Smerdle Sorry for the long wait~ I ended up busy at a festival them camping.. should be able to continue though now) Senja post 3Senja almost lost him as she had to pass behind several alkidikes who towered over her and hid everything from her view. Muttering underneath her breath about being so small in such a large crowd, Senja sprinted past the corner before stopping. Her eyes scanned the crowd in front of her and she scowled when she couldn't find him... had he managed to give her the slip? And if he wasn't in front of her... she looked around and her eyes light up when she saw the other pathway. Had he gone down there? It was less crowded in here and she almost gave up hope of getting her jewelry back when her eyes spotted the leafling further in. "Found you!" She hissed and dashed after him. She was going to kick this thief so hard when she caught up to him!

The Anesthesia and jumping back in 8D sorry for the long wait Ane <3 Just gonna say you left for your fight and that siha found you again. Siha post 3Zimbasi chuckled and raised an eyebrow. "You must really have been distracted to not have spotted me." He winked at her as Siha squealed excitedly at the free candy. "Imma too cute for people to see you daddy!" Siha declared proudly as he held out his hand for the candy. "Nice lady! Siha likes you! WIll glady take that extra candy offa you." "You like any who offer you candy." Zimbasi sighed but crouched to allow Siha to accept the treat. "Of course! Candy is best." He was about to say more when the lady had to leave for her fight. He was a bit disappointed; the lady sorta looked like him after all! So when he spotted her again (much roughed up) he pulled on his father's ears and demanded to be lead back to the pretty lady. "Is a Nera!" He said loudly; "You look all beat up... did sommun beat you for the candy?" He asked worriedly as his father smothered a laugh." Siha also noticed the other lady next to candy lady. This one looked more of a bruiser than a lady. Still pretty though. He smiled and waved at her.

Uquin Post 2
Uquin knew that if Padma had managed to catch up with him, she would be scolding him for his behavior... but that knowledge alone wasn't enough to keep him from looming. Briefly, his eye flicked to view the new person who wandered up to the stall, but to the girl's credit she didn't falter and allow herself to socialize just yet. It was appreciated by the curmudgeon of a man, even if he wouldn't voice it aloud. "Hmph. A flesh wound, at worst." He assured. The worst part was the sting of his nerves, though the slash itself would need to be tended to, if only to avoid more permanent scarring.
"Yes, from a fight. Recent."OpticPeach She can give him the medicine and wave him off XD Don't let him scare Eziya into dealing with him.

Padma Post 3 (1/2 this round)
If the woman noticed her discomfort, she had the grace to not comment on it. Silently relieved, the girl began to relax more, nodding as if she understood her perspective. Then again, as she wasn't an Alkidike, the drive to prove her worth as a fighter wasn't as pressing... but she could at least try and see it from her perspective.
"My father and I travel quite a bit. I thought the tournament would be a good excuse to visit the south." She revealed, shrugging her shoulders with a coy smile. She had sort of used the tournament to lure her father down here... not that she wanted to readily admit that where he could hear. He would never have considered the trip otherwise. He still had something against Obans, after the war after all.Doughnut Divinity NP! No pressure, you should have fun during your vacation!

SRIINA (post 4)
She felt the awkwardness of it all in the air itself, it was so heavy. Kyruie looked like he was trying to do anything he could to get away, and Sriina didn't really blame him. She... she didn't know anymore. When he finally announced his leaving she almost visibly relaxed, and waved him off for his fight. "... I'll be... looking forward to seeing you win..." she forced out. She didn't feel natural around Kyruie, it was too awkward, and he showed just about zero interest in her as a person.
He disappeared into the crowd and Sriina realized she was still left with Ashta. He started speaking and it was only when he choked through the word 'finance' that Sriina began to listen. She felt her face involuntarily twitch at the word and had her running a hand over her braids again. Ashta had touched on his brothers troubled the last time she had seen him, but hadn't said anything to really know what they could possibly be. She hesitated for a second, letting Ashta's words hang in the air longer than they probably should have. "Ah... um, so... how've you been lately?" She tried to switch the subject. She didn't really want to talk about Kyruie or the prospect of the wedding anymore than she could avoid it.
She could feel a tingle in her stomach, slowly spreading out through her arms. She was nervous, but she didn't really understand why. She looked toward Ashta's face and met his eyes looking back at her and felt a jolt as if her tingle had just sped up inside of her. She thought back to the last time she had been with him and her face felt hot. This was twice now that he had made her feel this way. She broke eye contact look off to the floor.

