Aria wiped her eyes and moved away from him. "Don't worry Kyo, I'll find my own way out. I'm sure you want to catch up with the others." She tried to put on a strong face, ashamed of her tears and began to walk away from him.
Then, stopping, she turned to him, "I still feel the same as always about you, I'm glad you're free though." then hurried off.

"Yeah..just remember that you came back to us for a reason, and we won't abandon you.." he started, but she was already hurrying away, so Kokushi just followed somewhat slowly now, walking instead of running after the group, thinking and trying to get enthused by the hunt again.

"My only reason for coming here was to find something that apparently no longer exists." She whispered at hearing his last statement. Finally reaching Kida, Aria stood beside her. "Sorry I took so long. I dont think it'll happen again." She looked regretfully at Kyo and then back at the group. "Give me something to do or I'll go crazy." She whispered to Kida. "I need a distraction." ((Hey guys, I drew Aria and her starship last night and finally got them scanned. They're in my photobucket if you want to see. *Points down to the link* http://s28.photobucket.com/albums/c223/RagenTriskal/ just scroll to the bottom of the page))

Kyia_Kerosevi "Of course, Master Lookle."
Bowing his head slightly out of respect, Kai stepped backwards along the tree branch then turned and made a short leap to the next and from there further on. He moved in a circular way instead of taking the direct route, sticking close to the leaves so that anyone who happened to be closeby would have a problem noticing the black-clad Jedi, but always approaching the target zone.
Glad to be away from the arguing and the bickering, at a time when the Jedi can't afford to not unite we splinter... "A new generation of Jedi this is... not as attuned to the old ways. Not everyone can be like us Kai. No everyone sees the unities of the force, how the web flows together and meshes. Personal connections many of the new Jedi have. It will be difficult for them to let go." Lookle said as they landed lightly on a tree branch over the crash site. "Though... in these times, it would be best if united we were." Lookle observed the site from above before turning to Kai, "Bi-pedal those creatures are, if carried in those cages. We should be safe in these trees, and have the better attack possition."

"Does that then make us relics, Master Lookle?"
The small grin on his face suggesting that Kai was joking remained as he leaned forwards, carefully balancing his weight so that the branch he stood on would not snap. It almost defied logic that such a tall Human could even be standing where he was.
"Unless they decide to take the trees down from beneath us."
Although he kept the grin on his face, Kai did not feel any humor. The combination of the conversation between himself and the Jedi Master and the situation they found themself in tore his mind in two seperate directions yet he knew that he had to focus on the here and now.
"Although the Force guides us, I sometimes wonder if the choices we make are the right ones for the future."
Thinking aloud, Kai reached down and slipped one of the two Lightsabers at his waist into the wide sleeves of his robes before turning back to Lookle.
"I do go on, my appologies Master."

She stood there waiting with Kida for orders or directions or anything really. Trying not to replay her conversation with Kyo in her mind but failing miserably.
"..we wont abandon you..." she whispered. "...we...our..." she scoffed and walked over to him. Taking his arm in her hand, she turned him around and took him back to the ship.
"I heard everything you said. You're avoiding making anything personal." She stated.
She turned her eyes to his. "What about you, Kyo. What do you think? What will you do?" She asked him directly. "We can't pretend this is all fine while we're on the mission, we need to take care of it now. What would you have me do? Tell me and I'll do it."

Kyo stopped when Aria had marched back up to him, being cuaght off gaurd with no plan of what to say, he stood there almost stuttering for a second "um..wha-...well what do you think I'll do?" he started, asking her a question "Don't you think I included myself when I said 'we'?"

Aria cursed under her breath and turned on him. "-Kyo! Stop evading me! You're a jedi knight, act like it!" She scowled and rubbed a hand over her forehead. "Don't make me have to wonder what you're thinking."

Kyo sighed and looked down, knowing he wouldn't be getting out of there unless he gave her a straight answer "...yes." he said in a small, sort of defeated voice, he meant it as an answer to what she was asking him first.

She had to strain to hear him, "Yes?" she asked, "yes what? Yes you want me to go? Yes you're free of me? Yes what?" She unknowingly took his hand.
"If you still love me why can't you just tell me? Why can't you at least give me the courtesy of a clear answer?"

Kokushi rolled his eyes while not looking at her, knowing it would earn him a slap on the head " I said yes..if anything happened, I would protect you, okay?" he looked up at her with a sour expression, though he was just being as stubborn with her as he always was "Did you really need to hear that?"

She shook her head, her voice filled with regret the sour expression on his face cut her like a knife. "Kyo. I know you'll protect me. I know you'd give your life to protect mine. That is your nature! That is not what I'm asking you and you know it!"
She held his gaze, her face soft, yet sad before she spoke. "Do you want to know what I see when I look at you?" the question startled even her.

Dante stepped forwards, into the first cage. It was tall, but quite small width and length wise. He noticed a corpse in the corner, next to which were the rather impressively large droppings of a creature Dante was all too familiar with.
"Kai." he shouted, sending the image of a rancor through their bond.
Suddenly there was a crash behind the group. It was strange that nobody had noticed the rancor coming up behind them... what was also strange was that the rancor had shortened its arms, shortened its legs, elongated and begun walking on all fours...
The creature the group was looking at, though all sighns had pointed to a rancor, was not one. this was a Krayt "Canyon" Dragon.
Dante's eyes shifted to the cage to his left, that cage would have told him everything. it was shorter, longer and a lot more viciously pulverised... the Rancor from dante's cage must have been short work and a wonderful meal for the Krayt dragon that stood before them.
He turned his head back towards their new oponent and ignighted his light sabre. The Force strong jedi guardian raised his hand and begun what he was best at. a strong amount of pressure began to force itself on th edragon, keeping it back for the moment.
"Kai you've got about thirty seconds to get through the basic animal, furiosity of the dragon before I get too weak to hold it and we're going to have to fight it... you think you can do that?"

"Kai you've got about thirty seconds to get through the basic animal, furiosity of the dragon before I get too weak to hold it and we're going to have to fight it... you think you can do that?"Cole had wandered off, not too far from the group, and scouted his surroundings. He's not very familiar with animals, whatever knowledge he knew were whatever he has read from the scanned data. He did recognize that the ship was littered with bodies, some were too mangled to identify. A pungent smell filled the craft, but they got some relief when the wind picked up and pushed some of the smell away as well as rustling the leaves of the trees. Perhaps that's how the creature snuck up on the party. Cole was startled by the crash, putting a hand on his hip in case his lightsaber was needed. Dante took point as the creature began to emerge. "This isn't consistent with what they were hunting.." Cole thought. "... could it be that there are more than one creatures that are on the loose?" he added. As Dante used the Force to hold the creature back, Cole fell into a support formation, aligning himself adjacent to Dante, a couple of feet away.

A crash brought kokushi from his contemplations "Talk later! " he said quickly, grabbing her wrist and pulling her along as he ran "Of all the rotten luck..it had to go up there first.." he cursed, that is until he cuaght side of the back end of the creature, still a ways off, which stopped his run, eyes sort of wide "That's a big dragon.." he mumbled, then leaped up into a tree "Aria, stay back!" he called to her.
