Something raw flashed in the elf's eyes and in a flash he had both Sun's wrists pinioned above his head, there was no way in his drugged state, that Sun would be able to keep up with the elf's movements. They were after all, creatures of incredible speed., even without the handycap. His grip wasn't painful, just firm.
Shin's lips hovered just above Sun's as he spoke plainly.
"Longer than anyone should ever have to endure--"
Shin's face was serious, a hint of pain at the restraint he was practicing.
"Do you want formal or do you want foreplay? If you need to hear it then hear it. I WANT YOU--"
He took a deep, shuddering breath, exhaling slowly against Sun's water beaded chest.
"But damnit Sun... don't dangle what I want in front of me. I'm not going to roll over and do tricks in hope of a reward. If you don't want me... and if you're going to regret touching me, partaking in my body... then let me be formal, it's all I've got to cope!"

Sun felt his body arch against it's own will against the rocks as he was bent backwards on the shelf, his eyes widening. Oh s**t... Yeah, he knew where the line was now...
When he was sure that nothing else violent was going to happen he wriggled his fingers lightly in the grip and listened to Shin speak. He looked straight into those green eyes, felt that body along his own....and KNEW that he wanted the other man back. But with that much certainty came a crushing amount of doubt that he couldn't hide.
"I'm not trying to dangle it, Shin, I just...don't know how to cope either." He looked uncomfortable. "This is like your formal...for me. I press people, I get in their heads and I respond." The wheels still were slow to move, he couldn't explain right, and with a gentle movement he just closed the gap, meeting Shin's lips almost chastely before speaking around them.
"M'not regretting touching you, I'm regretting my indecision and lack of control. There's a reason I stay in the shadows, Shin, and it's not because Vahn put me there. It's because I don't trust myself not to hurt other people." He finally lay back.
"Like I've hurt you."

Shin's face softened as he lowered Sun's hands, placing them on his hips instead. And this time, as Sun leaned back, it was the elf who closed the distance. Returning the near-chaste press of lips with an apologetic smile.
"Sorry Sun... that was unnecessary of me. You haven't hurt me... not really. I'm just--"
He paused to search for the words as one hand brushed a strand of wet hair from Sun's eyes.
"I just don't want to be responsible for you hurting later... I want to step in. I want to draw sounds of pleasure from you... Feel, not just see your want--- But I don't want to ruin what happiness you have. As broken as it is, I can't come between that-- Not knowing that you will hurt for it."

Sunstrike's hands waved in dissmissal of Shin's last statement.
"No worse then your own situation. I hurt for a lot of reasons, Shin, most of them before I was ever in a relationship, so there's no use trying to pin it all down."
He straightened himself out in the pool again and looked at the elf pretty much sitting on and around his lap. The grin reached his eyes this time though there was definatley a group of dirty thoughts behind both.
"You're a hella lot more dominant then I am in reality, aren't you?"
Then he grew serious, calculating. "You're wasting your time going after a woman exactly the same, Shin, you need someone to take care of, not someone that'll rip your head off when you try to do exactly that."
All that rage to store up without any outlet, no one to protect. No wonder Shin was lonely. Sun reached forward, splayed his hand against Shin's chest, at first affectionate, and then...
He shoved Shin playfully back off of him and into the water. He knew as soon as he'd done it that it was a battle he'd probably lose, but it would be fun to see all the nice hot water dripping off that beautiful black hair.

He grinned and spread his hands wide as if to feign being harmless.
"Ohhh I don't know... maybe"
Then Sun went and said something that blew him, metaphorically out of the water.
That lil' tid bit of insight actually caught Shin off guard. He was mulling over what Sun had just told him, It was scarily... dead on. Shin knew he was wasting his time longing for Sierra, but feelings-- just weren't something you turned on and off ye'?... He was so into his thoughts, that he was an easy victim.
Sun blew him physically out of the water this time.
His eyes went wide as he sailed backwards and with a sploosh went under. But instead of coming up, a hand would close around Sun's ankle, and with a tug-- Sploosh went Sun!

