With a loud war cry, she dashed into the first room, bracing herself for any sort of explosion... And explode it did. Again, she was thrown out of the room like a rag doll, smacking painfully into the wall of the corridor, and then landing roughly on the floor. She sighed, and attempted to move her sore limbs.
She might not know it, but apart from the jet black limp hair, she now had freckles.

After she recovered a bit, she pulled herself up, and steeled her nerves for round 3; while she had failed - pretty badly - this quest before, she was sure that she would pass... Inhaling deeply, she charged into the room, as if going faster would change anything... It didn't. She was only a few steps into the room when it exploded, the force pushing her out of the room, and back into the corridor for the third time. There, she laid still, too tired and in pain to move; through half-opened eyes, she thought she spotted a dinosaur walk past the corridor, and into a room...

Nod had been exploring the castle, not exactly out of curiousity, but mostly wanting some way out of...wherever he was.
He had lost track of Defile, somehow, which made him feel...worried. Insecure. It was an unusual feeling for him. He touched the black and wicked ring on his finger, and hoped Defile was alright, and rather wished he was here to worry at things instead.
The living conditions were going quickly downhill.

There was something about the walls that was off, Barth decided. Some of them were making a ticking or a hissing sound, and...ah. Well.

She swore out loud, tail flicking in annoyance as she realized where exactly she had ended up again. Apparently the exhaustion from dealing hits to the White Queen had gotten to her, even though it had technically been her illusion that had done the fighting.

She hadn't even made it past the next room when it blew up in her face again, covering her once again in the overwhelming scent of flowers.
