 Kingston watched as Vanna made his bracelets, watching his fingers. "Geeze you're good at that Vanna." He said, fussing with attaching a clasp to one of his bracelets. "I don't know how you do it. How are you so multi talented?" He was about three seconds away from just putting the bracelet in his mouth and chewing on it, but then the cord cooperated. "HA! I got it!" He held up his first bracelet before looking over at Eilwen. "Ooooh you're very good. I like the colors you picked out! They're looking very good!" He looked back to his little tray of beads. He defiantly needed to work harder on his bracelets. As he worked on his next one, his tongue lulled out to the side of his mouth and he was vaguely chewing on it/licking his lip as he worked. Each one seemed to get better, and finally, he had a set of bracelets he was proud of. "Oh! Coco! Your bracelets are very cute! Thank you. I'll be sure to treasure this one!" He smiled when she offered him one. He kept one for himself, the first one he made, because it wasn't his best, but the rest he gave to each of his new friends.

"Ugh, I hadn't even thought about the costume..." Granted, he had designed his to be comfortable, but still. He wanted to be in actual comfortable clothes. He stuck close to Foras as they slowly made their way out of the auditorium- it wasn't like they were the only ones eager to leave. At least most people seemed to be moving at a fairly steady pace in one direction, no traffic jams this time around.
Once inside of their dorm with the door locked, he sighed- releasing tension he had no idea he was keeping in his shoulders. He ached... there and just in general. "Yeah that is nice." He nodded, then shuffled across the room to remove his costume and change into much more comfortable clothes. With sleeves. The less skin he had exposed, the better.
"You think they'll let us stay here for the rest of the night?" He really, really wanted to take a nap or something...

Lawven took the explanation to heart, quickly righting the mistake. Following directions was surprisingly harder than she had thought. But soon enough the plushie was righted, the tail no longer on the head, but on the rump. Feeling invigorated, she finished a second one as well.
"To remember you?" Two toys... One from Roshan. They had picked a nice striped material and it reminded her of hr favorite magenta colors. One from Yuta. The multiple colors were nice together and she liked how the one leg was different. Lawven was speechless. "We're friends, aren't we? Of course we will remember each other."
Friends. How had she managed to make a friend so quickly? Let alone two. Taking the plushies, she gave them to their respected owners, "Here, I made these for you two as well. They might fall apart, though. Be careful." There was probably a way to make them more solid, but magic wasn't Lawven's particular strength.

 “I….” Vanna stated and then realized what he was going to say. He had briefly touched on his family with Kingston but he wasn’t going to go into more detail here... “Basically I’ve just had lots of practice. I am the oldest and all of my younger siblings are female. You know how Mai is with crafts, Soriya, who you haven't met yet, wasn’t much better.” Then again that was only because of their… guardians. His face frowned at that thought. He should work harder at liberating his youngest sister. She'd be reaching her junior years and he did terribly miss her. However He was glad they weren’t doing anything with flowers. Mai would have gone crazy. He only decided on three bracelets. He wasn’t really much of a jewelry wearer past a pocket watch and leg bands, but the leg bands served for a darker purpose so he didn’t really count them as jewelry. Tying off the cord he handed the finished bracelets to Coco, Eilwen and Kingston. He had also made one for Mai just because if she found out he was making things again and didn’t make her one she’d be sad.

Making the bracelets really was helping her to calm down, but now that she had made one for everyone she found herself just restringing the same piece again and again with new colors. She honestly didn't want to hog up all of the materials, it was better to share in this situation than not.
When Coco offered her one of the bracelets she had made as well, she smiled and picked out the purple one. The colors sort of reminded her of Fakir. The colors also looked like something he would wear. "Thanks Coco, they're all really cute." She slide the cute bracelet on with a little smile, and then Kingston had one for her as well. "Is it that obvious my favorite color is blue?" She chuckled a bit and accepted the tasteful bracelet, she really did honestly like the colors. Plus, paired with the one from Coco, it made a really cute set. And then she received one from Vanna as well. She put in on her other wrist. "Thanks Vanna, for everything." She added the extra bit with a little sigh. If he hadn't run into her she's still be a mess over Erion. Probably just hiding against a wall and slipping further and further into self-loathing....

