"Uh...okay, go for it." She seemed a bit puzzled at Demy's new enthusiasm. From snarky and perverted to bouncey like a new puppy, this kid was a whole range of emotions all at once.
Sai backed up and stood next to Kaleb giving the machine to Demy. She nudged Kaleb lightly and leaned over a bit towards him and whispered. "Is it just me, or does he switch attitudes a lot?"

"WOO!"Grinning happily, Demy shoved some quarters into the machine and went about picking out an appropriate prize for Sai. The conversation the two were having was lost on him, Demy's focus fully on winning something from the machine. Tongue now sticking out in concentration, the youth manuvered the crane to pick up a particularly cute bear. True to his word, Demy was indeed good at the machine, and managed to get the bear in one go. Triumphantly, he retrieved the plush from the prize dropoff and turned around to give it to Sai. "Here Sai!"Demy held up the bear, grinning childishly at the female.

Kaleb smiled a bit more, not looking puzzled in the least. "I think it's nice to see someone so honest about their emotions." Of course, that was coming from the little mage who also wore his emotions openly on his face.
He was rather amazed when Demy managed to snag the bear and present it to Sai, his smile turning into a lopsided grin.

Sai gave Kaleb a little stare. "You're a lot smarter than you let on, sometimes you seem a bit innocent, but then you really have your moments." Smiling back she nodded her head. "Though you definatly are right...it's a bit refreshing."
Her smile widened as she recieved the bear. "Thanks Demy...have some magic hands there do you?"

"You're welcome! And....sure do."Demy giggled, mind perhaps taking that comment in another direction.

Kaleb frowned a bit, he didn't quite see what his observation had to do with innocence or intelligence, but he figured he could let that go. "You have to be smart to get anywhere in my field," he admitted with a small modest smile. Then he smiled at Demy. "That was really neat, I'd never be able to win anything from those things."

"Alright, now that my need for something soft and cuddly has been appeased, is there anything you two would like to do?" Sai spoke petting the plush toy.

"Dunno....what do you wanna do Kaleb?"Question asked, Demy turned to look at the claw machines more while Kaleb answered.

Kaleb blinked a bit. "I-I don't know." He shrugged and fidgeted a bit. He had no idea what he wanted to do because he had no idea what things were available for doing, and it left him feeling rather nervous and trapped. "I-is there something else one of you two wanted to do?"

"Unless they have a game that fixes my job, I'm out of ideas." She stared at Demy. "Come on, you're the arcade liker, what is there to do here?"

"Hey, you didn't like my zombie game or the so called seizure inducing game..."Tail twitching, Demy turned and smirked at them both. "I...really don't care what we do. I'm having fun just being with ya..."

Kaleb looked around a bit, catching a glimpse of snow falling heavily outside the window. "We don't have to stay in here if we can't find something to do, right?" He asked, thinking it might just be nice to go walk for a bit.

Sai caught Kaleb looking out the window. "I suppose you're right." Turning to look at Demy. "Up for a trek in the snow?"

Oh CRAP. The snow again...snow and a fishnet top were really not a combination. But, damnit, he wouldn't act like a wuss in front of them.. "Erm...sure! That'll be fun!"Fun...right.

Kaleb smiled lopsidedly. He had always enjoyed being outside in the rain, and the snow was just the same except colder, and a bit more delightful. In the evenings it was even nicer, with the way the streetlights reflected off the falling crystals.
He tested the weaves he had cast earlier, and they still held up. Luckily since they had spent so much time inside, Demy would barely notice a change in temperature as they left.
