*Veria put Charrlet down and held up a finger, "hold it now i said keep an eye out, not go looking for her. If you do find her good, if not nothing will be held aginst you. This is a side objective to your orgnal one. Untill i come with more orders form stupid head eve." She then turned to Cale, "and would you be a good role moddle for crying out load." She gave him a light slap. before dissapearing and appearing beside eve.
Meanwhile shortstraw was still in the phase of his memory, "You shouldn't be so open to strangers." The girl giggled, "but they are the ones that make things more intertaining! Besides no one ever wants to play with me." Shortstraw chukkled, "I guess i can take a small bit of time..." and he went and sat down with the girl. Before long he asked, "where's your mom and dad?" THe girl shrugged, "i dont know. They never really cared. Dads always buisy and moms always mad at him or sleeping with other people." Shortstraw nodded, "you know i know someone alot like you. She's a princess..." the girl looked up and blinked, "i wish i coudl be a real princess..." she looked sad as shortstraw offered her a hug. "Your are a princess on the inside... even if others dont see it..." and the memory faded as he opened his eyes and looked to keria, "i should be out there fighting with my team..." he basicly sadly mumbled.

"That's true Amelie." Prophet said, drinking a cup of coffee. "I haven't even had the time to check up with Shortstraw to plan our vacation at my house." Prophet said, sipping the coffee. Prophet sighed, then growled at the coffee burned his throat. "I said he owed me for not telling me what they were planning on, but, he hasn't lived up to it yet." Prophet said, a little annoyed by all the phone calls in the other room.

Kiera shook her head as she sat Shortstraw down on the bed so that she could crouch in front. "No, you're in no state to do that. You won't be of use to them like this." She moved the hair off his face lightly and kissed his forehead. "Stay here with me for a bit, okay? I'm right here." She smiled and took his hand.
Cale chuckled as he rubbed his cheek. "I love it when she slaps me." Charlotte stared at him like he was the grossest thing in the world. "You creep." Cale grinned to her and shoved her face away. "At least I accept that I'm a creep. You just stand there and pretend like you don't love it when Veira gives you hugs." Charlotte's face reddened. "You stupid head!"

*Shortstraw shied and nodded, "yea... guess i'm not as strong as i had been trying to be all this time..." He wanted to curle up into a ball, "i just so sure..." He looked as if about to cry again. "I should have knew..." his vioce replied as it got from shortstrawish to a winy squle before a tear came out his eye.

Kiera frowned a little at him. "No Shortstraw. No one knows everything. She played the game for a long time so that you wouldn't suspect anything. I should have spoken up sooner." She gave him a quick tight hug before standing up. "I'll be back in a bit, okay? I just need to speak to the others. You're not in this alone, Shortstraw. I won't let you suffer." She gave a weak smile to him before leaving the room and shutting the door after her with a sigh. Dante was just walking past through the hallway. "Is Shortstraw in there?" Kiera nodded. "How is he?" Kiera looked sadly to Dante. "How do you think? Besides, how are you?" Dante looked down to the floor. "I.. I dunno really. A lot happened quick so I haven't really reacted to it yet." Kiera nodded before putting a hand on his head and directing him down the stairs.

Prophet yawned, then drank all of his coffee down in a few seconds. "It's been a long day, might aswell get some rest." Prophet, said, yawning again. Prophet then walked to the kitchen, washed his cup out, then he put it away. Prophet growled as he tried to find the button to his secret hideout, and then found it, pushed it, and walked into the door, letting it close behind him. Prophet took his armor off, got ready for bed, and started to lay down on the bed. Prophet sighed, drifting to sleep. when he finally fell asleep, he had dreams about the future.

*As keria and donte came down it was finale. All four of the Yokai familiy princeses and the one prince was finally in one room to discuss the finaly move in the outside war. Eve pointed to the map, "There is a certain area they are sticking to. They planned on using the biowaist to actully lura veria into a trap. Funny huh. Then they used the human thing to try and lure me out, didn't work i came back here. They they thryed to use shortstraw to get you keria. No good. They failed by mear seconds." Veria nodded, "Intell stats we are the targets. The plan was to have the country overthrow us. These people are not in tie with Evelyn, this just happened." Eve nodded, "Lucus Plagus... is somthing from the past that..."veria shoved her away, "hey this is my reserch get your own!" She crossed her arms, "lucus plagus was created as a parisite to control humans. Basicly it's like a controlable zombee with brain funtionality to the one controling them. All those humans out there, the ones we're facing, they aren't doing this all by there own will. There being forces as puppets, to take us out." Eve glared to Veria as she nodded, "The Yokai bomb was the first of it's kind. They thought by turning our own aginst us over night, we would be off gaurd. Then by turning off our power and abiltys they could finally over take us without the leader showing who they were. But the interesting thing is that demon barrior seal!" She placed it down, "donte this is were you come in. We need information from yuji. This sort of anchant s**t is over my understanding. It's more complex."
Meanwhile shortstraw went back into his little world again as on the outside he curled up. "Why would you do that evelyn, you chose a contract over me... and everyone..." he mumbled hoping for any reasion at all, she would appear in the room to give him his answer. Although he doughted it more then anything. she didn't need him anymore. He was just a shield from keria.

