It might be a bad time to think it, but he felt like a fan girl fighting an idol he once treasured and was happy to serve under. It said a lot of her skill and perversion and he was deeply envious of the hard work that most have went into mastering her power and weapon. She made it look all too easy.
But sparking eyes aside, he did like comparing himself to that power and realizing that gap only frustrated and drove him on. He could see the others gathering for some reason and while he moved through the shower with as much indifference as the General Queen, he moved to try and slow her down.
"Batter up!" He called and threw his weapon at her again, persistent to keep trying until something worked.

Tomlin, Guardian Cat
Out of the corner of his eye, Tomlin spotted the parakeet toy brandished towards him. He jerked out of the way, a twist and a leap, and since the agent didn’t follow, it looked like he’d gotten away with it. He grinned as only a cat could grin – it had worked, he had their attention. And he could hear the team taking advantage!
He was expecting further retaliation, most likely from the second lieutenant, so when Chibi Oort called out to him, he spun on the spot, front claws ready to take a vicious swipe at the hands that reached to grab him, brushing against his fur as it stood up on end. But something wasn’t right, this wasn’t an enemy aura. He looked up at Sailor Etamin, already scratched and bleeding, and at the last minute he sheathed his claws, landing only a soft-pawed swat against the senshi. He backed up anyway, in case the senshi made another grab for him, but listened to his words.
His help? But he was needed here.
The cat shook his head, ears still pinned back against his head. “Gotta get these kids out first,” he hissed back.
He tilted his head in the direction of the chibi-and-friends team, then nodded towards where the portal should be. It was still far away beyond the youma blockades.
But one obstacle at a time. They couldn’t afford to lose focus.
He turned away from Etamin to watch Oberon, Chara and the chibis attacking the pair of lieutenants. They were doing great despite their smaller stature, working together, and for the moment he couldn’t see an opening to join in without being in their way. But he had to stand ready in case they needed backup. Yes, his job was here.

Sailor Etamin: sorry again, hope this is okay for you.
Cool eyes offered an appraising look to the new lieutenant, but after a long second the woman nodded, apparently satisfied. She hoped he carried the capacity for respect and obedience she'd come to expect from the agents she surrounded herself with, but here and now, it was hard to be picky. Time would tell.
Giving Ochre a final soft brush to the cheek, she scanned the battle, looking for targets, and after a moment the general's lips split in a wide smirk. "Well there's s gaggle of senshi there with that knight I played with at the carnival." Lifting a hand, she pointed towards Celsus, and the trio of pretty warriors he had with him. Only one had the wings of an eternal. The other two looked to be Ochre's rank or lower. Not bad odds.
"What's say we have some fun?" Marcasite could handle her own, and knew what to do if she got in over her head. It was now their turn to contribute.
Running one of the corrupt's braids through her fingers, she nodded towards the red headed girl in the greens(Dene). "Find out what magic that pretty thing has up her sleeve, won't you?"
Prehnite, if he followed, could play with the basic (Altias).
Targets acquired, the General wasted no time in setting into motion. They were close enough that the distance between them was easily covered in a short sprint. Close enough, she called out to the knight, grinning viciously as she closed in, hand drawing back. "Miss me, handsome?"

General Witchite. Nega Disposable - Crazy Mode Engaged!
Witchite only had a moment to smirk at the appearance of a fluff ball before she was tackled by a Squire. With a thud she hit the ground hard. Still, the General did not cry out in pain. No, she instead was laughing even more than before!
"Have to get your hussy fighting your battles? Such a coward. You are all alike! Worthless piece of trash!" She laughed, her neck snapping as she shifted her head. Because of her arms being pinned to her chest, she could not move her weapon, however she could slam her head forward towards the Avalon's face before pushing to roll the woman over.
"I'll just kill you both! As thanks for all you have done for us today!"
Ananke was pretty much going around in circles at this point trying to figure out where or what she should do. Of course it didn't occur to her that doing this on a battle field might not be the smartest thing to do. "Everyone that I was with.... I have no idea where anyone is now... uuuu..." She ruffled her hair in frustration.
She didn't notice at all that someone was approaching her.

