Best line
It's a tie! Between:
House: "Cameron, I love you." (takes DNA swab) ;D
-and-
House: (knocking on Wilson's office door) "I know you're in there! I can hear you caring!"
There were many others, of course, including the incredibly funny scene in Wilson's office, while he was rolling the marijuana for his patient. Just having it open up to Wilson was hilarious, then House started in on the paranoia jokes. I think it was one of the funniest scenes all season.
And, I don't think I have to white this because I'm not saying a thing about the actual plot. I don't care much for the whole House/Stacy thing, to be truthful with you all. I live for the medical stuff, the interaction between House and the team, and, of course, the Housisms. That's why, whenever I post these 'reviews' I always include my favorite quote(s).

Yeah, Wilson was way overly creepy concerned about House and his happiness. My mom was like, "Jeez, Wilson, BUTT OUT."
Cuddy's impression was not super good, but I lol'd a little <3

Odalisque Yeah, Wilson was way overly creepy concerned about House and his happiness. My mom was like, "Jeez, Wilson, BUTT OUT." I think it was just because he was sick of watching House torture himself for no reason- he knew that House would sleep with her, all the feelings and uncertainties would come up, then House would inevitably do the wrong thing just to remain miserable in the end.
House has some sort of chemical imbalance. (:

Odalisque But men just don't talk to each other like that. Not even gay men, before anyone says anything, because as far as canon is concerned they are platonic buddies, and the writers are just making it weird. Wilson is just the sort of guy who would say something like that. House constantly says that he's too nice and caring, and since Wilson is the only friend of House, I guess he thinks he has to be the one to tell him those sorts of things.
Anyways, moving on to the most recent episode. There weren't any particularly funny quotes that I can remember, other than the entire scene with Wilson muttering things to House during the Doctor guy's lesson, when House had the migraine and Wilson was purposely making noise while he got him a glass of water, and the whole "I see music" deal.
Speaking of which, House + Shower Scene + Hallucination Scene = Happiness for Julia Dream. ;D
The show is getting better, plotwise, but it's getting a little too serious for my tastes. The whole thing that brought me in were the Housisms and snarky attitude, and I've found that these are becoming less and less. The first episode I ever saw was the one with the baby that sent a brigade of small figurines up his nose to rescue a little kitty figurine, and that had me in that silent laugh of doom. Where are the silent laughs of doom these days? The most I get now are a few chuckles... I think it could be because House hasn't been doing Clinic duty lately, and that's usually when the big laughs are... Either that, or they gave the writers who wrote all the Housims a holiday.

Obernewtyn Chase KISSED a NINE-YEAR-OLD!!! i cant beleive it! what the hell happened??? he belongs with cameron. not some cancer patient.... *grumbles* Um, dude, they're not gonna go get married or anything. He was just doing it as a favor to a dying little girl. The reactions from the others was freaking hilarious, though. ;D
I don't think he really belongs with Cameron, either, come to think of it. Yes, they're both pretty little girls, they're in the same age range, but their characters clash way too much. He's a pompous pretty-boy a** (have you caught on that I don't like Chase that much?), and she's a nauseatingly sweet little chocolate-filled bunny thing. I'm glad she's not as bad as she was in the beginning of the series, but, I mean, come on. No one is that nice.
