The Red Tiger closed his eye(s), then crouched down. He was worn down. Weary. But he will not give up. Not now. Not ever. Slowly, he let out a breath, gathering up his focus. A moment went by before his eye(s) snapped open. As he did this, he rushed out towards the great dragon, leaping up. He lashed out several times, making his way as he tried to climb its shadowy form. Managing to get up on top of its head, he raised both blades, then stabbed straight down into the wyrm's skull. Ixb had entered but it was only seconds before he wasn't Ixb anymore. His form had shifted and changed. His short hair was feathery, his ears pointed. He wore a strange white tunic in a futuristic design. He was Bix. He served the White King. The dragon meant one thing.. and that was a fight. It took a moment to realize they were not battling one another, but that massive beast. Where was his bow? He would just have to settle for the spike. The Gatekeeper stared at the dragon for a very long time. As it turned out, it was possible to give something a more horrified look than he'd given Xiu.

There was no way she was going to get a decent hit on this thing apparently. And she was already starting to feel a bit tired. She gave it once last small attack before falling back a bit. Sarviur had thought it was over. He'd watched - it looked like Linswo but they were calling him the White King, so Sarviur supposed it must be the White King - the White King hit King Arthur, and for a moment everything had been fine and relief had swirled through the room. And then there was a dragon. "Oh, so now it's a competition?" he grumbled at the red and white kings.
Aymet felt the pull on his arm, glanced sidelong with blue eyes at the diminutive king who sought his attention. Thackery. Of course. "I don't need your pity, thank you very-"
He looked away from Arthur for only a moment.
A fatal error.
He only saw the claws as they ripped their way back out of him, something warm and red and pulsing in their grasp. A grey miasma trailed behind it. His essence, smoking from a hole torn ragged in the center of his chest.
"No..."
The twin guns slipped from his grasp. His claws crisscrossed over the gaping wound in disbelief. It was gone. His power, his life, his legacy -
His legs buckled.
The room was spinning. In the back of his mind something cried out that this was not how it ended. Darkness crept in at the edges until only the heart seemed to have any color, any light, in a deep darkness. Where was Moon? He couldn't see...
He landed hard on his knees before the king who had taken everything from him.
"You cannot do this to me! Me, your most loyal servant! I will not be silenced!"
Perhaps that had been Arthur's intent all along. To force him to kneel.
In a way it hurt worse to lose than to die.
"I AM THE TRUE-."
He was nothing.

The Goddess sighed, expression hungry and irritable as she gripped the table with one hand and tapped viciously on her device with the other. "Another harvest was not part of my projections."
The yellow glow intensified.
The jukebox begins to aggressively play dubstep and refuses to play anything else.
The table cracked, and wires sparking with electricity began to slip through the floor, writhing and wrapping around bodies like snakes.
the ooc Next 10 to roll: Roll 2d20 If under 5 then your character gets attacked by living wires, taking 20 damage. If 5+ the dubstep intensifies you character's battle abilities and you may go up a dice set for your next (normal) attack.

"That frown on your face says otherwise," She teased, lips curved in an amused smile. "You should know that it'd never be that easy to get rid of another King, especially someone like him." Xiu was really just relieved that the false king wouldn't be walking around with a real king's heart now.
Glancing over towards West and Damien, she lifted a hand in greeting."Unfortunately, I have no idea where your bacon is. Have you tried asking the others?" She probably would have said more had she not gotten distracted by the interesting choice of music that suddenly began to play...

Sheenah arrived on the scene.
And then she remembered. .
She was Shaheen, and she belonged to the gold kingdom. She owed her emperor much, almost everything.
He had made her his general.
It didn't take her long to figure out the situation. The kings were here, and so was a dragon that appeared to be doing a lot of damage. There were shouts, there were accusations. Her Emperor was here, as was Lan, and some others she recognized from their kingdom.
And there was really loud, odd music that made her want to hit things playing in the background.
