Hi, I'm mizzshy and I have a Lemony Snicket obsession. I have all twelve books so far, and the Unauthorized Autobiography. I'm contemplating getting the Beatrice Letters and I still need to ask if I can reserve a copy of the thirteeth book. (I told you I was obsessed.)
I also have a DVD of the film, although I thought it wasn't very faithful to the books.

I'm new at this so, give me a minute.*sigh* sweatdrop ok. Hi! My name is Christine. People call me Scar (The Lion King) All I can say is I'm glad to be a member of this guild. Where I live, there is only one person besides me who read Mr. Snickets books (and actually likes it) I felt like a nerd when I read his books during class, but now I know I'm not the only one! my name is Kitsune, and i simply adore Snicket's Series of Unfortunate Events novels because when i read them i feel a sence of belonging. and you can't forget about VFD. we all know what it stands for: Very Fancy Doillies of course. :3 sorry for such a short intro for myself.

Um...
i started reading the books ages ago, near when they came out, and I am desperately awaiting the coming of Friday the 13th, so that I can read the 13th book!
I like the books a lot, and the autobiography just confused me...
The film, I thought, was funny, but didn't stay very true to the books, so that's a so-so verdict from me...
yeah... So...
um...
That's about it...
