Plus I am sure not many people are brave enough to openly admit they are bi sexual or gay. Therefore, I don't go looking for a partner." There was much more to it than that for him, but that was the best he could give as of right now. Seeing that he was reaching the end of his banana pudding, he would smile. He'd finally gotten his nerves down to normal. Therefore when Periwinkle spoke, he wasn't out of pocket about it. "Like Aya said. it's not about mating and producing an heir, but loving someone. I know a lot of tribes and clans, that is what mating is for. It's just to force reproduce to insure that their kind doesn't go extinct. You don't have to know each other or be in love. Just have to do the deed and carry the offspring." He said flat out understanding where she was coming from in her statement and confusion. Not a lot of people understood what loving someone truly meant or entailed. That was fine though. Plus having an offspring wasn't even option unless he loved the person and trusted them to raise their child or children.

Periwinkle was even more confused. Why would you want to hunt boys? Also, wouldn't you get more from hunting alone, than with another there. Then again, team tactics would work. Periwinkle's body would sway a little, arguing each point in her head. Then Kamyu would mention that he didn't actively hunt for boys. Based on what he said, he seemed to be an ambush hunter when it came to finding someone to mate with. He would lay out honey, in the hopes of getting the perfect mate, then he would trap them.
Then Aya would start to talk about love? What was love? Her parents had cared for her, but there was no physical touching unless it was to mate. "I don't understand, what is love?" She wasn't emotionless there, she just wanted more information. This was an interesting prospect for her. There were things that she was here to learn, and she never thought that she would go into anything other than machinery.
Periwinkle would then squint her eyes as he mentioned most tribes would force reproduction on their members. "Mating is about making sure that we can survive the attacks from the dreaded grimm, and to fend against the swamp that we were forced into by the evil butterflies!"Her body would raise to a standing position. She would raise her voice a little at this. She was angry that he didn't see how important mating really was. "Once we defeat the butterflies, and reclaim our homeland, we can try this "love" of yours." She would then sit back in her chair, crossing her arms.

Shaking his head and smiling at Aya, he knew he was going to be driven up the wall with Aya as a friend. Being the minx she was, there was going to be a many of days, he was going to find himself annoyed with her antics. Kamyu would be sitting relaxing. It was interesting that she knew nothing about social norms. "Love is an emotional connection you feel to another being. That is the simplest I can put it without confusing you too much about what it entails to love someone." Kamyu said as he was wanting more banana pudding, but decided against it for now. He needed to not spoil his appetite for dinner. That also meant saying in the cafeteria for the next few hours would be ideal. At least they would have a spot to eat.
It seems Periwinkle took his comments to heart. Maybe starting this conversation wasn't a good idea. Therefore Kamyu was going to end it. Like his grandmother said. Maybe shouldn't go in the deep in if you can't swim. "I get what you are saying Periwinkle. That is what I said, but in a more simplified matter. How about we agree to disagree before this conversation takes an ugly turn? It seems you feel rather strongly about the situation and I don't want to downplay or undermine your feelings. That would be rude of me. I do apologize if I caused you to feel like I wasn't understanding of your situation." He said knowing that he was going to have to be the bigger person in this matter. He didn't want to make any enemies here at Beacon if he could help himself. There was only allies to be gained and Peri was a potential ally.
Periwinkle would breathe angrily, her antennae bobbing. He didn't want to continue this conversation? Did these people not understand? This was a matter of pride. She was proud of her people, and once they won, with her help, they would be able to live the good life, with plentiful resources, and no grimm. It would be a good time, and a great way to live out her life.
However, she was here to make allies. She needed to calm down. She would pull down the glove on her left arm. With one swift movement, she would flick the blade out on her finger, and she would swipe it across her arm, leaving a shallow wound. Bright red blood would trickle from it, and her face went from anger, to calm. The anger was bleeding out. She would then pull up the glove to cover it.
She would then move her finger to close the blade on the ring on her finger. She would then think to what they had said before. About how Aya couldn't really talk about love because she had never felt it herself. Then Kamyu would mention that it was when you had emotions for another person. "There is this guy in my tribe, Miserorum. I care very much for his safety. Is that love?" Her voice had almost a happy tone to it. She would then go to eating her cake, as if she hadn't just cut herself.

