As the sword landed with the blade stuck in the ground a blue, red, green, brown, white, and black flame sprouted from the tip.

A day after the sword landed in the swamp and the flames sprouted from the sword the flames formed a humanoid form and bone started to form.

The next day white blood, muscle, and skin start forming around the elemental fires.

On the last day Odin's new and improved body was finished and his powers were completly mastered. As he checked all of his increased muscles he found an orb that seemed to glow ever whiter as he cotinued to look at it. He finally looked away and decided to find some of his friends.

Seshiro crash landed in the swamp water, landing face first. He quickly rose to the surface, though, and gasped for air. Well that woke me up.. He floated to a tree and skinned off a little moss that was growing on the tree, chewed it and then spit it back out into his hand and applied it to the wound. I just hope that this is like the swamp moss from back home... Seshiro took off his yukata and tore the bottom edge off and tied it to cover his wound. As he was doing so he heard a scuttling and splash nearby. He focused his chi and walked up the side of the tree and drew Ned'Shiad, waiting, and all the while sinking into the mindframe of the hunter he had once been. Without emotions, without thought, he was a pure killing machine.

As he stood on the tree waiting, Seshiro heard something moving around in the top of the tree and turned around to see a ratling falling towards him, teeth and claws beared. Seshiro smirked and merely dodged to the side, slicing off the creature's arm. The ratling screamed in pain as it hit the water and came up quickly, choking on the dirty swamp water. Seshiro spun around and ran down the tree, jumping off at the last second to spin and cut off the creature's disgusting head. Seshiro seeing that the ratling would no longer put up a fight, proceeded to conduct a ceremony, quite disturbing to those unfamiliar with it. He first took a handful of the creature's blood and drank it. Once he was done drinking it he put his fingers in the ratling's blood and drew the Kanji for "Dragon" upon his forehead. Having drank the creature's blood the wound on Seshiro's leg heals completely. He then ran off into the swamp land looking for a place to practice his father's technique that he had seen only once....

After hours of traveling, Minu finally made his way to a swampy area where he had felt Shifty's life give out. "It should be here, then..." he thought outloud. He looked around as he stomped in the murky, disgusting water. He drew his sword when he heard splashing but didn't follow it. "Probably some creature." he thought.

Seshiro sensed another presence nearby and his hunter's instinct drew him towards the presence. He hovered quietly behind a tree and observed the other, trying to distinguish if the creature was friend or foe and realized it was a human. Seshiro let out a low growl and flew quickly from tree to tree following the intruder.

Minu's instincts told him he was being followed but he cared, none. Shifty's signal was so close now he could nearly hear it calling to him. He drove his hand to the fowl waters and the earth beneath it, pulling out a single, glowing stone. From the stone came Shifty's holographic body and his voice echoed. "To the finder of this stone, my name is Shifty. I am a member of the blades clan in a land far away from the empire where I have died. This message was meant for a dear friend named Minu, who is like a brother to me. If you are truly the one who should hear this message, speak our names and the message is yours." Minu contemplated this and sat on a rock just out of the water. "What could this mean? Speak our name. Hmm....."

After concentrating for a while on what the answer could possibly be, it came to him. "Speak our name, of course!" he walked over to Shifty's image and loked into it's eyes. "Genji Hoorah!" Shifty's image smiled. That was the name of their small detachment in the clan. "Welcome Minu. I'm sorry I couldn't give you more time to realize why this had to happen but you'll understand when you're older. You remember my old master. His soul was torn from my body and destroyed before my very eyes, or so I thought. He lives again and is somewhere in the empire. I know not what he's trying to do but I do know that it will kill hundreds if not thousands. You need to stop him, but not let anyone else know about this. This was never our place to come to in the first place and now I have failed. But with the sacrafice of my own life, this soul stone will give you what power I can offer without sending myself back to hell, for I will never go back there. Use what I've given you and kill him. And remember, my little brother... there will be no victory celebration for you because you are not to tell anyone of this. Am I understood?" Minu nodded, though it was of no use. Shifty's soul was somewhere in distant worlds infathomable by humans and now it was impossible to reach him. Minu gripped the stone and felt a burning sensation in his hand. The glow faded an his entire body felt lighter. He knew what needed to be done now, but how was he supposed to find Sheikuhn if he wasn't to speak of this mission?

Through the muck and the mist, Ayako Hitomi's figure slowly made her way in the direction of the dojo. Her bangs swished back and forth with each wading step as she gripped the handles of her twin swords loosely. Her other gloved hand held a thin long pipe to her lips, from which she would blow a billowing cloud of smoke from time to time. She was nearing her destination...
After wandering about the swampland for weeks, training privately in order to improve on a particular technique she had been working on, she was finally returning to her clan's headquarters to see what the latest news was. She missed decent combat.
Eyes slowly moving back and forth, Ayako the Poison Tooth, searched the gloom for danger.

Seshiro the hunter hovered behind Minu. As soon as the hologram was done talking, Seshiro landed behind Minu and once again became Seshiro himself. "What has happened to my friend?"

"Geez this is stupid," Kain grumbled "I'm walking through a swamp in full armor. Well it's not like I could have left it on the mountain. Now that guy said something about Tokugawa being in the swamp, the only thing to do is look." in a clearing he saw a ratling, which was looking at him "Uh oh I gotta take him out before he calls his buddies!" Kain drew his sword and took his sheild off his back and the two charged each other. The ratling swung but Kain used his sheild to push and get behind the ratling and decapitate it. "Note to self keep sheild out in swamp"

Minu spun around quickly drawing his katana but then heard the man's words. "You knew Shifty?" he asked in his small, boyish voice. "Of course you did. Otherwise you wouldn't have asked. I don't know what happened to him, exactly.If you didn't hear the final message he just gave me, he sacrificed himself to stop his master from doing something he had no business doing." he said, spitting in hate and sat down on the rock. "I hate grown ups. They've always got to try and do things that make them seem important like try and destroy the world. And they usually always end up not only dead but completely forgotten except by the guy that killed him!" he said, his voice getting louder. His anger had built up ever since he learned of his big brother's death. He regained his composure and sheathed his katana.
