It took a while for the mods to figure out because we haven't really had a situation like this before and we were a bit stumped. However, I'm sorry to say that even though you were the only one to roll for the legend, because you didn't meet the activity requirements for the October lotto, we can't allow you to claim the Lunala. We will, however, be keeping the Lunala up for grabs for the next lotto in January, along with another new legendary. We hope you understand and encourage you to try to make the minimum 15 posts required to be eligible in the next lotto!