Foras felt a lot better being in his own dormroom. He felt bad for all of the other people that were stuck in shelters and out of their homes. He could be thankful now that he had grown up in the Academy, and for more than just the convenient shelter during this...fiasco. Hopefully things would calm down in a few days, but he definitely didn't think they'd be making people return to the auditorium, not unless something very serious happened.
"I'm sure we'll be allowed to stay here, it's probably super safe or they wouldn't have let us return in the first place." He flopped down on his bed for a second. Ah, it felt so good to just be on his own bed, taking deep breathes. His ears were still stinging a bit, but hopefully they'd be all better in the morning. He hid a yawn behind his hand. Anyone would be tired after going through all of that.
"I'm sure it'll be fine to nap. If you're nervous, I can stay up and keep my ears open for anything strange." Foras propped his back against the wall by his bed and stretched his legs out in front of him. He wouldn't mind staying up if it help Ganymede get some rest.

“Ah I guess it can be, but I’ve always wanted to help and protect people. Weakness of mine I suppose” Baum admitted rubbing the back of his head. “Hmm I’ll have to look into it. Obviously it’s still a few years away and lots of things can change.” He thought about it as they walked to the dorm and he waited outside. The orphanage had always stressed good manners, although it took more for him than his twin sister Kadali.
“Its fine, take your time and make sure your little fella is okay” Baum replied and walked back to lean against the hallway wall. “Ah my dorm is actually Eldritch as well. So we only have to go down a couple halls to the senior section.” As they got to his dorm room he quickly opened one of the top windows for Almond to get through if they wanted to go out flying and made sure there was enough food for a couple of days for Althea. “Alright, they should be good for a while. I guess back to auditorium to work on those bracelets?”

 Coco smiled at Eilwen and handed her to purple and blue bracelet. She was really glad that Eliwen liked one of the bracelets she made. Vanna picked the soft orange, yellow, pink bracelet. Coco nodded and said softly "Umm humm." to Vanna's question if he could have that one. Then Kingston, Coco was worried he wouldn't like the rainbow one. "Umm I can make you another if you don't like this one." She said softly. "I love all the ones you all made for me I'll keep them always." Coco said slipping the bracelets on her left wrist. Smiling at Eilwen, Vanna and Kingston. Then she started working on other bracelets for the fun of it. It was relaxing making the cute bracelets.

 Raven looked at the bracelet she finished with a soft smile; he couldn't help but be nice to people who were being creative. "It's nice," he commented simply, before returning to his own beads. On her comment on colours, Raven glanced up at her again thoughtfully. "Depends what you need the colours for, really," he answered with a shrug, "if it's just for you, then I guess it doesn't really matter, as long as you like them. It's weird how worked up people can get about what colours someone wears."
He'd finally fished out the beads he liked and was nearing construction when Chunli presented him with a bracelet. Raven was taken aback at first, seeing as he'd never met her before the token was unexpected. "Oh, thank-you..." he said genuinely, taking the token and slipping it onto his wrist, "you are good with colours. Here I... I guess I made one for you, too." He showed her the gift, clearly surprised at himself. He hadn't even noticed that he was picking out beads for the chimera. How unlike him.

Raven's surprise worried her for a moment, though when the Demon thanked her and slipped it on, it passed away. Of course she would make him one. It seemed like the right thing to do, considering the whole table was making and sharing them with others. What she hadn't considered, though, was him making one for her.
It was for her, wasn't it? Of course, no one else was talking to them. "Thank... Thank you. I'd love to wear it." While her creation had been decent, Raven's was marvelous. The colors worked much better and the little detail on the beads so intriguing and surprising that she could do nothing to hide her smile, "You're very talented, Raven. Do you plan on being an artist?"