Super Sailor Phact, Senshi of Doves - Oh Boy
Phact could see Havasu storm off pissed. She knew he would do something just as stupid and that was why she made her choice then and there.
But as he walked off, Sabine's voice caused her to turn and gaze over at the Mars Knight coming towards them. She looked him over before her eyes feel on the item he was carrying.
"All I want to know is if that thing is important to get out of here. If so, stay close. I think your muscles will be better for taking care of it than any of ours." Phact nodded before she had to duck from a flying rock. Something from in front had seen them and threw something there way. Or they missed and she was behind them.
Frankly she didn't care what the case was. Rocks at that speed hurt.
Breathless and lost, Subamara stared around the battlefield, her eyes glazed. She saw colours, red and red all round, but her mind shied away from identifying the source. She kicked out at the youma as they approached, but couldn’t find a clear path through them. Every way she turned, they were overrun.
I can fight youma, she told herself, I can dust youma. A mantra in time with her heartbeat. But her strength was in her kicks, so when the aerial youma swooped and screamed around her, she could do little but raise her battered arms around her head while they tore strips off her back and shoulder. With desperate effort, she grabbed hold of a batty wing and flung the monster to the ground, driving her boot heel into its face until it shrieked and disintegrated at last.
Pain was focus. She was support, she was no use by herself. Pressing a gloved hand against the deep scratches, the coffee senshi searched for the people she’d entered the castle with. The eyepatch-wearing Knight who had agreed that she could be useful. The smiling Super Senshi in silver and blue who had waved to her. The blinding-pure brightness of the Princess – but long before she could gather her wits to approach, they were all converging on the new General-Queen, and one look at that wicked, bloodied scythe told Subamara she lacked the courage to go after them. They were the true warriors, saving lives. And she was just…
Everyone was busy. She was alone here.
Except, there was another girl, not so far away, who seemed just as lost as her. And beyond her, coming in their direction, a familiar fuku she hadn’t expected to see here, deep teal-y green on white.
“Omigod, Athene!”
He’d come in too? She hadn’t seen him! He should have been safe home somewhere, not stuck in Negaland with her.
Subamara began to run in Ananke and Athene’s direction, before her friend could disappear from her in the chaos of this hellish battlefield.

Captain Zircon - Moving In to Engage Mysterious Lack of Youma
Zircon's body tensed when Bolton reached for her, but there was little time for games of dignity when their home was currently being invaded. She scrambled up her lieutenant's capable back, discarding her crutches in the small hope that they might be recoverable after the battle. With one hand, she steadied herself by holding on to Bolton's shoulder and in the other she materialized her weapon, a dark crystal boomerang that glinted warily in the low cavern lights.
"This way," Zircon instructed, gesturing towards an area where a swath of youma had been cut away by a massive arc of cold light. "We need to fortify any weak points in the barricade, no one gets through." She tried not to think of Kairatos further in the fray, too stupid for his own good. How did he expect to just barrel in here and escape? He should have known better. He should have stayed away.

Hello yes we are incredibly stupid please don't hurt us
She couldn't keep up with anything, this entire fight was moving too fast and too chaotically for her to focus on anything. She knew Ganymede - Princess Ganymede? what should she call her?- was trying to end this some how. That Elpis had been injured. That more were dying...
Useless, utterly useless. This was what she'd been afraid of. It may as well be something of a repeat as that time years ago. What good was all of this if people died?
"We're doing this. We have to do something now."
Somehow Cybele's voice broke through, perhaps the urgency in her tone?, and brown eyes blinked. They had to do this. Had to prevent more.
Sucking in a deep breath, she gave chase after Cybele and drew on whatever energy she had left in her to pull off another attack. Not that it could do too much but hopefully it would help.
Once she was close enough she aimed for Laurelite, hoping it would work in her favour. It probably wouldn't.