❅▄❅▄❅▄❅▄❅▄Tsume Aya▄❅▄❅▄❅▄❅▄❅ Aya continued to eat her frozen yogurt quietly and listened to Kyu finishing the argument, she didn't care for the conversation that much anyways so she kept on eating until she noticed peri starting to cut her arm, Aya was shocked as she stood up and said with a happy tone "okay... I'm going to buy myself something to drink, any of you want something? Ill pay for it" she said as she walked backwards to try to Kyu's attention with a bit of worry in her eyes
Kamyu felt a heavy sense of dread when he witnessed what he did. He was trying to keep on a poker face, but deep down, the poor boy was panicking like hell. She really just did that like it was nothing! He really wanted a away to get away from the table. This moth was crazy. Doing a breathing exercise, he would hear her question. "Loving someone does consist of caring about their safety." Kamyu said trying to compose himself. Getting up from the table, he would follow behind Aya. "I am coming darling." He said walking over to her. He didn't say anything quite yet just in case they were followed. He had worry written all over his face too with his back to Periwinkle. It seems him and Aya was on the same page with their concerns.

Periwinkle would watch as the fox girl would leave the table, she asked if they wanted something. "Is there a drink that goes well with cake? If so, I'd like that!" Her voice sounded happy, as if nothing had just happened.
Periwinkle then was so confused. She released the negative emotions, yet they seemed to be running away. Was that not how you were to protect the school from grimm? She was confused, but was she supposed to follow them? She sat down, her antennae going down almost in front of her face. She thought she was making more friends. It seemed that Sva would still remain her friend, but she didn't know where he was.
She would sit at the table. She had a little hope that they might come back. Maybe they could tell her what she did wrong. The scent of blood was thick in the air, as the wound was not healing from Aura. You couldn't heal these wounds with aura healing, otherwise the emotion wouldn't be fully gone. She would sit there, waiting to see if they would come back.
As Aya and Kyu got farther from Periwinkle Aya started to shiver a bit from the scent of blood, she could still smell it far too well "I dont feel good for leaving her alone like that... I know we just met her but, I will feel horrible for leaving her alone like that" Aya said as she went and bought herself a bottle of sparkling orange juice and a nice cup of chocolate milk, Periwinkle did as for somethjng that goes well with a cake after all "anything you want to drink? Its on me so go wild if you want" she gave a playful wink, trying to lighten up the mood

Kamyu was disturbed and until Aya, he didn't mind that he excused himself for a moment. Looking at his new friend, he had it written all over his expression that wasn't too thrilled with the situation they were in. "I know you feel bad and I feel partly responsible for her doing that." He started out saying. "I am just going to feel really uncomfortable sitting with her now. That is something that can't just be ignored. It is concerning on a extreme level. If anything I kind of want to help her," Kamyu finished before they walked back to the table, He did get him a strawberry Fanta before heading back. To him, the air felt so thick now. He didn't know what to say. Hopefully Aya would just bring it up and he would pitch in from there. If not. he wasn't going to know how to address Periwinkle because he felt he'd done enough damage.
Periwinkle sat at the table. She would eat her cake in peace. However, the silence was deafening. Before there were a lot of people talking, and having a good time. However, ever since she released her emotions, the two she was talking to had disappeared. They went around a corner, and were probably still talking to each other. She didn't know what to do. Did she wait, or did she go? She was going to at least finish her cake first. That's what she decided. If they weren't back by the time she finished her cake, then she would go and sulk on top of a building.
Then when there was only a fourth of the cake left, she saw a flash of white. She would wave her gloved hand up, waving them back towards her. She hoped that they would come back to the table. She also hoped that they wouldn't just walk over to another table.
Aya smiled a bit abd started to lead the way towards the table "I get what you're feeling, is extremely concerning and we are going to help her, I would feel horrible with myself if we just left her alone. Now let's get back there and try to enjoy a somewhat normal conversation shall we?" Aya said hoping Periwinkle didnt cut herself again. As the two got closer Aya noticed Periwinkle waving towards them, she seemed so happy... A bit too happy for someone who just cutted themself, Aya sat back down next to Periwinkle "you asked for something that goes we with a cake? Then here, enjoy this cold chocolate milk" Aya gave Periwinkle rhe drink with a smile but then quickly changed into a serious face "about you cutting yourself... Don't do it, its not a good thing to do, if you need someome to talk to I'll be happy to be an ear for you hut please, stop cutting yourself".
The uneasy feeling was heavy at the pit of his stomach. Trying to have a normal conversation without addressing the issue, was not going to sit well with him. Sitting down, he felt like he was walking on egg shells with Periwinkle. It was like say one wrong thing and s**t could get bad. He wanted to be quiet and just like Aya do the talking, but that wouldn't be right. Taking the top of his Fanta, he took a long sip from it. His hand was shaking a little bit, but he controlled it to where it would go unnoticed. "I am so sorry if I upset you Peri, Is it okay if I call you Peri? Either way, cutting is not an healthy outlet to resolve your emotions." He took another sip of his drink to try and shallow his own emotions. This was disturbing and unsettling to him. He's been through a lot in his 17 years of life, but this was troubling to his soul. "Please talk to us and tell us how this bad habit started. We are only here to help. No judgement because everyone had a story to tell." He told her hoping that him and Aya could get through to her the best they could.