Ujana Post 3
Ah, someone who appreciated her humor! She really was loving this gathering more and more. It was rare for Ujana to find someone that didn't automatically cringe when she told a bad joke, so to her the matorian was automatically counted among good friends now. And the shifter! How could she not appreciate a good, not-so-subtle threat? It was as if she were tsking him the way a mother might a way ward child, which was made all the more amusing considering this man may have been twice her age.
Oh yes, she was in good company indeed.
"Your pop sells it around here, right? The gumbo? Because seriously, I could go through an entire pot right now." Ujana wasn't shy in the least when voicing things that may make daintier ladies cringe. She was hungry, and wasn't about to hide it! Not when gumbo was on the line. She'd had it once or twice before and had remembered the delectable mix of flavors.
Ujana cracked a lop sided grin to the shifter. "Saved you a bunch of stomach trouble. Might have missed your match - you are fighting, right?" Gauntlets like that had better not be for show; those abs certainly weren't.

Dris'rynne Post: 2
"It was intense." Intensely amusing. Dris had been in sore need of amusement after her shameful excuse for a battle, and seeing Teslaron flutter here ,there and yonder had done it. Still, there had been a fair amount of movement; surely that required some skill.
She pushed his tattered fabric out of her face with a well placed frown. He wasn't the only one with torn clothing, nor was he the only one left bruised! Her ego hurt worse than any wound she had received however, and that made her even more sour than usual.
Her hair, normally tucked back into a very practical, yet neat half ponytail, was mussed with strands falling away to add a wild quality to her. In her agitation a part of her had become unhinged; exposed. How could she have let herself lose like that? And Tes won, of all things! She didn't didn't begrudge him his win, he had worked for it, but if he won then surely she could have won as well!
Giving into a huffing sigh, she slumped down into her seat, the smaller edges of her skirt riding up her thigh. When she looked over to him, she gave a little half smile; something genuine and open. An oddity from the normally closed off shifter. "It's a deal. They've had their way for far too long, and it's time someone put them in their place. Might as well be us, right?" Wriggling her way back up in her seat, Dris mused on something, "Your next match is against another Oban, isn't it?"

Sol Post 3
Sol's antennae twitched with pride as he rose higher and higher in his baba's arms. The gave a little tremor once more when he was kissed on the head, a little huffy pout taking root on his face. That kind of stuff was embarrassing!...but Sol loved his father's affections all the same. He just didn't like showing it in public...all the time...unless it made Ygraine jealous. Then it was always acceptable!
He stuck his tongue out at his sister when he thought his fathers' weren't looking. The change in conversation though...That made his brows furrow. "Fine." Handpans were pretty cool, but Sol just wasn't the type to let his side go without throwing up a fuss. "But we are going to play games." It wasn't a question so much as a statement; it was going to happen, even if he had to wait.

Callum Post 3
Thinking Ygraine's sudden closeness was brought on by simple fatigue, and unaware of the newest feud between his children, Callum brought his free hand up to her back. He rubbed soothing little circles against her skin, unconsciously rocking her back and forth. His inability to stand still had come in handy when getting them to sleep as babes, and now the motion was just as natural to him as breathing. Even though her larger size would inevitably force him to put her down, Callum still adored hanging onto his daughter, his children, for as long as possible.
However, speaking of his progeny...Callum understood his partner's dilemma all too well. Sol wasn't likely to be happy having his wants thwarted, but he was going to have to learn compromise sooner or later. "Of course we'll still play games; we'll try as many as we can. Right now, though...we need to figure out which way to go to see the performers..."

Vodyanoi -- Post 5
When Xarnith explained the way he had been thought to think about music, Vodyanoi laughed -- not a mean sort of laugh, nor a mocking one, just one of genuine surprise at that way of looking at things. Perhaps it was just a matter of his upbringing; growing up a slave, no one had ever expected him to be anything like a warrior. But still, Vodyanoi (and Bisera alongside him) seemed to have a hard time making any practical sense out of this.
"But why in the world would anyone want to be a warrior if there wasn't any music? What's the point of fighting, if there aren't going to be songs to celebrate your victory? A battle lasts all of a handful of minutes, but songs about great warriors last lifetimes and lifetimes. And anyway -- our brand of dancing is lots more physical than you'd think. Some of these mighty warriors here might have a hard time keeping up. Will you come and watch? Then, like you said, you can do your own deciding. Although I'll admit, I've got just the piece in mind to sway your thinking."

