 "Oh, I'm sory," Riza apologized softly when she noticed Kai backing away from her squeals, "I got over-excited. I'll try to not do that anymore."
She smiled, then added, "Really? I can? Yay!"
She kept the volume down so she wouldn't bother the older Trainer and she kneeled down to pat the Absol on the head. She was slightly started by Kai's Mareep coming over, but she gladly stroked her too.
"Ooooh, she's so soft! Is it natural, or do you take them to a groomer from time to time?"

Ridley shrugged off the teasing. He loved that Tauros too much. "Ah hah, not so smart now, eh, Liam?" Ridley grinned up at Liam smugly.
The Rocket wasn't paying attention to people talking about pain and soreness. He felt fine right now, and wasn't thinking how he'd feel at the same time tomorrow. Riding couldn't hurt... it looked like too much fun!

 Hea glanced at the offered berry and her eyes brighten. "Brrrring!" Sniffing at it, Hea took a bite and chewed at it a bit before approving it before starting to drool all over Cass's hand as Hea used her tongue to take it into her mouth.
Kayla laughed. "I guess I got a drooler here." Turning to Cass with a crooked smile. "Yeah, I riden a ponyta before and my legs and butt hurted for a few days but I suppose I'll get use to it."
Kayla then heard a shout at her and she turned around to see another Girafarig who was not as docile as Hea was and started showing threatening behaviors. It was about to charge but at who Kayla did not know.
"Adira!" As if out of nowhere, Adira went infront of Kayla and growled at the threatening Girafarig.

 Wise choice. Kai was always put off by happy squealing trainers that wouldn't think for a minute to pounce on someone; they just weren't her type. "Hrm? Oh, I don't do anything special to Abyss's fluff, she just gnaws on chesto berries all day really." She pouted, hand on her hip, "She's getting to be quite the miltank."
"Ma!" She blurted out in protest. "(I am not fat...Am I?!)" Abyss looked over to the absol but he didn't seem to be in much interest.
Isamu enjoyed Riza's pat as well, though the loud bark unnerved him slightly as he looked around slightly nervous.

"Yeah yeah, laugh it up, you gonna help me down? Cass?"
Glancing over at the other girl, he realized she was a bit busy at the moment, currently feeding Kayla's new Girafarig. Wrinkling his nose, Liam shot Ridley a look, defiantly sliding off the Tauros' back, tripping backwards as he did so.

Ridley darted over to catch Liam, careful to support his injured shoulder as he did. "You ok?" he blinked. "I want to practice some more. I guess I'll be riding in front tomorrow," the Rocket grinned some more, both smug and excited. "Can I borrow a berry or two?"

"You're saying you would have me changed? I'm hurt." He drmatically put a hand to his chest, and gave a mock frown.
"But yeah, haven't changed a bit. I'm still the same pokemon breeding, wise cracking, breaking into the contest hall Zen." He grinned, jabbing his thumb into his chest.
"So, how's your trip been so far?" He asked, genuine curiosity on his face.
Absol gave a soft smile to his mate, padding forward a bit. "Sol sol Absol?" *You nervous?* He barked, wishing he could physically comfort her right now.

PossiBly the MOS+ unmotivated [{traINer}]....
Eyes widening in distress, the girl realized when Lamen shouted that he was directing an attack at a stranger. “Hey! No~! No-no-no-no!” Side steping so she was within the pokemons path she held her arms outstretched as if acting as a ‘blockade’ of sorts. In one hand she clutched her pokeball, on the off chance he desicded against listening to her plea and take her down aswell.
The Girafarig paused momentarily considering his ‘owners’ command; but it still didn’t stop the beast from racing forward, not at all minding if her took her out in the process. Thrashing his head again he stood back on his hind legs as his front hooves beat at the air before her charged, “Return!” Effie called out, as a red light engulfed the pokemon caused him to disappear in a wisp into his ball.
That was embarrassing. Effie heaved an exasperated sigh, “Well….he sure does have a personality.” She grumbled under her breath. Keeping her eyes lowered to the ground Effie didn’t like the lack of control she showed the others, feeling like they might be judging her?
“Umm, I guess we should get going?” She asked, wanting anything to change the subject she’d dread if brought up.

 Lamen felt sorry for Effie as the scene unfolded. Her charge was a little more difficult than the others, and would be a challenge as a first pokemon for the trainer. Lamen wondered whether she would keep such a pokemon or release it back into the wild... some would never grow to enjoy human company.
From the other trainer's face, she didn't want to talk about it.
"Hmm... let's just prepare some snacks for now, I guess. The ghost pokemon are more likely to come out at night, so we should go in before sundown and let them get used to us a little. Then... let's think of a way to lure them to us."

Aero was amused when Era chased after the paper sheds and ripped up the notebook more. Several ripping sounds later, Aero got bored and looked around for food. It wasn't hard to find scraps if you hung around humans, particularly the shouting ones. Finding a bunch of grapes (yay! He liked grapes.), he snapped some up, the nudged some to the Swablu. Everybody should learn of the joy called grapes!

Liam tilted his head back to return the blink Ridley gave him, righting himself, flushing and giving him another unamused look when Ridley mentioned him sitting in front.
"That suits me just fine... if something happens, I'd rather you be in front to restrain them better -- as much as I loath to say it, I wouldn't be able to even with a good shoulder to work with."
Sliding a few bluk berries out of his pouch, he handed them to Ridley, covering his hand with his own for a second, giving him an equally smug look.
"Just make sure I don't have to scrape you off the ground, mmk? I actually would still like to have you around for a little while longer. You know, for loading things up for me."

"Haha--it's probably all the fluff. You should shave her and see what she looks like without it," Riza laughed teasingly.
"Your Isamu seems to be a bit jumpy. Is he always like that, or is it just because of the stuff that's been happening?" she gave him a quick scratch and stood up again, "And those scientists were weird. I wonder where they ran off to."

Before anything terrible happened the new trainer called back the rampaging girafarig and safely back into its pokeball.
Both Kayla and Adira sighed in relief. "That was a close call." Kayla didn't hold anything against the Effie. Some pokemon just takes time to learn to be around humans. That's how Adira was like. It took alot of work but she learned to trust Kayla with all her heart.

WHAT?! Abyss quickly jumped back away from the once thought innocent girl as she cowered behind her owner. "(Sh-She wants to shave me?!)" Her hooves danced in a panic.
Kailana looked to her male pokémon, giving a small grin. "I think that howl came from someone he's had his eye on." She gave a quick wink to Riza. "What about you, do you have any pokémon?" Wow, that was strange, Kai? Actually asking someone something? That confuse ray must've hit her good.

“Okay great!” Effie said in response, oh-so greatful that Lamen took the hint and let the subject drop. Pushing her worried thoughts about her new…aggressive pokemon, out of her mind. The girl supposed if she allowed her thoughts to ONLY focus on the task at hand, she’d feel better. Besides, she’d have plenty of time later to think about…what was she gonna name him?
“I could make us a soup? Or maybe...hmm. We’re gonna end up eating sandwiches huh?” Her voice became dull when she came upon the realization. She’d doubted in the camping trip they’d pack the proper cooking utensils.
As a suggestion Effie offered her idea that made easy to frighten her. “Well I always feel really sppoked when I watch a scary movie. Or hear ghost stories…” She shrugged her should as she thought, . “I’m more prone to seeing…’things’ afterward.” Goosebumps started to form on her arms once she said this, already feeling abit scared. But atleast someone else was coming with them. Two’s company…but three is a crowd! And in this situation, a crowd was preferred.
....bUt everyone has A .::passion::. , she might find herZ.
