Matthias merely shrugged.
"I'm sure I've done worse in that past. I don't really remember much."
He took his TADS out and checked the time.
"Anyways, I'm on watch duty for Maddy's cell tonight. I gotta go for the night."
He began to walk off.
"See ya later."
He walked through the double doors leading to the basement and was gone.

A shiver ran down her spine at that thought. "Yeah, see ya." She looked down at Hiccup as she sat on the couch. "Happy first day, slick."

Ren and Kasumi returned to the Aqua base and saw Matthias and Entropy.
"Hello." Ren answered "We just got back from Mt. Pyre."

Entropy looked up from her spot on the couch and greeted them with an enthusiastic wave. "Hello there. Did you catch anything?"

Kasumi answered and called out her meditite. Ren called out his newly acquire Vulpix as well. " We probably took longer because we went to Mt. Pyre to catch these." Ren answered

Entropy couldn't help but get up and walk over to the pokemon, grinning like a school girl at them. "Why hello there, li'l lovelies! Aren't you two just spiffy?" Hiccup grumpily adjusted his position on the couch, obviously upset that his own trainer was cooing over a pokemon beside him. "Sorry if I seem rather awkward; I'm from Orre, so the idea of catching wild pokemon is relatively new to me, and I haven't seen all of them in person before."

"Sorry if I seem rather awkward; I'm from Orre, so the idea of catching wild pokemon is relatively new to me, and I haven't seen all of them in person before." That sounded familiar. " Actually, we can get that" Ren answered " We grew up in Almia. Plenty of wild Pokemon there, but it's controlled by the Pokemon rangers, and owning a Pokemon there is illegal. Possessing a Pokeball is illegal, even. It's a nice place, though. Certainly beautiful." " Except for Team Dim Sun." Kasumi answered " Hate those dirt bags."

She couldn't help but look at the two with a spark of compassion; it felt nice to see that someone understood. Most people looked at her like she was crazy when she said she had never seen a live Zubat. "Almia is a lovely name; I've read a lot about that place, and the rangers. Although Team Dim Sun sounds like a bad item on a Takeout Menu."

" It happened after we left Almia, but apparently Team Dim Sun developed some kind of device that was meant to hypnotize all the Pokemon in the World and make them work for Team Dim Sun, but the Pokemon Rangers defeated them and put an end to that ambition." That was the rumor, at least. The idea of a machine capable of that seems pretty far out there." Ren answered. Medetite and Vulpix seemed to be getting acquainted as well.

He hopped down and his little Squirtle tail wiggled back and forth as he made his way toward the pokemon, nearly crashing into them as he greeted them with a charismatic grin. "So, how long have you two been members of Team Aqua?" Entropy asked.

While Vulpix and Meditite were getting acquainted, Hiccup was starting to feel left out. He hopped down and his little Squirtle tail wiggled back and forth as he made his way toward the pokemon, nearly crashing into them as he greeted them with a charismatic grin. "So, how long have you two been members of Team Aqua?" Entropy asked. " Um...Since we left Almia...I guess." Kasumi answered " To be truthful, our memories are a bit...inadequate." " I think Team Dim Sun experimented upon us." Ren answered " We escaped and sought shelter from Team Dim Sun within Team Aqua. But lately our memories have started becoming confused." " Yeah, like at that warehouse today" Kasumi agreed " I had a waking dream and saw myself there with Ren, and we were fighting another group called Team..." Tsunami..." Ren interrupted " And in the dream we had completely different Pokemon, and even though we were grossly outnumbered, we were winning." Meditite was calm and curious about the water-type squirtle, but the Vulpix kept it's distance, being a fire type, and naturally cautious of water Pokemon.

Listening with intrigue, Entropy couldn't help but find what they said to be odd. This team certainly had a lot of weird things going on, and she had only been there one day. "I'm sorry to hear that... Does this base have any technology, or anything like that, that could restore your memory? I'm not really familiar with all of the stuff here, but.." Hiccup was fascinated by the other pokemon as well, poking at one of Meditite's arms curiously.

Meditite said as it's arm was poked, and it used double team to make copied of itself, with the real one ending up behind hiccup the squirtle and poking it. Fair was fair. " I don't know" Ren answered " We're just grunts. We don't get to know about whatever nice toys they might have" " Hopefully this memory thing is temporary, and it'll fix itself." Kasumi shrugged, since she wasn't sure how realistic that was, but it was the logical thing to hope for.

Hiccup was taken by surprise by the sudden appearance of so many Meditite; he began to spin around to try and look at all of them, but in the process he just made himself dizzy. He eventually fell onto his shell, wobbling back and forth in his attempts to get up whilst crying out for help frantically. Entropy, obviously used to his antics, chose to ignore him. "Well, hopefully there isn't something world-altering in your memories then, right?" She glanced between the two of them. "Also, are you two related? I was just wondering, since you seem to travel together and what-not."

He eventually fell onto his shell, wobbling back and forth in his attempts to get up whilst crying out for help frantically. Entropy, obviously used to his antics, chose to ignore him. Since before we could even walk" Kasumi answered " I guess if we aren't related, then we might as well be." Ren added.