Periwinkle took the brown liquid from Aya. She would then sniff the liquid. It kind of smelled like her cake. It was the same and different at the same time. She would take a sip of it, the milk coating her tongue, and throat. It was heavenly. She would take a bite of cake, and then some milk. It was the perfect combination. "What is this drink called? It's so good!" Then she would think back. Aya called it chocolate milk. It was yummy! "Oh, you said it already, Chocolate milk!" Her voice sounded happy.
Then they would mention not to cut. A confused look came across her face. Cutting herself? She was releasing the bad emotions to make sure that Grimm didn't attack because of her. Wait, why would she talk to fix the grimm going away? Her face was perplexed. "Why do I need to talk? It's faster to release the emotion. Then I don't feel it." She didn't see it as an issue. She was fine. Then Kam would call her Peri, her wings fluttering with happiness. "Peri is perfectly fine! Do you have a nickname that you like or do you want me to call you Kamyu all the time?" It seemed to be a break from her confused face. She was glad someone asked her. Then again, she didn't give them her awful tribe name. He then asked how this nasty habit started. She was even more confused.
"Bad habit? No no, this is a way to suppress emotions so that grimm don't come and attack the tribe...errr, school. All moths go through teachings to find ways to suppress their emotions. It's for the best of the tribe, so we do it. I'm apart of the bleeder class, because when blood is drawn from me, it has a calming effect on me, but because I have to bleed, I can't heal them. Some people are lucky, they get to just remember things, or even just pinch themselves. I drew the short stick and I have to bleed. If you want to know why I did it earlier, is because I didn't want to yell. I didn't think it was right, never mind the fact that having that level of anger was enough to bring several Ursa to the school. I don't want to do that." The entire time that she spoke, it was more of a matter of fact way, rather than an emotional way. She would then sip more of her chocolate milk. It made her feel warm and fuzzy inside.
Aya was both surprised and confused, she knew tribes use different methods to suppress emotions in order to keep grimm away, she herself use a method of her tribe but cutting yourself for it? Seems like something to do only if absolutely necessary "Peri i understand now why your doing it but this school is one of the safest places you can be when it comes to grimm attacks, also its pointless for you to stop those emotions when im pretty sure that there are atleast a hundred people around us who are at this moment sad, angry, frustrated or even scared. Don't stop yourself from feeling those emotions, its perfectly normal to feel them, please dont cut yourself unless you are indeed in a dangerous situation" Aya had a calm voice the entire time she talked, then she had a big smile on her face "also, if you promise me you'll try what i told you i will buy you another chocolate milk~ and you can call him Kyu, seems like he enjoys the nickname i gave him".
