question; I believe that is something you have to answer for yourself. Why let other people tell you who you are? You are the only person who is with you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You are the only person who hears every single thought that goes through your head. You are the only person who can tell you with complete accuracy who you are. Anything anyone else has to say about you is merely conjecture; no matter how well-founded or logical it may be, they can't ever have the whole picture.

3- My definition of pain is wanting, so I don't really know how to answer this. I don't really think talking is the answer, though. So much is lost in translation by converting a thought or a feeling to a sentence. There's too much room for misinterpretation, too many essential, honest things that get stopped by the little voice going "..wait, should I say that?"

...oh my god that's IT

That little voice, social conditioning, inhibition, fear! That is the problem. That is the enemy of transparency. That is what has to go.

I am never not posting another post ever again. I don't care how badly that turns out; the dumber I look, the faster everyone else realizes that looking dumb isn't so bad, the faster that little voice loses its power, the faster the masks come off.

(incidentally, I admire the ******** out of Charlie Sheen. He is doing whatever the ******** he wants to, without shame and without fear. How many people can say that about their own lives? The number can only grow.)

I got Flame Body instead. It's more practical in the game, plus not many competitive players are going to be hitting a fire-type with fire-type moves.
