I am bisexual.
In the town I am currently living in, they treat different sexualities as if they were lepers..filth, something that shouldn't walk this earth. The schools won't even stop a fight or harassement if it's against a different sexuality.
At the school I am currently going to, they are open minded about it. Actually have clubs for multi-sexualities. The coummunity it's self is very respecting of people's sexuality.
There are other places I've been to that are so hell-bent on making sure everyone there accepts them.I don't believe people should accept my sexuality, just respect it as my choice. It's kind of complicated to explain, but these kind of places here do exsist and it's scary. >.<

I live in North Carolina and at my school if your full blown gay the boys make fun of you more, boss you around, and beat you up at any chance they can get. But for the girls who are lesbians and bisexuals, like my self, are treated as if they have a horrible disease. There are so few students who just don't care, and I find that very upseting.

Yeah like here there are not alot of gay/lesbian/Bi so it makes peoples act weirder ands stuff...
Like my bestfriend is bi and I love her the same as anyother person or friend.
They maybe like the same sex but It's the same as liking as diffrent sex.
It's just more common for peoples liking diffrent sex.
Like I met peoples from online that are Bi and there great to talk to!
I can't really say more because my friend needs help with her room but i'll probably be back later to check things out

i live in MD and i can say that she is damn str8 about that! maryland is so lame
/sigh
neways i definately agree because i live in the same state and i get the same treatment. i even got hit by a drunk guys at a party once for being bi, and i was at a new years eve party once with my friend Joshi (whose gay) and he got his head beat in until there was blood everywhere. =-_-=
ahhh america is so open-minded and civilized aren't they?

I live in Missouri. I'm a bisexual, however, I tend to act...Er, gay. Yeah, anyway, here at my school, whenever I do anything that seems irregular in the act of sexuality, such as my freind Cody giving me a kiss on the cheek or hug, or most of my other freinds who give me hugs, people kind of give irregular looks, but nothing beyond that, really. That, and I really don't care what others say or so. I tend to ignore it. Love is love, as they saying goes. We are just like everyone else in that sence, only we love differently.

I'm bisexual and.... umm... well I live in VA
Homosexuality and Bisexuality here in Richmond is dismissed as nothing more than he likes him or she likes her. No one seems to mind here. As a matter of fact a mojority of the students at a nearby highschool are either Bisexual or Homosexual. I thought that was pretty cool ^_^

I live in NS, Canada and the area I live it not so bad. The people in my school seem to suck it up pretty well. Though homophobia does exist in my school, its more underground. There are a few immator(sp) jerks that will throw things at people but I haven't seen that in two years. Everyone I pretty much hang around with is Bi or Bi-curious such as myself. we have one gay guy in our group... and he's the only gay guy in my school that I know of at the moment. There is also two girls who are dating eachother that walk around the school holding hands. I think their cute together 4laugh .

My sexuality is lesbian and about 45% of students in my school are Bi,Lesbian, or gay.

Aymeleh I live in Ontario, and go to a Catholic school... I have my suspicions that there is some same sex couples in the school, but they haven't came out yet because...well it is a catholic school... sweatdrop And the reaction will probably be a negative one. No offence to any Catholics out there... eek none taken, a lot of catholics hate bisexuals and gays. My whole school is pretty conservitive and if I were to go up to my vice principal and say that I was bisexual and liked men she would probably stab me with a cross or something