His eyes strayed from his familiars as Howl raised up to take their leave. Watching curiously for a moment as to where she was headed, only then did he realize the various craft items that others were gathering. They must have been distributed while he was distracted... he was always distracted.
With her return, his familiars all looked up and over at what had been brought back, many sniffing at the collection, others nosing and eyeing the colourful beads with interest. Gaius' own attention now focused onto the crafting of the bracelet, while some of his critters started to pull a few of the beads out to play with, assembling them, stacking them, nudging them around.
The question aimed at him had the mutant canting his head a little, tiny wings wavering behind him in thought, as his eyes also narrowed in his mulling. "That seems pretty extreme and unnecessary." gaze drifting off, his mind running with various possibilities and scenarios, he concluded with, "I don't think much will be known until more information is gained. Until then, not much should be done, I'd say." after all, everyone was complex and more complicated than folks thought. Simply using primitive, easy methods without trying to remedy more deeper solutions was all too common. "I'd certainly hope that didn't happen, considering what they've already gone through."

Raven continued to play with the beads absent-mindedly, although one bracelet was all he wanted. He caught himself smiling at Chunli when she thanked him for the bracelet he'd made, but quickly looked down again. Look at him, actually making a friend, how peculiar. When she asked if he was an artist, Raven paused momentarily. "Well... in a way I am," he began slowly, glancing into the distance, "I want to be a make-up artist. Actually, I want to be a drag queen." As far as he was concerned, it wasn't a common occupation pursued in the Academy, so he was never sure how people would react.
Realising it was expected of him, he smiled briefly at Chunli, "what about you? Know what you want to do yet?" Now he was asking people about their future and interests. What was a next, a friendly hug session? He almost laughed at the idea.

A drag queen? It took the chimera a moment to not envision a Rani being drug around on the ground. No, she had heard the term before, but when and where? What did it mean again... Make-up artist... Drag Queen. "Oh! A performer of sorts, correct? You were very theatrical at first..." It was a little funny now, how embarrassed and surprised she had been at first. Well, it had been a good ice breaker, that was for sure.
Ah, of course, it would come back to her. Chunli hesitated, her fingers rolling around a few beads at easy reach, "No. Not at all." If I had a clan they could advise me, but... It wasn't like going and finding a Clan was impossible. Chimera did it often enough. Yet somehow that idea didn't settle right with her. Too conforming.
"So, you really like makeup? Do you have a stage name worked out? It sounds interesting. If you're willing to talk about it, I'd love to learn more."

 Yuta was a bit surprised as he received the thoughtful gifts. Roshan had even made them to reflect him and the Bakeneko. These were his first friends other than Harley at this school. Sure he had some acquaintances from class, but these freshlings meant more. Finally, some kids his age to play around with. Even though this was less than opportune circumstances he was excited to be with his new friends. The little Kumiho's eyes teared up a bit as he hugged his new plushies. "Thank you both! I love them so much! And if they start to fall apart, We can just fix them!"The Kumiho wondered if he could somehow prevent this from happening, but he was so excited that he didn't want to focus on the details.

 "Bean had already made himself comfortable. You were right, he could pretty much handle himself." The hybrid was happy to breathe a sigh of relief as the headed towards their dorm. Her hooves clicked and echoed in the quiet hallways of the dorms and it made the place feel a bit creepier since there wasn't the normal hustle and bustle. She fiddled with the ends of her sweater as they walked. "That's very honorable of you, wanting to protect people. I hope that you end up happy with whatever you decided to do. Y-you'll be able to do it, I know it!"Harley waited patiently as Baum took care of his things, looking around nervously until he returned. She jumped, startled at Baum's return. "O-oh, yes. W-we should get back...."