Dante nodded. "Oh, o-okay." Kiera stared at him curiously, then looked to Amelie in the corner of the room where Amelie was staring out of the window at the pattering rain. It hadn't really subsided since Hikari's storm. Kiera was still thinking over that. She didn't know that Hikari would be able to have that kind of power up there. Or if it was just a one time thing. Either way, it was good. Hikari had helped her. It made her feel better about it all. Like Hikari had forgiven her. She could be happy about that at least. However had nothing to contribute yet. Maybe she really had caused the war. That brought her high mood down instantly. And the whole thing with Shortstraw. It was just getting worse and worse. She should have spoken out sooner. She should have spoken out sooner.

A man in forerunner armor walked down the halls of the castle. The man laughed as he heard a scream of pain. The man looked in, his red glow from his crevices of his armor made him look like he was from the inferno. He then laughed again, and said, "Give up Shortstraw, all of your friends are my property now, Didact will love to have more special soldiers in his army. Don't worry, I'm your friend, you may know me as Prophet, I'll make sure they don't get hurt." The man then smiled evily, as he was now known, Prophet. His red eyes showing through the holes of his helmet, almost like someone was controlling him. He then brang out his energy katana and slashed at the bloody body. Prophet gasped as he woke up, his nightmare waking him up to his armoury. Propher rubbed the sleep out of his eyes, and growled, asking himself, "No way I would turn into a monster, would I? Didact must do something in the future that forces me to do this...This isn't right, I've got to warn Shortstraw."

*Yuji shied on dontes back* "I hear what going on. However i cannot project a image, nor see what the seal is. Thus i cannot be of much help. My guess however, it's a demon seal created by thoughs like Shortstraw, basicly for a base of operations before even my time, more like my parents time. Donte... perhaps you should hand this one. I will guide you, and later on if you want perhaps i can teach you alittle if your interested. For now though look at the seal. The picture should be in a circle formation, in the center does it hace a tringle with a moon on each end... like that image shortstraw is using int he bortherhood thing?"
Veria looked to keria as it was clear yuji was talking to donte. Her vioce echoed in kerias head, "it is a horrable thing to know that your entire life was a schyem by our mother. And she's over there looking out the window cluless. I am sorry sister. I know it's got nothing to do with me, but i am sorry. I do hope that i will be of great use now that i know things."
meanwhile shortstraw was still talking weakly to himself, "did you plan on me giving you everything i had? Did you plan on ripping my soul and heart out for a stupid game!" He shook his head, "i wanna see you evelyn... i wanna know..." he cryed however he wasn't sure if his words were true or not. He wasn't sure he could face her. Not now. he couldn't even stop thinking about. Now even thinking aobut keria made him remember it was all becuse of evelyn. So many lies, from the one source he chose to trust out of many...

Prophet ran upstairs. The door closed behind him as he ran towards Shortstraw. "Shortstraw, we may have a big problem." Prophet said, worried for his friend's safety. Prophet sighed, and said, "Shortstraw, I have these nightmares where I kill you. It's been happening for a while, and I've learned that a few dragons have visions in their sleep that do the same, see into the future. If we don't take care of the problem, you may die." Propheet sat down next to him, and groaned, saying, "Shortstraw, I promised you that I would never let you turn bad. I need you to promise to me that if it comes to it, you have to help me not become this vision."

Evelyn's calm voice spoke to Shortstraw. "You know that if I speak to you, you won't believe anything I say. So there is not much point in the matter, don't you think? Even if I tried to explain my side of the story there will be that little seed of doubt that the others have planted into you. There's no point. You're convinced I'm a liar. I'd try to help you now, but in doing so I'll be putting you more in danger. Chose yourself if you want to believe it or not." Her voice faded away again.
Kiera stayed still as she continued to stare at Amelie. 'I-I can't really think straight. My head is pounding. I don't really know what purpose I'm here for. It's all a bit hazy now.'
'Yeah, just like that. What does this mean?' He looked around at the others and saw that they were all staring off into their own little worlds so he didn't look too weird after all.

*Yujis shied, "son... there is someone i need you to call for. He's your Uncle... my brother. his name is FU. He can help witht he seal, he can help with some other things... but i have no idea what he may ask of you. We had a... fight the last time i saw him. To get him you will need to go to a area inteh forbidden halls of the castle, known as fu's closet. And dont ask why he lives in a closet. Complicated.
Meanwhile shortstraw actully wiped his tears, 'I chose you in the begining all the way up till now. I am conffused. you used to set me stright when i was conffused like i am now. You... protected me. I made a pomes to you, and i intend to keep it.' he thought even though his vioce still would have sounded broken up.

Prophet then got up, and said, "I'll go talk to Dante about this, I'm sure he'll listen." Prophet then got up, but felt a sharp pain in his right arm, and said, "Actually maybe I should stay with you." Prophet looked at him and noticed something streaking down his face; tears. Prophet then realized what was happening, and said, "Shortstraw, it's not your fualt that Evelyn left us because of some stupid thing. She decided to leave on her own. She didn't have a choice, and even if she did, do you think she would stay with us after what we would do to her?"

'You're using all those terms in the past, Shortstraw. I haven't done anything to you yet. All I've done and all I'll ever do is what's best for you.' There was a small pause. 'However you're not ready for the truth yet. I myself am still unsure on what's going to happen.'
Dante finally smiled. "All right!" He looked to the others. "We gotta talk to uncle Fu!" Kiera looked away. "Oh, him." She was still mostly in thought. Dante frowned at her. "What's that supposed to mean? Don't you like him?" Kiera shrugged. "I never said I didn't. We got on quite well actually."
