Layna sighed softly as he cringed. She placed her hand on his neck gently, letting the coldness of her hands soothe it. "I never knew that." She said. "But I...don't know much about vampires..."

"I'm glad you're alive to say such things." Layna whispered back. She found it hard to to stammer, to stop the tears from building up in her eyes. She couldn't help but think what she would have done if he had died. It felt like a solid ice wall had fell upon her, sucking what self-control she had, away.

Ceon tried to raise himself up, but his limbs fell as soon as he moved them to the ground. He was still too weak move, let alone get away from the battle.

Layna saw his attempt, and slowly stood up, pulling his arms with her. She may have been rather petite, but she still was a Lycan with strength. "Lean on me..." She said, staring at him with a small smile.

Ceon happily obliged, leaning onto Layna while trying to keep his knees from buckling. Ceon kissed Layna on the cheek, a smile on his face as well, "I don't know what I'd do without you."

Layna let the air in her lungs out in a big rush as he leaned his weight on her. "You're heavier than you look, dear." She muttered. "Where to..?" She asked, hoping it was close enough that she wouldn't fall over with him beforehand.

Looking toward the couple leaving, "It seems you live for a little while longer but don't worry we'll meet again that i promise you Lycan"
He brought his attention back to the traitor at hand. Reaching out into the air a tear opened and he withdrew a sword with a blue crystal on the end of the hilt. after it was completely removed the tear closed. Launching the spear the other at a monstrous speed he flowed close behind it.

Damian stared at the cursing creature down below him with a slight chuckle but to be cautious he kept his scimitar gripped tightly.He felt bad for the tainted though and jumped down to greet him.Knocking the spear aside with his scimitar he said "you need to be more careful tainted".

After saving the tainted's life Damian left the area before he becomes hunted(exits to apartments)