" gonk " Sun went under with a whoosh, and just a grabby hand was visable above the water line for a couple of seconds, before he surfaced with a gasp, a little further into the pool then before.
"I'm wounded y'know!"
He coughed up water, red hair blinding him as it lay flat. Down from the usual spikes, his hair looked like something a surfer would have as a haircut, dripping long just below his chin. He sputtered a little more, then would dive into the elf when he resurfaced, dragging them both under again.

Shin surfaced spluttering, standing his full height and shaking his head so that that thigh length hair whipped behind him with a wet smack. Tipping his head to the side he taps his ears with the palms of his hands.
"Oh I'M SORRY-- I have water in my ears-- Did you say something?"
The grin was plastered across his face as he challenged Sun with his eyes. His wet hair hung about him in a watery curtain as it streamed in rivulets and beaded over his body. The towel tied around his waist clung to his drenched figure, barely masking the contours of his form-- or his 'interest' in this new 'game.'

Stand off it was then.
The blanket was long since lost and Sun stood off against Shin, who amazingly still had protection, there was something supremely underhanded about all that. And he pouted, til he realized that even a towel wasn't a lot of help, especially if it clung.
Sun went red, looked away and instantly waved his hands out.
"You win, you win. Wrestling with you naked is a scary thought, Shin. S'way too much temptation for me..." He took one step back, and it was a little more weight then his leg liked at the moment, buckling and dousing the salamander without any help from Shin.
Again Sun was left sputtering the warm water, hand braced against the ledge.

Except Shin was no longer off guard, and while he was about to say 'Don't start what you can't finish--' When Sun slipped, Shin was beside him in an instant. A strong arm wrapped around the redhead's waist as he supported Sun. Grinning down at him, the elf couldn't resist, he wiggled his eyebrows and quipped,
"I knew you'd fall for me!~"

"Ah! Laaaame, I'm glad I dunked you now."
Sun's grin was wicked, though technically he was at Shin's mercy like this. He wrapped his own arm around the shoulder and took a couple of deep breaths, lungs sore from all the water intake.
He hesitated and then gently put his other palm against Shin's chest, sliding it along a little, before patting it square in the middle and trying to wriggle out of the grip.

Shin got a playfully wicked glint in his eye just then.
"Oh really?"
He released the salamander so suddenly, taking a half step back from him, that Sun would drop with a sploosh (again) from the sudden loss of support.
Shin squated (rather absent mindly, forgetting that he was only wearing a wet towel.) and waited, grinning like the cheshire cate for the redhead to resurface.

Again the grabby hand into the air as he tried to regain his balance in the water, splashing around until he was on his feet again, dripping and pouting.
There's nothing sadder then a wet fire salamander...seriously.
"I'll get revenge for that eventually...when the times right." And with that half hearted threat, he took a seat on the ledge, trying not to gulp the air.

Shin stood in front of Sun, a glistening pillar of slick wet muscle in the morning sun as he leaned over the salamander grinning playfully. One hand placed on either side of Sun's head as he supports his weight on the ledge.
"Ohhh? Perhaps I should teach you that it doesn't matter... because I'll always come out on top."

Sunstrike just looked at Shin and blinked, before a slow flush began to crawl into his cheeks again. There was a pause, water lapping the rock to either side of them the only sound or movement.
"Maybe you should." He answered before he could honestly think about what he was saying. It had seemed like the most natural thing to reply.

The elf grins, straddling Sun's legs and lowering himself to sit in his lap. Pinning him against the stony, carved out bench. One strong arm slips around Sun's waist, the other around his shoulders, his hand cupping the back of his head as he pulls him in, tightly to his body.
"You asked for it."
There was a double entendre there, as Shin pressed his mouth to Sunstrike's in a heated kiss.
