((Whats a great way to follow up something like this? well lets find out....))
The front door buckles and shatters under the heavy mechanical foot of General Coyl. the giant man steps back as an infantry man tosses a flash bang into the room blinding every one inside that doesn't cover their eyes quick enough.
The General then walks in followed by a group of 6 conscripts and one of his personal body guards Juggernaut. Two heavy mechs wait outside with a helicopter flying in circles over head.
The conscripts are line up three on either side of Juggernaut with he general towering behind one of the conscripts next to juggernaut on his left side. attached to the generals right arm where his fist used to be is a 30mm pure energy gun (10 shots for 15 damage) and he wears a helmet atop his head.
"All here are to surrender or die." The Generals voice resounds loudly through his helmet speakers.

Magdala stood in front of the crowd. A redhaird little boy was hiding behind her. Ruby was still on the ground in the rubble appearing to be dead to anyone who looked.
Magdala looked at Coyl and his army. "We have no choice but to surrender then."

Laurel was flying in with a load of supplies when she spotted the choppers. She immediately reversed course and returned to Krovh.

A.C. pushed off a pile of rubble and brandished her bat again. Taking in everything with an analyzing look born of long practice, her eyes landed on first the general, then Ruby. She made her way over to her and laid her head on the woman's chest to check for a heartbeat. There wasn't one, of course, but her chest still rose and fell with breathing, which startled A.C. enough to jerk her head back up.
"Freakin supers," she whispered aloud, face pale. "Even when they're dead, they're not dead." She backed up, and then she was gone.

"If you want blood super then you can have it but do you rally want their deaths on your hands?" The General leaves no room for a reply when he signals for two of his men to start ushering the people out.
"I'll deal with you personally" he points a mechanical finger at the seer. "Out side then?"
the two conscripts closest to the General start barking orders to the other people. Commanding them to place their hands on their heads and any wounded able to move on their own are to do the same.

Ayx stepped into existance next to the seer, holding his polearm at the ready.
"It is nice to know that there is someone with immpecable troublesense is on hand. I might have missed this chance to let McKinnley monolouge." Ayx said dryly, looking at the Good General.

The Seer gives no response, instead raising his hand. A magnetic field burst forth, invisible to the eye, fluctuating wildly, creating an EMP burst, surrounding the Shelter at it's peak.
((On the off chance you don't know, an EMP, in layman's terms, fries all electronics in the area, turning them into little lighting rods which proceed to fry the wiring and electronics with power surges and a damaging current.))

((It also screws with magnets and metal in general, but metal to a MUCH lesser extent. The point of using an EMP is usually to erase/destroy to electronic programming of something so it can no longer function. Like the Matrix. xd ))

The shelter survivors started placing their hands on their heads as the people with guns said. They didn't see the pulse for one thing, and however freaky the Seer looked, he didn't have a gun, and was highly outnumbered.
As Magdala put her hands on her head, the redhaired little boy took off running. He took off towards Ruby's unconscious form, intending to keep her safe from the robot men.

((As stated previously, this is no man's land, and is to be kept free from the violence of the war, and, in insuring that that justice is upheld, the Seer's powers are unbound.))