The Space Cauldron
Cupping her hands, Lacrimosa creates a handful of small, [somei yoshin] pure white, cherry blossoms, then raises them to her lips. Blowing against them, the flowers fly off towards the opponent, fluttering and dividing into a rain of separate petals, slowly tinging pink along the way. The sweet, delicate scent of cherry blossoms accompanies them to their target as they collide in a soft flurry of harmless "snow" and serves as a distraction as well as slowing the foe down. Quick as the petals make contact, they wither away and are gone, the scent with them.
Pros: Impedes the enemy's movement and distracts with a flurry of tiny pink petals swirling around them. The pleasant scent may or may not distract them as sakura blossom fragrance is delicate and highly enjoyable, if one only pays attention to it. The petals are easily flammable and can be prevented by fire from even reaching their target in the first place. Cons: Lasts only a few seconds, is easily dodged. Can be burned or knocked off. The transition from white flower into pink is a small drain of her own energy, however minute. It depends on the closeness of the enemy on how much the drain is. The darker the pink, only able to reach a light "pepto-bismol" shade leaves her vulnerable for a couple minutes herself as her energy rebuilds from the assault.

Disposable General Tweedledumite - Playing with Metis and Victoria
Metis was trying so hard to get Dum to leave her alone and that just made him want to play with her more. "Oh," he pouted, looking terribly stricken that she didn't want to play, but it was no matter because he would make her play with him! "That's okay, I'm sure you can make time!"
It was clear, unfortunately for the senshi, that the stumpy general wasn't going anywhere. "Nooooo, Dee is busy, Dee is having fun - I'm having fun! With you! Imma stay." He nodded his head a bit too fiercely and giggled when he felt dizzy in the aftermath. Metis circled around him and he turned in his own circle, moving just on his heel before skipping forward once, swinging the hammer at her midsection - aiming right for the ribs when the red-headed corrupt wandered their way.
"They're just a little mad is all~" He shrugged, blinking at the Russian before his head snapped back towards the senshi girl. "We're aaaaalll a little mad." He winked, unaware that she couldn't see.
But then his crystal was going off and his brother's voice was fluttering through it.
Did you feed the cat? Dennis, I don't remember if we fed the cat--
Dum halted, felt the world spin around him, and his heart stutter. Dee never called him Dennis when they were on duty. Something was wrong and it felt like the ground was dropping out from beneath him. Squeezing his eyes shut he concentrated real hard and popped out of existence.
He reappeared by the fallen body of his brother and a gasp of pure shock left him. "DEE!" He screeched, loud enough for anyone in the vicinity to hear him. "I don't - the little old lady, she'll feed the cat - Dee no don't -- DEE!"
It was too late, his brother had fallen.
Dum flung himself across the stout frame of his brother and sobbed, not paying attention to where Bess hand landed, managing to pierce himself on the pick side of the weapon and blood blossomed across his uniform - with the general gasping as he rolled off of Dee.
Well - at least they went down fighting but what about --
His thought didn't get finished because the world went black
Sailors Megrez and Sadachbia- Charging into the middle of the fray!
Sadachbia had a funny feeling that Megrez was going to make her late.
The senior senshi had been hesitant about diving right into the heart of the Negaverse... well, hesitant for about five minutes before she decided she didn't want to miss out on such a great opportunity. Sadachbia, of course, was raring to go and utterly hyped to go crack some Negaverse skulls. Unfortunately, she wasn't really expecting to walk into such a massive ********. Youma everywhere, a General-Queen on the loose, another one apparently dead... it was significantly messier than she wanted. Right now, she and Megrez were practically wading through youma to try and get to anyone who looked like they needed assistance. All the cannon fodder was getting frustrating to Sadachbia; she hadn't voiced the sentiment, but she wanted to see Megrez try to face off against Laurelite. She couldn't be corrupted, so what did she have to lose?
Oh, right. She could still get killed.