Xarnith Post 4 Seeing both a bit shocked with his reveal the youth had to blink in shock. He nodded. "Alright. You lead, we'll follow Vodyanoi." He glanced down to Fractis making sure the kitten was well settled and purring. Hearing said purr he nodded as if all was well. Then linked his arm with Bisera. "So, you don't get distracted by a shiny thing and wander off....you okay with this arrangement?" He was being completely serious. He really didn't want to lose Bisera during a tournament. That...would not end well...

Aqio Post 5 The water male could only chuckle. Thus he was reminded yet again why he found this male entertaining. Shesha's view on life was one seen through a murky glass. Clear in some spots from the harsh reality yet...blind to some other aspects that the Oban had yet to see. He supposed as time went on Shesha would learn that there was innocence out in the world. Aqio smiled softly as he thought of how innocent he knew he was yet knowing of what others thought....it was a interesting thought pattern. Aqio wasn't a fool. He knew how things looked since he started his training. People viewed him as potential property to be won...he looked to Shesha with a half shrug. "I'm not hungry just yet, I just thought it would be of use to both of us to see who and what could be around here. Perhaps you'll find a new way to use magic and I find a potential mark for petty pick pocketing...its a training routine that the Guild puts the children born into it through." He rested his hands on his raised knee. As he crossed his legs before he began to talk. Drumming his fingers on his knee he kept his tone neutral. If Shesha fell into his plan of wandering around...his manipulation skills could be improving.

Mosipost four
A worthy cause. Mosi's sister was a priestess, a rather low-ranking one, but a priestess nonetheless. Even though she had never been able to latch onto their God and Goddess with the fervor needed to take up that calling, she respected those who did.
"Well, they could use it, even if they might be reluctant. And while you bring them the words of Lurin and Dafiel, I can study their rocks." She chuckled. She had seen some beautiful gens at the market back home that hailed from here, and if nothing else, she planned to return with as many as she could carry.
...And afford, but that was another matter entirely.a pet dino Aayanna! sorry for lagging ;;

Teslaron Post: 3Intense enough to wear him out, anyway. Not that it really took too much to do any such thing. He shrugged. Dris'rynne could be as amused at his expense as she liked. Teslaron felt accomplished and quite pleased with himself, and that, if nothing else, was a decent enough distraction from other occurrences.
A soft hum slipped from his throat as Tes slung himself sideways in his seat, kicking his legs up along the bench and leaning his back against Dris' shoulder. The woman sitting nearest them (Fire, of course) shot him a dirty, narrow-eyed sour look for his antics, then let out a huff and proceeded to ignore him. That suited Tes just fine. Not like he was going to not do as he liked on her behalf.
He waved a hand at his Shifter companion's commentary with a small chuckle. "Hey, you don't have to tell me twice. I've been on the receiving end of 'them having their way' a little too often for my liking. And ahhh, maybe it's a bit messed up to hate all of them, but..." He knew his family wasn't the worst. He wasn't broken beyond repair or incapable of managing on his own or even socially excluded. It wasn't fair to be mad at them- But he'd just wanted one thing from them, an important thing- their son- and since he couldn't have that...
Teslaron shook his head. "Right, I think so. Another little Fire girl. Go figure. I guess they're pretty hard to escape while still in their land."

Itotia Post 4
Itotia, with her ever neutral expression, resisted the urge to send a glare at her boss. She could all but feel Aseara's brain ticking away at the sight before her, and suddenly she felt the urge to just get up and walk away. When Aseara offered Kresimir a place to sit when he was done sparring, she actually sent a glower at Aseara. Aseara was never playful like this, and Itotia had a feeling that this would only be the beginning now that she knew of the shifter.
Fantastic.
"Farewell." Itotia responded, lifting her hand to wave at Kresimir as she watched him move away. Once he was out of hearing range, she swung around to full-glare at Aseara.
"I'd suggest you don't assume anything, Aseara."