Glitnir, Knight of Mars- Trying to target Laurelite
Glitnir had arrived a little late due to some uncertainty over what to do with the crystal he had been given. Once he arrived at the portal, however, he knew what he had to do. It seemed that the opening resistance had been taken care of, only to be replaced by whatever THIS mess was.
In the middle of it all was Laurelite, kicking the crap out of anyone who got too close. There was a prime opportunity here; surely a General-Queen had a lot to feel guilty about, unless she was that much of a monster that she killed and corrupted without regrets. Well, it was worth a shot. As quickly as he could, he got within range and pushed down on one scale basket. Even if he couldn't knock her over, he could at least unnerve her.
Glitnir's Knight Magic
When the weight balance on one side of the scale is suddenly and drastically upset (as by a heavy object or Glitnir pushing down on it), a force bears down on all enemies within 10 feet, knocking them down. They can, of course, get right back up, though the standard pressure magic will kick in after the knockdown and may make getting up a bit sluggish. The knockdown has a 15-second cooldown (15 seconds of magic use, not just 15 seconds passing) after each use (unless the time pool runs out before the next use would be available). The pressure magic from before is still present, but is even stronger. The thoughts of the sins/feeling of having done something wrong may become distracting, and the pressure is stronger, slowing enemies down more. The time pool for this magic is 55 seconds.

Glitnir is trying to use his magic on Laurelite! Feel free to rough him up as much as you like short of losing limbs/death; he needs to get those scars!
Sailor Cor Caroli- Rushing up to Elpis
Cor Caroli had a feeling this was going to be a bad idea.
He didn't want to stand idly by, but the mess of youma and people was overwhelming. He was left desperately wishing that he had some form of offensive magic to help thin the crowd a bit, but right now all he could do was attend to people whose morale was flagging. Indeed, he thought he saw a familiar face looking a bit defeated right now...
"Elpis!" He called out, charging up to the other Super Senshi. "Are you okay? No, you're probably not. Dammit." He sucked in a deep breath and muttered "Strength of Will," hoping to bolster her a little. "Does that help? At all?"
Quote:
Sailor Scout Attack: Strength of Will!
Cor Caroli extends one hand towards the target and says the attack name. If he puts his hand to his chest, he can target himself. The target will feel a boost to their will to fight, allowing them to shrug off the pain of minor injuries and keep fighting. The buff lasts for 30 seconds and can be used three times per battle.

Bro is here! Also Porrima below.
Sailor Porrima- Rushing up to Elpis
Porrima had wanted to follow Elpis in, but she had ended up detained and totally lost her trail. She would be lying if she said that she wasn't at least a little terrified for her life right now; there were so many youma here that one could bite her head off even before any agents could grab her. One lonely senshi in a crowd could get picked off and no one would even notice till the smoke cleared.
Fortunately for her, she spotted Elpis in the crowd. Unfortunately, Elpis looked hella beat up. She scurried over to her "senpai," trying to dodge youma the entire way. Once she made it, she was very out of breath. "Elpis," she wheezed. "You need help, don't you?" Then she spotted Cor Caroli. "Is this one a friend of yours?"
Lt. Paracelsian- Towards the back, looking to engage
Lt. Paracelsian had not been expecting his first big battle to come so soon and with such little warning.
Armed with only a tube of toothpaste and experience draining poor unfortunate wanderers, he felt woefully under-prepared to handle the swarm of Senshi and Knights that were stinking up the Negaverse's very headquarters. He kept towards the edges of the fray, hoping to not accidentally get clipped by a stray youma. As he did, however, something occurred to him: the more unassuming he looked, the less likely someone would be to notice him sneaking up for a drain or a strike. So he continued to circle the perimeter, looking for some unsuspecting so-and-so to go after. He couldn't do much, but he'd still do his part.
Quote:
Totally open for interaction! Bother at will!
Corrupt Sailor Kitalpha- Running through the crowd, looking to engage!
Kitalpha was way, way, WAY too excited about her first big battle.
She was zipping through the crowd, occasionally dodging a misplaced youma here or there, looking for some poor sap to slice to ribbons (for a given value of slice; her magic failed to leave lasting cuts more often than it succeeded) and shouting invective the whole way. "C'mon, you ********! Which of you wants some, huh? Come and get it, you pieces of s**t! I wanna see the blood flow by the time I'm done here!" It occurred to her that she didn't specify whose blood, but did it really matter? This was thrilling. Laurelite, the very woman who had given her her new Badass status, had called upon her to help eliminate the Order threat, and that was what she planned to do.

Avalon Squire, not anyone's hussy
"Ding dong, you're wrong," Avalon chimed, having taken up a comfortable seat on the General and with no intentions of moving. Witchite's attempted headbutt fell short as Avalon leaned back out of the way. "In my day, the Negaverse didn't recruit crazy. They recruited smart."
She wanted to do something sassy like examine her fingernails. Instead she put her hands on Witchite's shoulders and leaned down. "Smarter people than you have tried to flip me, is what I'm saying," she said. "Strength ain't mean s**t when somebody's on top of you."
That was when she threw a punch at the General's face.

Lieutenant Bolton
Instructions! Oh, how Bolton loved instructions. She navigated between attacking senshi and knights, behind warring captains and lieutenants, sometimes detouring away from knots of fighting to cross the field to the sudden lack of youma. "We should just let them leave," said Bolton. "Keep one or two of them to find out how they came to be here."
She stopped stock-still when she saw Castor in the company of General Alkaid. "We have to go," she said, already searching for a way out for Zircon.

She gave pursuit, but Order was retreating too, which just made the entire proposition… difficult. It seemed none of them remained behind, where-ever they had gone within Negaspace. Honestly, Longislandite was tempted to return to her plants, to her project, but the consequences to her funding if something happened could be dire. She'd continue to fight, and hope things ended in her favor.
Lucky for her, she didn't have any concerns about picking on someone her own size. Taking her grappling hook back into her hand from its place on her belt, Longislandite swung the weapon in a widening arc before hurling it at Sailor Sadachbia with the fullness of her strength.
Falias, Squire of Earth -- In vicinity of Kairatos, Varuna, Palatine, Themiscyra, Andronicus and Sabine)
Whilst Falias had used up his magic back at the ruins of what had once been the Academy, he still had the use of his feet. And hands.
Although they were poor 'weapons' when compared to the fangs and claws of the youma - or to the weapons of anyone ranked higher than Lieutenant.
It was all he had though - well unless he wanted to try jabbing someone with the wand that was his 'actual' weapon - and he personally figured that punching would be a lot more effective.
He had overheard the interchange between the Saturn Squire and Kairatos, but hadn't felt the need to comment.
Instead he had followed after the rest of the group when Kairatos had headed in the direction of a senshi garbed in reds and gold.

Dallol, Squire of Uranus
It was pretty much common sense that one shouldn't remain grounded at the same spot for long during battle. Someone was bound to attempt an attack from behind at some point. The feeling of Corinth's back against hers just as she had been about to move couldn't have been any more timely. Keeping close to him, Dallol struck out at the youma that just kept coming at them.
"Mm hm. You know what? I think that these university entrance exams should just go jack themselves off already." She replied cooly, ceruleans sparing a glance at the portal and then scanning the area to see how the other groups were faring on their respective ends. If they made it out of here somehow, she owed it to herself to take a well deserved break from all the studying that had consumed her over the past couple of months since her senior year at Crystal Academy started.
"Ok. One week. No books, no class. Just the two of us at this special place that you speak of."
Kairatos, joining up with Phact and co "Stay with me, Asterion won't last much longer, either my magic will run out or he's going to get stabbed one too many times by an amateur Matador." He warned. He had no time for irritated comments behind his back, he knew his opinion wasn't a popular one, especially right now. Although people seemed to smile kindly on Hver, he had the gut feeling that very few had any patience to do more than acknowledge it like you would the quirky behavior of a child, fewer would give any sympathy to those in the negaverse, or try and save them. It was far too easy to cast them in black and white shades, as though Destiny City had come with some kind of strange fertilizer that allowed and fed an unusually high level of murderously deranged sorts that somehow managed to never become serial killers until they donned a magical uniform. Which, if you actually thought about it, was rather stupid, but it was easier to swallow than looking at the people who were also trying to kill you and seeing them as someone who also had families and fears, who might literally be slowing being consumed by their own demons, grown fat on Chaos, and promises of power and belonging. "How are you holding up?" She was so young, damnit, so new, he was torn between being proud as hell that she'd signed up for such a dangerous adventure and the urge to chase her through the dark roaring until she fled to safety and didn't come back, like he'd done to Ixion.
